(01:00):
of the information this 18th dayof February.
I want to thank God first.
I got to thank God first.
You know, what I'm saying, amen.
I really want to thank the juryfor making the right decision,
you know, and I'm just sothankful.
This is crazy right now.
This whole experience has beencrazy for the past four years,
but I'm thankful Nonetheless.

Peace, peace, and
welcome back to Freeman's
Affairs Radio, the Free BizNetwork.
I'm your host, vaughn Black, and today, today, wisdom Power,
the 25th of February 2025.
We're dealing with Wisdom Power, and the bridge between wisdom
(02:04):
and power is understanding, andwe're going to try to get some
understanding up here and rightout the gate.
I want to apologize for thelate start.
We got a very late start, uh,this sunrise.
I'm way behind, hours behind, but nonetheless we are here and
we're going to get into somethings.
That opening sequence that Iopened up with was the not
(02:29):
guilty verdict of our brother, asap Rocky Let me turn the music
down just a little bit and thatwas the not guilty verdict read
by the judge from the jury inthe ASAP Rocky gun trial and the
shooting trial.
As you know, he was chargedwith shooting up a reckless
(02:53):
endangerment or shooting up someoutside event or someplace by
one of his former friends ASAPRel that's the guy's name, I
think it is and God testifiedagainst him and it was looking
dim for our brother, asap Rocky.
(03:14):
I'm glad he was acquitted.
It really touched me and I'mthankful that he was acquitted
in that case and he got a shotat living his life and being
with his children and family.
As you know, rihanna was in thecourtroom with him and that was
(03:36):
the big scream, the commotionthat you heard.
That was her exhaling andletting out some joy behind the
verdict.
And yeah, let's see, I'm goingto see.
Can I go dig into the storyhere a little bit?
We'll get a little bit fromthat.
Hold on just a second.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
People of the state
of California versus Joaquin
Mayers, case number BA-508142-01.
We, the jury of the aboveentitled action, find the
defendant Rakim Magers, notguilty.
Speaker 5 (04:19):
Okay, we played that
part.
We played that part.
I just wanted to do that again, but to get to give you just a
little backstory to it and tryto get this, get the report in
so we can move on.
Rocky Rockies, whose real nameis Rocky Myers, was charged with
(04:40):
two felony counts of assaultwith a semi-automatic firearm.
Rocky could have faced up to 24years in prison if convicted on
all charges, according toprosecutors, rocky was arrested
on april to april, in april of2022, and pleaded not guilty to
(05:01):
the charge charges.
Later that year, as juryselection began, he turned down
a plea agreement.
That would have meant 180 daysin jail, and I don't want to go
through the long haul of thestory.
Well, you know what let's let'sdo it to do to do asap rel.
This is him.
Him his name is uh.
(05:23):
Tyrell Epron testified that heand Rocky, members of ASAP, a
crew of of creators at a NewYork high school, had been close
, but their relationship in uheroded after fame came for Rocky
.
Epron, known as ASAP Relly, said their relationship had been
(05:45):
strained for years and wasgetting worse in the days
leading up to the incident, buthe was still furious when Rocky
pulled a gun on him after ascuffle that began the moment
the two met up near the W Hotelon November 6, 2021, he dared
(06:05):
him to use it.
He had been shouting angrily atRocky, who was walking away
after an initial confrontationand scuffle.
When Rocky pulled a gun fromhis waistband and held it in the
air, a$ap really testified heturned around and then it was
like boom testified he turnedaround and then it it was like
(06:28):
boom.
He told the jury the wholething was like a movie.
He kind of like pointed downand he shot the first shot.
He said I felt my hand hot andand later added I was hit or was
grazed.
I didn't have a hole or nothing.
Rocky's lawyer says the shots hefired were not even from a real
gun.
(06:48):
They were blanks from a starterpistol that he carried as a
prop.
The lawyer said Relly knew thisand that was why he was so
fearless walking after him.
Two days after the shooting, relly himself brought two shell
casings to police that he saidhe had found at the scene.
(07:13):
After seven police officerssearched the scene and found
nothing.
This guy's a rat.
He's a big time rat Testaments.
During the testimony ofSergeant Thomas Zia, the jury
saw body camera footage ofofficers searching the area with
flashlights and remarking onthe lack of evidence at the
(07:33):
scene.
Yeah, this, this, this reallydude is asap, really dude was.
He was a rat and he uh you know, it's one of those things.
Uh, I from what I could get fromthe report that these guys were
friends before the fame andfortune came.
Once the fame and fortunestarted coming for ASAP Rocky, I
think this might have left akind of bitter taste in this guy
(07:58):
for his friend or former friend, and that's something this is.
This is is a lesson, a teachingmoment in this family.
This is a teaching moment inthis that that sometime we
surround ourselves with peopleand when we start having seeing
a little bit of success, you'rethinking those people are happy
for you and they, they wrotewith you from the beginning and
(08:21):
you would think they would behappy for you.
But that's not the case and alot of times there's there's,
there's um, hidden, uh, envybrewing when, when you start
seeing success and people thatwere there with you from the
beginning, you would think theywould be happy, but they're not.
It's like they say they don'twant what you give them.
(08:46):
You could be looking out forthem and you know y'all going
places.
You're in my entourage, you'regoing to concerts with me,
you're doing shows with me, Igot you producing and putting
money in your pocket.
They don't want what you givethem.
They want what you got, becausehe feels like, well, we started
this together, why am I not?
Why is he shining and I'm notshining, not realizing you got
(09:11):
to play your position if you'redown together.
You started from from nothingtogether and one of us broke and
and made success.
Right, we was in this together.
You're going to be with me.
You just have to fit into thelane that that that's open for
you.
Maybe your success will comelater on, but right now, we're
(09:35):
going to take care of this theway it is.
You're going, we're going to betogether, you're going to be
with me or whatever, and I'mgoing to put you in a position
to win.
A lot of cats don't want that.
They want your spot Later, before we did this together,
they want what you got.
You got that beautiful woman, the Rihanna woman, and they
(09:56):
having kids.
I guess they married orwhatever and that's what the
envy comes in at you, seeing allthe success.
Rocky is a good guy.
I met him before.
In fact, I met him at thepremiere for the microphone
check the red carpet there.
I met A$AP Rocky Now, in thepast, a$ap, he's made some goofy
(10:19):
statements, but you know onething that I like about him.
He owned up to it and he saidat the time he was off code and
he admitted it and he evolvedfrom that and that's one thing I
respect about the young manSeems like a real even-keeled,
level-headed young man.
(10:40):
Like I said, I met him, he wasvery cordial and polite and I
liked the way he carried himselfand I'm glad he beat these
charges and he was acquitted andhe's going to have a
opportunity to go on with hislife and and do some good things
.
So we, um, we, we give him, give, give, give props to him
(11:03):
for that.
We give props to him for that.
We give props to him for that.
Good for him, good for him, good for H, yeah, family, yeah,
family, oh man, it's been acrazy, crazy few days, crazy few
days.
We want to take you to anotherstory here I have and this is,
(11:27):
you know, in the criminaljustice system as well, and this
report I got from.
Now there is.
We told you before, and acouple episodes before, that
there was a murder that tookplace, a killing that took place
in in a new york statecorrectional facility of one,
(11:51):
robert brooks, remember that.
Anyway, now there was at thetime they were saying there was
13 or 14 of these peoplecorrection officers and other
staff, faculty members that wereinvolved in the beating death
of this inmate, robert Brooks, and um, now six, six of them has
(12:13):
been charged and I want to goto this guy here, stephen A he's
on.
I want to go to the story byStephen A Smith.
You know I saw this and Ithought it would be good.
I thought it would be good tobring it up here.
Hold on just a second and we'regoing to bring it right in.
Hold on.
Let me cue it up Whilehandcuffed.
Speaker 8 (12:31):
he wasn't just killed
, he was tortured on camera.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
It was caught on
video.
Where are the arrests?
I want names, I want faces.
The governor of New York isgoing to come out and says 13
correctional officers.
I want to know all 13.
I want their names, I wanttheir faces.
I want them on camera, everyone of them, every one of them.
Speaker 8 (12:59):
Welcome back to the
Stephen A Smith show Right here,
with Digital Airways andYouTube and, of course,
iheartradio.
That was me speaking onDecember 31st, upon learning
about the story that I'm aboutto reiterate to you right now,
because in the latest on thisstory we discussed on this show
when it happened in December, murder charges have been
announced in the death of RobertBrooks, a 43-year-old inmate
(13:22):
who was beaten by guards at aprison in upstate New York.
Governor Kathy Hochul announcedthe charges Thursday.
In a statement.
Hochul said quote Robert Brooksshould be alive today.
The brutal attack on Mr Brookswas sickening and I immediately
moved to terminate theemployment of those involved.
End quote In a grand juryindictment, six correctional
(13:43):
officers were charged withsecond-degree murder and
first-degree manslaughter.
Two of them were also chargedwith gang assault.
The six charged withsecond-degree murder are
Nicholas Anzalone, davidKingsley, anthony Farina,
christopher Warrith, matthewGallagher and an unnamed person.
(14:06):
You see their faces right there.
Take a look.
Let's pause for a second.
Let's look at their faces rightnow.
Speaker 4 (14:12):
Every one of them.
I don't like the fact that theyturned sideways.
Speaker 8 (14:15):
Personally, I want to
see the frontal view.
Like Anzalone, I want to seewho the rest of them are.
Why is Kingsley, farina, wrathand Gallagher sideways?
That's what I want to know.
But I digress.
17 employees, including foursergeants and two nurses, were
alleged to be involved in thedeath and were suspended as a
(14:38):
result of the incident.
Four others were charged in thegrand jury indictment in
connection with the case onvarying charges, including
manslaughter and evidencetampering.
The body cam footage fromDecember 9th shows Brooks with
his hands cuffed behind his backat the Marcy Correctional
Facility as multiple guardspunched and kicked him.
(14:58):
Brooks was on an infirmary bedwhen the attack occurred and at
one point in the video his facewas visibly bloodied.
He was taken to the hospitaland died the following day.
An autopsy report declaredBrooks' manner of death was
homicide, according to hisfamily's attorney, attorney
Elizabeth Mazur told NBC Newsthat Brooks died due to
(15:20):
compression of the neck andmultiple blunt force injuries.
Second degree murder, aggravatedassault, stuff like that why
isn't it first degree murder, Iwant to know.
I guess when you look at thecharges, I mean they could all
be looking at 25 years in prisonor whatever.
I mean a man is dead.
(15:44):
I wouldn't be mad if they gotthe death penalty.
And I don't know how.
I'm amazed, how folks can pleadnot guilty.
You caught on video the man iscuffed with his hands behind his
back on an infirmary bed andyou're beating him to a pulp and
you're saying you're not guilty.
How, how?
You know this is not policeofficers, this is correctional
officers.
You know this is not policeofficers, this is correctional
(16:05):
officers.
But law enforcement is lawenforcement, right?
Unarmed black man is an unarmedblack man, right?
Was he armed?
Wasn't his hands cuffed behindhis back and you literally beat
(16:26):
him to death?
Obviously, there was a wholebunch of people complicit First
13, now we hear about six beingindicted and then, the next
thing, you know, 17 other folks.
It was, I mean damn.
It was a coordinated attack,evidently.
So these bastards should beunder the jail.
There's no way that they shouldget off.
No way in hell.
(16:46):
They took him out.
Take them out, at least takethem off the streets for the
rest of their natural lives.
They committed murder.
What you gonna say?
I only punched him twice.
The other person punched himfive times.
Anybody that was involved needsto go down.
Go down.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
Anybody that was
involved that put their hands
their feet, a club or whateverit is on that man.
They need to go down All ofthem.
Speaker 8 (17:21):
All of them.
You know, when you see stufflike that because we saw the
video just take a moment to askyourself what if that had been
you?
Do you understand when yourhands are cuffed behind your
back?
You don't even have the abilityto cover yourself and to shield
yourself from the punishmentbeing inflicted upon you.
(17:41):
You don't even get to curl upin a ball and cover yourself for
protective measures and coveryourself for protective measures
.
You don't even get to do that.
Do you realize that?
That's what they did to thatman?
(18:03):
That's what they did to thatman, similar to the kind of
things that used to be done tous.
Speaker 5 (18:11):
Yeah, yeah, so the
thing is family.
This is not an isolatedincident.
This happens all the times andI can tell you first account,
firsthand, that this happens allthe time in the state of New
York and those prisons upstate.
Not saying that sometimesinmates are unruly and things
happen and you know the policeget involved, but when those
(18:35):
correction officers upstate, most of them are white from
those little white towns upstateNew York and those prisons are
the economy for a lot of thoselittle rural areas in upstate
New York.
That's the economy there isthose prisons.
This is why there's so many ofthem.
Or rural areas in upstate NewYork, they, they.
That's the economy.
There is those prisons.
This is why there's so many ofthem.
(18:56):
I think New York state has themost prisons in the country,
state prisons, that is.
And um, whenever those officerssee a, a opening for a free
kill, they're going to whip you.
They're going to whip you out.
They're going to pound you out.
They're going to pound you out.
They're going to beat thebrakes off you.
I'm telling you firsthand, Ihave firsthand knowledge of it.
(19:18):
I'm telling you, take my wordfor it, it's a fact.
Whenever they see a free kill, they're going to beat the brakes
off you.
Now.
It's unfortunate that they beatthis man till he was dead.
He was murdered.
And uh, let me, let me excusethe uh there's.
(19:38):
There's a little bit of uhsound coming from the outside.
I have the windows open, as younotice, this place stays hot in
here, so I have to open thewindows and some of that air is
coming from the outside, butanyway anyway.
And there's a little bleedingin the sound here, but anyway,
(19:58):
at any rate, this is not anisolated.
This happens all the time.
It's just that this one hereend up in a tragic loss of life,
and this happens all the time.
So what I'm saying to you, family, if you have a relative
or a loved one or someone youcare about that's incarcerated,
(20:23):
in prison I don't care if itcould be New York State,
anywhere go check on them, evenif you just write letters or
just call a prison and check andcheck their well-being.
Let them know that they haveoutside people that care about
them, even though they'reincarcerated.
And you know, I promised that Iwould stay on, stay on top of
(20:44):
the story, and that's what we'redoing here.
That's.
This is why I'm reporting on it, because of that and uh, yeah,
so we're gonna see, we're gonnakeep a close eye on that and see
how the trial goes and makewe're gonna try to make sure
that that these guys don't getoff with some slap on the wrist
type of thing.
(21:04):
And like steven a smith said andI'm not a steven a smith guy
he's, he's, he's.
I gotta give it to him.
He's good at what he does.
He carries that podcast.
He started it and it's growingand everything and he's funny,
he's very entertaining.
He a broken clock is, has thecorrect time at least twice in
(21:26):
in a 24-hour period.
So you gotta give the brotherprops where he's, where it's
duet.
And I didn't disagree withanything he said in that piece.
I didn't disagree with anything.
And uh, I, I kind of likeStephen, even though he's I gave
him I think it was a couple ofyears ago.
I gave him the Kuhn Kuhn of theyear award.
About two years ago I gave himthe award.
(21:53):
That was a year before lastwhen we closed out the new year.
Uh, we, we had, we did the theawards, the freedman's affairs
uh awards program, and uh, hegot the coon of the year award
because he was making them coonystatements.
And, uh, now stephen a smith isstarting to tippy toe around the
political arena, if you will, and he's getting his feel around
and he just went through a bigthing with james carville.
(22:15):
They had a back and forth thing.
Oh, you know, they went, wentat each other.
Well, actually, steven aresponded to to james carville
some statements that he made.
But yeah, um, before I go intofurther, because I wanted to
wanted to get a little bit aboutthis Joy Reid thing.
As you know, this Joy Reid, she's been fired from, canceled,
(22:39):
her show has been canceled fromMSNBC.
But before I go into that, Iwant to get this story on this
chick, this, let me see, can Ibring it up here.
This Erin Strotman remember Ireported on her a few weeks ago,
(23:01):
a couple of podcasts ago.
I did a podcast and I wastalking about that was the chick
that worked as a nurse at thechildbirth part.
What do they call that thing?
Anyway, she was charged withbreaking the bones of black
children, right, and she justbonded out.
(23:24):
She just bonded out, for shewas bonded out for a $25,000
bond, which she only had to putup 10%, so that's $2,500.
And she's out, she's out, she'sbeen released and let's see,
can we get that story in here?
Hold on.
Speaker 9 (23:45):
They want her under
the jail.
Speaker 10 (23:47):
Somebody's got to be
held accountable.
Speaker 9 (23:48):
This NICU nurse in
Virginia accused of the
unthinkable going on a spree, breaking baby's bones on purpose
.
Speaker 10 (23:56):
I've got to do
something.
Speaker 9 (23:57):
Hospital staff told
his dad that one of his twins
had a broken leg.
Speaker 10 (24:01):
It was pain.
That was their first emotion.
Speaker 9 (24:04):
And it allegedly
happened to over a half dozen
babies at the same hospital, allof them with one similar trait.
I'm Justin Carter.
This is TSR Investigates.
It may be easy to justify onebaby breaking a bone in a
(24:26):
neonatal intensive care unit, also known as a NICU, in a
hospital, but seven babies overthe course of a year or so.
It's why the NICU at theHenrico Doctors Hospital in
Richmond, Virginia, is shut downright now.
In 2023, the hospital startednoticing quote unexplainable
fractures amongst their newbornbabies.
(24:48):
Dominique Hackey was one of thefirst parents to come forward
after one of his twin boyssuffered an unexplainable tibia
fracture.
It would take a year for himand his family to realize that
they wouldn't be the only familygoing through the same thing.
Speaker 10 (25:04):
It's the ultimate
level of betrayal.
Speaker 9 (25:06):
Because on August
25th 2023, dominique Hackey and
his wife they were already goingthrough it.
Their twins were two and a halfmonths premature.
One twin baby, micah, washaving breathing issues.
However, his brother, baby Noah, thankfully was born completely
healthy.
But about a week into theirNICU stay, his wife got a heads
(25:27):
up.
Speaker 10 (25:28):
The nurse told her
she wasn't allowed to hold.
Speaker 9 (25:30):
Noah, why is that?
Did they notice something waswrong?
Speaker 10 (25:33):
So at that point we
didn't know.
They just said you know it's upto the nurse's discretion
whether you know you can holdthe baby because he was so small
.
Speaker 9 (25:41):
He was three pounds.
The very next day, another redflag.
Speaker 10 (25:45):
So September 3rd we
both go into the hospital.
Nurse is swaddling Noah andjust kind of like looks back
over his shoulder, just kind oflike that and was like, hey,
just wanted to let you know.
I noticed his foot wasdiscolored.
He's not moving it like theright foot.
So we went and got some x-rays,determined that he had a
fracture.
Do you want to hold him?
And I said no.
Speaker 9 (26:05):
By that point he
still hadn't held Noah at all
and knew that something wasgoing on.
So he told his own mother, who's a director of nursing
herself in Washington DC.
Speaker 10 (26:15):
She was the first
person to say that that's not
right.
We sit with the doctor on staff.
He kind of walks us through.
Well, hey, you know we'rethinking it could have been an
injection that was given toorough and that's what fractured
his tibia.
Speaker 9 (26:27):
Which is basically
your shin.
It's the biggest bone in yourlower leg.
Speaker 10 (26:33):
Oh my God, oh my
goodness.
They said they were opening aninternal investigation in the
hospital.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
My goodness, I gotta
pause this for a moment.
Family.
I gotta pause it for a moment.
This is heartbreaking.
I'm sitting here and, as youare, listening to the report and
I can't even imagine what thatfather.
He's sitting there doing theinterview with the news person,
(26:57):
the um, the media, and I can'teven imagine him.
I would be flipping outprobably.
I can't imagine what's goingthrough his mind, that this
would be allowed to happen.
You see, the point I want tomake here is you got a bunch of
people, and these areblack-skinned people.
(27:19):
I'm not even going to call themfreedmen.
Some of them are descendants ofthe emancipated and you have
silly people that make comments.
Like you know, we areprofessional victims.
They call black people victims.
We always we we love beingvictims.
Now these are Brent newbornchildren, newborns.
(27:42):
Why don't we have a hate crimeprotecting us?
According to the FBI data, american blacks are the number
one target of hate crimes in theUnited States of America.
This is empirical data from theJustice Department, due to a
report in the FBI.
But yet we don't have a hatecrime protection.
(28:04):
We don't have that.
But you have people, so-calledsome of them so-called
Christians and whatnot.
They do these little podcastsand they tell you you know
you're a victim by choice.
There ain't no racism.
You have to function in yourfreedom.
I'm not even going to say thename up here, but these are
(28:26):
silly people because these areinnocent children.
They are victims.
Not victims not one, two orthree.
This is a.
This is a practice.
This young lady made it apractice and yet they gave her
$25,000 bond where she only hadto, uh, come up with 10% of that
for uh what?
(28:50):
$2,500?
And she's walking free aftershe's done this to children,
babies, newborns.
You imagine that you go to thehospital to see your newborn and
they're not moving limbsbecause the limbs are broken.
Just put yourself in thatmindset.
Think about that.
This is why I stopped therecording.
That's why I stopped therecording, because I wanted you
(29:12):
to focus on that thought.
Right, let us continue.
Let us continue.
Speaker 10 (29:20):
They'll just update
us along the way.
A couple of weeks fast forward, they tell us you know, hey, we
were unable to find the personresponsible, but we're going to
put some cameras in, we're goingto implement new trainings on
the proper way to get injections.
Speaker 9 (29:33):
Henrico police told
them that they too were opening
up an investigation, but as timepassed, here from Henrico
Police Department.
Speaker 10 (29:41):
Again, we're closing
your case.
Nobody was criminally liable.
We were unable to find theperson who did this.
However, we did determine thatthis was child abuse.
Somebody intentionally abusedyour child.
You're telling me, somebodyabused my child but you're doing
nothing about it.
Okay, all right, tough pill toswallow.
Speaker 9 (29:58):
Months later CPS also
came back with a level one
report in Virginia.
That means it's quote injuriesor conditions, real or
threatened, that result in orwere likely to have resulted in
serious harm to a child.
End quote.
But again he says they couldn'tquite prove who was responsible
.
Speaker 10 (30:17):
But they were
telling us again.
Case is closed.
Speaker 9 (30:19):
That was until
December 2024 when Hackey
finally got some answers.
Henrico police arresting26-year-old Aaron Strotman, a
NICU nurse at Henrico DoctorsHospital, in connection with a
separate incident that occurredin November.
In a news release, henricopolice said, in part quote, that
the police division isutilizing all available
(30:41):
resources to ensure a thoroughinvestigation into this matter.
This involved reviewing dozensof videos from inside the NICU.
As previously mentioned, detectives are reexamining the
2023 and 2024 cases as part ofthe broader investigation.
End quote.
When you see her mugshot, whenyou see her, what goes through
(31:02):
your mind?
Speaker 10 (31:04):
Anger, anger.
Honestly, I don't think I haveany words that you could post or
do anything with, but it's justsheer anger and angry that she
smiled at so many people's facesand was doing this behind their
backs.
Speaker 9 (31:21):
He says he does
remember Strotman, but she
wasn't a nurse that they hadmany interactions with.
She seemed nice, she seemednormal, but nonetheless he says
that he will not stop untilthere's justice for not only his
son but at least those sevenother babies involved.
He made contact with the othervictims' families during
Strottman's arraignment lastweek.
(31:41):
He learned that all of thenewborn victims were boys, with
a range of injuries from forearmfractures, broken ribs, knees
and tibia bones.
One child victim had 12fractures.
Speaker 10 (31:55):
Their first emotion
was pain, and that haunts me.
I'm not going to stop untilHenrico Hospital is held
accountable for that, becauseit's too much, it's too many
people, it's such a short periodof time.
Speaker 9 (32:09):
Somebody's got to be
held accountable, that there
were multiple failures acrossthe board.
He says that it took thehospital 19 days to even report
baby Noah's case to CPS.
He then says CPS, they droppedthe ball because they purged all
of the calls related to thecase, because they were told by
(32:31):
a hospital physician that therewas nothing malicious that came
out of the investigation.
But that certainly wasn't truebecause Hackie says they
received a letter from thehospital saying that child abuse
was being reported.
Now the hospital in a statementthey said in part quote that we
are both shocked and saddenedby this development in the
investigation and we're focusedon continuing to care for our
(32:53):
patients and providing supportto our colleagues who have been
deeply and personally impactedby this investigation.
We're grateful to thosecolleagues who have been deeply
and personally impacted by thisinvestigation.
We're grateful to thosecolleagues who have dedicated
their professional lives to thecare and safety of our patients,
as well as to law enforcementand other agencies who have
worked aggressively andtirelessly with us on this
investigation.
Our labor and delivery servicescontinue uninterrupted.
(33:17):
For babies needing NICU care,we'll assess them, stabilize and
facilitate a transfer to anappropriate facility.
The good news is that Hackeysays that his twins they are
happy.
They're thriving young toddlers, despite the fact that their
first few days were verytraumatic.
Now, as far as Erin Stroutman, her next court date is March
(33:39):
24th.
She faces malicious woundingand felony child abuse charges.
Of course, we'll let you knowwhat happens For TSR
Investigates.
I'm Justin Carter.
Speaker 5 (33:51):
Yeah, family, like I
said, this woman, erin Stroutman
, has been bonded out on $25,000bond and she only had to put up
10%.
So for $2,500, she's outwalking free after she has
harmed these children and yeah, that's where we at with it.
Family, that's where we at,like I said, this is why we
(34:18):
fight for the things.
We we uh fighting for, not justreparations or free, uh, uh,
compensatory justice for thefreedmen.
That's the.
That's the new way that we're.
We're um, that we're framing itWell up here on this program.
That's the new way we're goingto frame these things from now
(34:41):
on, not just reparations, because we have lexiconized that
into the conversation, thenational conversation, that word
reparations.
So now we're going to move onfrom that and we're going to
call a compensatory justice forthe descendants of the
(35:04):
emancipated, called the freedmen.
So that's where we're goingwith that, yeah, but anyway,
yeah, so this this is veryupsetting that this woman is
bonded out and, uh, we're goingto keep our eye close eye on
that case and the robert brookscase.
We're going to keep close eyeson that and this is what we.
This is part of the work we'redoing up here.
Family this is part of the workwe're doing and why we're so
(35:27):
serious on it.
This is a new day.
This is a new day where legacymedia is not trusted anymore and
you have content creators andcommon, common, common
commenters on things such asmyself, and just it's like.
This new black media thing islike the wild west well, media
(35:48):
period now.
You have podcasters, you havepeople different on different
platforms, doing, doingdifferent things and following
stories.
So it's like the Wild West here, where people are not really
depending on the legacy media orthe traditional media, where
(36:11):
you watch NBC, cbs, abc, cnn andFox.
You're not just depending onthat ABC, cnn and Fox, you're
not just depending on that.
You have guys like myself.
People like myself are doingwork and they're reporting on
these stories and bringing thenews.
It's a good thing, but it's abig field, very competitive, and
(36:37):
you have to be on your stuff.
So this is why we stay on thesecases, these kind of stories,
the way we do, and speaking ofthat, speaking of that, you know
family with this doge thing.
Let me pull it up with thisdoge thing.
You, you have, um right, youhave our good friend Stacey
(37:01):
Abrams in the crosshairs ofmedia now, because the Doge
thing has opened up anduncovered a lot of corruption
and money laundering at thehighest levels of government.
And let me see, can I bringthat story up, story up with
Stacey Abrams?
Speaker 12 (37:18):
Hold on Meredith
reports from the news North Lawn
at the White House.
Hey, mark, good morning.
Speaker 13 (37:23):
William and Dana,
good morning to you both.
The president, as he just said,is thrilled with the idea of
being able to save taxpayermoney, paying down the debt and
potentially giving money back totaxpayers, but at this point,
no final decisions made.
This is something still up fordiscussions.
Meantime, republicans up on thehill cheering these latest
spending cuts, while Democratswarned that they could risk
Americans' public safety, theirfinancial future as well as the
(37:45):
future of government agenciesoverall.
Today, the IRS the InternalRevenue Service expected to
issue a number of pink slips, reports upwards of 6,000 people
expected to be cut, and it comesjust as tax season gets
underway.
The president also issuing anexecutive order Wednesday
cutting federal spending onprograms meant to help migrants
who are now in the US illegally.
Speaker 14 (38:07):
You cannot continue
to waste American taxpayer
dollars on giving it to illegalimmigrants as the president has
announced he will no longer doand taking money from Americans,
spending it frivolously andthen not being accountable for
where that money has gone.
Speaker 13 (38:22):
The Department of
Housing and Urban Development
says it's making cuts too.
Hud Secretary says it's time toshow the American people this
is not business as usual.
Speaker 15 (38:30):
Today we're
announcing that we cut $4
million in DEI contracts here atHUD, which were supposed to be
for culture, transformation andmindset, outward mindset
thinking and subscriptionservices.
Speaker 13 (38:47):
Democrats, warning
though this could have impacts.
We heard a letter from SenatorPatty Murray who says without
sufficient staff to run theseprograms, community and economic
development projects, disasterrecovery efforts and housing
across the country will bedelayed and could come to a
grinding halt.
Epa Administrator Lee Zeldinsays he's on a mission to track
down billions of dollars thatwere either misspent or parked
(39:07):
in accounts meant to boostliberal activists.
The latest focus is on anonprofit with ties to former
Georgia Democratic gubernatorialcandidate.
Speaker 10 (39:16):
Stacey Abrams.
Speaker 13 (39:17):
The Free Beacon says
the EPA is looking to where
some $2 billion ended up, theBeacon writing out in their
story that they have beenlooking into whether or not this
money, through the Powered Fordcommunities, received the green
energy grant, despite the factthat it was founded months
earlier, in late 2023, and nevermanaged anywhere near the
grant's dollar figure.
(39:38):
Now Abrams just this week waspretty vocal on X saying she's
no fan of these Doge cuts.
We'll look to see if this groupresponds to the accusation
about the money being misspentand we're also looking to see if
the president talks about whatit's been like as he marks one
month in office today.
Speaker 12 (39:53):
Bill.
Okay, good deal, Mark.
Thanks, the plate is full andit's 9 am.
Nice to see you, sir.
Speaker 16 (39:59):
And Senator James
Langford, Republican of Oklahoma
, joins us now.
I just want to ask yousomething on that money that
went to Stacey Abrams and wassupposedly misspent.
That's what the accusation is.
Can Congress claw that moneyback?
Speaker 6 (40:10):
Yeah, that becomes a
challenge.
You tell me if we can getenough Democrats to be able to
join us in the Senate to be ableto do that.
The president can do that, though, with the oversight
that's actually happening and tosay how are we going to
actually make sure that this isactually done?
The Department of Justice cansay if this is fraudulently done
, they can actually work to clawit back.
It is interesting to me to beable to watch early days of the
Biden administration.
They were creating DEI programs.
(40:32):
He was requiring all agenciesto find Green New Deal ways to
be able to engage and he wascutting off oil and gas
production on all federal lands.
Flip the script four yearslater we're cutting government
size and we're opening upAmerican energy.
Dramatic difference betweenside by side in the first month.
Speaker 12 (40:48):
OK, so Elon Musk is
the lead blocker on this play
here.
He was with Sean last night onsolving the deficit, if possible
.
Speaker 2 (40:57):
I really want to
emphasize to people that this is
a very important point.
If we don't solve the deficit, there won't be money for medical
care, there won't be money forSocial Security.
We either solve the deficit orall we'll be doing is paying
debt Nobody.
So it's got to be solved.
Or there's no medical care, there's no Social Security,
there's no nothing.
It's got to be solved.
It's not optional.
Speaker 12 (41:23):
America will go
bankrupt if this is not done.
That's why I'm here.
I want you to react to that andthis is the breakdown of the
money that we're hearing.
Ok, they're saying two trillionI don't know where they get the
number.
Others say one trillion, butwe'll see how it plays out.
And then you give four hundredbillion back to the house in per
household.
If you're trying to save money, does all that add up for you Go
?
Speaker 6 (41:43):
Our first priority is
actually get the debt down.
Everyone wants free checks inthe mail there's no doubt about
that but we've got to be able tosolve the debt and the deficit
issues.
On that Elon is correct, inthat we are going to continue to
have high inflation and not beable to spend on the things that
are critical for usinfrastructure, health care,
education, national defense ifwe actually continue to run this
(42:05):
debt.
And as people talk about poweraround the world on this, china
continues to be able toinfluence other countries where
we are not able to.
Speaker 5 (42:14):
All right, family.
That's enough of that.
I just wanted to bringattention to the to the Stacey
Abrams thing.
Now, this is the same woman.
Same woman when she was runningin her state of Georgia I
believe it was Georgia.
She was running in and therewas a guy she was going to some
restaurant or something and hadall the cameras and the media
(42:34):
following her.
So it was a young gentleman inthe crowd, had asked, was able
to get her attention long enoughto ask her a question, and the
question was is she in favor ofcash rep, cash payment
reparations?
You know, you know this uh, bigold uh looked like a walking
(42:56):
pickle pig foot woman, said noand ran away from the guy, just
just straight up.
No, but yet now she's caught inthis, in this uh scam here.
This scam over two billiondollars from a, a non-profit
startup, that that uh, wheninitially started it was $100.
(43:18):
They drafted up the grants andit came out to over $2 billion
that are unaccounted for.
They don't know where themoney's at and her name is right
in the middle of it $2 billion,$2 billion.
(43:39):
You understand, but you tell usno for cash payments or any
kind of compensatory justice forFriedman.
This is what I'm saying, family.
This is what I'm saying Now,with this Doge thing.
All of the Democrats are kickingand screaming about the Doge
and he's the Elon Musk is not agovernment elected official, and
(44:03):
all of this other stuff.
Well, what about when?
When?
Um back here a couple of yearsago, when we was in the, in the,
in the um, in that bigsituation there where a lot of
people were losing their livesevery day, and this dude, um, he
wasn, wasn't, he wasn't anelected official, but we was, we
was taking um, we was told totake certain precautions because
(44:26):
of, uh, what?
What was this guy?
Who's this?
What's his name?
Um, not jeff bezos, the otherone other big billionaire.
He wasn't an elected official, but Biden had him on a
microphone persuading people totake these, um, these
(44:46):
precautions.
Quote unquote from a, from a DrFauci who I hope they go after
and and uh, charge and indicthim and prosecute him to the
fullest.
That's my, that's my posture onthis.
(45:07):
Anyway, going forward, family, going forward, what else we got
here?
What else we got up here?
Because we can't get out ofhere.
It's been, we've been up here alittle bit and I don't want to
keep you, like I said, we had alate, very late start today and
I want to't want to keep you.
Like I said, we had a late, very late start today and I want
to, I want to.
I don't want to keep you longerthan necessary, but just wanted
to bring out you know now thatdid the um, the Democrats, they
(45:29):
have to.
They're trying to figure out away let me get a bed back up in
here.
They're trying to figure out away, a way to reset themselves,
because they're starting torealize they failed, because the
the only strategy that theyever had was, uh, pointing the
finger at the, at therepublicans.
(45:49):
They're racist, they're this,they're dead, they're white
racist.
Look, look, look, seerepublicans, bad, bad, and
you're no better.
You're no better, you're justno better, you're just as racist
.
And we're finding out Now.
Trump had that big White Houseparty for Black History Month
and they lost their minds forthat.
You know why they lost theirminds Because Trump.
(46:10):
Now, I'm not a supporter.
So let's get that clear, let'smake that abundantly clear here.
I am not a supporter of Trump,I didn't vote for the guy.
But I gotta tell you Amasterful job, because every day
when you wake up or you cut theTV on or you walk by a
(46:32):
newsstand and see a paper.
There, the headlines is whatTrump done did today, what he
did yesterday, what he's doingtoday, every single day.
He has overtook the media andhe's not giving them a chance to
breathe.
Every day he's signing a newexecutive order.
He's done this.
Or he's not giving them achance to breathe.
Every day he's signing a newexecutive order.
He's done this.
Or he's popped up here.
(46:53):
He's at the daytona 500.
He's over here at the superbowl.
He's over there.
He's doing this.
Him and elon holton joint uhpress conferences in the oval
office.
It's just non-stop and he'skilling the headlines and he's
beating the democrats to thepunch every time.
It looks like a young olympianin the ring with a with a 95
(47:15):
year old boxer.
You're just too slow.
And he's beating you to thepunch on an every single
category and all they can do iswhine and cry.
And and Trump is you knowthey're pushing this young girl
out here.
What's her name?
Jasmine Crockett, with theeyelashes and her that messed up
(47:35):
weave.
She be wearing the wigs.
She be wearing those lacefronts and them lashes and
talking all that sassy talk, because that's supposed to
appeal to us?
The sassy talk and that foullanguage.
You know those Negroes, theylike that.
Speaker 7 (47:52):
They like that fancy,
that sassy talk.
Speaker 5 (47:55):
No, we don't.
I don't care nothing about that.
I don't care how sassy she is.
None of that moves me.
You know, what moves me is thepolicies, policies.
I'm not impressed by her sassy, filthy mouth and how sassy she
can be, and them two inch longeyelashes and that messed up
(48:15):
lace front.
She wears that thing.
Be looking toe up sometime, don't it?
I'm talking, I'm speaking tothe ladies, I'm speaking to the
sisters.
Now, sisters, don't come outwith your hair looking like that
.
We don't do that, not in ourculture.
We don't come out with yourhair looking like that.
We don't do that, not in ourculture, we don't do that.
Now, she's, from what Iunderstand, she's, she's a,
she's a freedman, she's not a, aforeigner, and I don't at least
(48:38):
I don't think so, but she, theypushed out there and I think
she's from texas somewhere andthey push the pushing her out
there because that's that sassis supposed to appeal to us.
They don't have nothing else.
You don't have nothing else.
You're sending this bozo outthere.
Uh, al shopton, you're sendinghim out there doing these
(48:59):
marches and all thisperformative garbage.
You know, you know they, theydon't have.
No, you know how the youngpeople look at al shopton.
He just old negro with a permin his hair.
These kids ain't paying.
No, you know how the youngpeople look at Al Sharpton.
He's just an old Negro with aperm in his hair.
These kids ain't paying no mindto no Al Sharpton.
You send Al Sharpton to talk tothem.
Old church crowd people, that'swho you send.
When they did that thing to youa couple of weeks ago and did
(49:22):
that little stunt there atCostco, called a buy-in or
whatever they're supposed to beboycotting, I think in March
they're at Costco, called abuy-in or whatever they're
supposed to be boycotting.
I think in March they're goingto start boycotting Target.
I'm going to Target, I don'tcare what they're talking about.
I'm going to Target Right overhere, gateway, brooklyn.
I'm going to Target.
So I ain't studying about whatthem people talking about.
But yeah, all of thisperformative for the cameras.
(49:44):
These people don't care nothingabout black empowerment or the
black community.
Al Sharpton is an opportunist, you know.
I calls his show.
You know his show.
He does that show on WBLS inNew York on Sunday and I called
up there one time.
It wasn't his show, it wasanother show I called up and
(50:06):
this is during the time, uh,they were campaigning, doing
before the election, and theywere up there, you know, bigging
up Kamala and this and me andanother brother had called up
there and we lit into them.
He, the brother, lit in firstand then I lit into him.
It was the guy that the um,he's a Caribbean guy.
He got a morning show up therewith them, I think from eight to
(50:27):
nine or something like that.
I called in his show and wentoff.
You know I can't even get backup there, I can't get, but they
got my number on block.
I don't know if they have ablock, but they got me where I
can't get through to to talk to,to Al Sharpton or whatever when
I call his show, because theyscreen those calls, they screen
(50:47):
them.
So this is I'm just doing thisletting you notice this, show
you how phony these people are.
You know he'll get up there now.
Dimitri k from from the uh, fromthe uh diaspora news, she
called up there and she wassaying that she had a uh aha
moment with Al Sharpton.
(51:08):
When I listened to the playbackit really was.
You kind of let him off alittle easy.
You didn't really give him thatwork like that, but she called
him off guard and he didn'treally have no answer.
He just deflected and, you know, went on, you know got all
hurry up and got off the phone.
But these dudes, man, let metell you that dude him, the
(51:30):
Congressional Black Caucus andthe people of that ilk, they are
actually enemies to the blackcommunity family.
Listen to me what I'm tellingyou.
I'm telling you, these peopleare enemies.
They're there to suppress anykind of black empowerment for
the descendants of theemancipated.
(51:50):
That's what they dare for andall that stuff that martin is
performing.
If I can't stand this dude andI used to love reverend al back
in the 80s and 90s I loved itdid your fat perm wearing
reverend al?
You know, back then I guess hewas, he was, you know, he was,
uh, he was an advocate at thattime but he'd have been brought
(52:12):
and paid for and he is nothingbut a Democratic milk toast
sucker.
That's what he is now and Idon't mean to call people names
up here, but we don't want toget in the habit of that.
But I'm just being truthfulwith you.
That's what he is, all thatperformance stuff.
Speaker 7 (52:28):
We're going to be
marching.
We're going to be marching downto City Hall After church.
Let out.
On Sunday we're going to bemarching.
We're going to start at theNational Action Network.
We're going to march all theway down to City Hall.
We want you to come out andjoin us.
We're going to have plenty ofice water in case you get
thirsty.
We're going to be sellingplates of food when you get
hungry.
(52:49):
We're going to have friedchicken and Kamala Harris
collard greens.
So y'all, come on out and joinus down to the march.
We're going to start at theNational Action Network and
we're going to march all the waydown to City Hall after I
finish preaching on Sundaymorning.
Ain't nobody going to be in thebuilding, but we're going to
let them know we was there.
Speaker 5 (53:09):
That's him.
That's him doing that with thatperformative, all that
performative garbage.
You ain't doing nothing.
You're marching and ain'tsaying nothing.
This just performativebootlicking, you know.
And then you know, with thisJoy Reid thing.
Now she's just been canceledfrom MSNBC and she's out here
(53:29):
crying alligator tears andcarrying on.
That was the same woman, samewoman.
Now she's Congolese.
I think her parents are fromCongo, one of them places in
Africa.
She's an immigrant, a foreigner, and she has always, always
undermined anything we weredoing on the grassroots or in
(53:51):
the black community, thefoundationals or the freedmen.
She's always talked mess aboutus and undermined any movement
we had.
She always said she was callingus Russian bots because we were
talking about reparations.
Russian bots because we weretalking about reparations and
this is a misinformationcampaign.
She called us a misinformationcampaign, russian bots, don't
(54:15):
listen to these people Justundermining us.
She had a long run with MSNBCwhat 11 years.
And they finally got out thepaint.
They finally got out the paint.
Speaker 11 (54:29):
Canceled and fired
Joy reed.
Interesting, right, they wereso excited and congratulated her
on her naacp awards, but nowshe's fired.
This just goes to show how thisregime has blackmailed and
threatened our mainstream mediahere in the US.
(54:51):
Grow a spine, grow some ballsor perhaps do your job, because
right now we're in a crisis inthis country, but we know who
you're loyal to.
You're loyal.
Speaker 5 (55:06):
They're loyal to that
Democratic Party.
They ain't loyal to nothing butthat Democratic Party.
Al Sharpton, all of these bozos.
Let me get Megyn Kelly in here.
I like the way she put it.
Hold on.
Speaker 16 (55:18):
I'm so torn.
Oh Victor, I'm so torn.
You know I'm thrilled she'sgone.
She literally was the mostracist person on television, her
and her most favorite guest, eli Mistal, or Ellie Mistal.
So they deserve 100 percentboth to be fired.
But you know, it's like wewon't have her to kick around
anymore.
There's a little sadness inthat.
(55:39):
This is one of the many reasonswhy most of us are absolutely
delighted to see her get firedfrom this show and it appears
from MSNBC um tonight, webelieve will be here last night.
Speaker 3 (55:53):
Uh, a little walk
down memory lane in sat one but
in America there's a thing aboutboth white vigilantism and
white tears, particularly malewhite tears, really white tears
in general, because that's whatcarrots are right.
They carry out and then, assoon as they get caught, breathe
(56:14):
waterworks.
Ronda santos has been waging afull-scale war against the black
past.
It's illegal to make whitepeople feel uncomfortable in
florida.
You also have the restrictionsin schools over what can be
taught about race and gender, for fear white children might
feel bad when they find out thatnot all white people in history
were heroes.
Any of you guys trust uncleclarence.
(56:35):
These republicans are dangerous.
They're dangerous to ournational security because
stoking that kind of soft whitenationalism eventually leads to
the hard from the tea party on.
They're voting on the idea thatthey can't get whatever job.
They want a black.
Speaker 5 (56:51):
Yeah, family, she
said none slick there.
Yeah, that is true.
What she was saying was shetold a half truth and she they
love to point to the Republicans, but the Democrats are just as
racist, if not more, if not more.
So so we not.
Do we not listen, man?
Like I said, that Trump dude,he is doing a masterpiece in the
(57:15):
media because he's dominatingall the headlines, he's beating
them to every punch.
They were complaining about himwith the what was that?
About a week ago, they had thebig event there in the White
House about the Black HistoryMonth event and I thought I
thought it was cool.
You know I, you know I'm notexcited about it because it's
(57:37):
all symbolism.
But the Democrats do the samething.
Now they're crying about it.
They're crying about it, jamilaHill and all of them, they're
crying about it.
Oh, it's just symbolic, symbolic gestures that well, you
do the same thing, you do theexact same thing, and he's
beating you to the point.
So now, when you come backaround to us this is why I told,
(57:58):
I told you from this microphone, right here, family I told
y'all that all we gotta do is tostay on code and stay focused
and we'll be in a very prime, pivotal position going forward
and it's playing out.
It's playing out that now, whenthe Democrats because they're
(58:21):
trying to, I guess, trying toreset or recalibrate or whatever
, but they can't come up withnothing Only thing they could do
is point to Trump and say seebad, he racist.
Speaker 7 (58:31):
See see bad man, bad
man, bad, Bad, bad bad.
Speaker 5 (58:34):
That's all they can
do.
You're going to have to comewith some policies and set it on
the table and deal with it thatway.
And we're not taking nopromises, no promissory notes
about when we get back in power.
Not taking no promises, nopromissory notes about when we
get back in power.
We're going to do this and dothat and do this.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
You're going to have to show upfront what you got.
You're going to have to show upfront.
(58:56):
And this is prime.
Because now, yeah, that littlething at the White House the
other day, it was symbolicnothing to me.
You want to put statues ofMuhammad Ali and a great freedom
finders and Harriet Tubman andDr King and these different
(59:17):
athletes and stuff, kobe Bryant, and, yeah, you can't go wrong
with that.
Beautiful, it's a fine thing, but it means nothing at the end
of the day because it's nothingtangible to empower us.
It's a great gesture.
Do it, fine, by all means, doit.
Go ahead, nice.
I might even go visit it myselfand look at it.
(59:38):
Take some pictures, fine, it'sgreat that you're recognizing
our lineage.
It's a wonderful thing.
These are all black Americanpeople you're talking about.
Making statues of Right, wonderful, doesn't mean anything
when it comes to policies thatwill empower the community.
So let's not get it twisted.
(59:58):
But what they have done, what Irespect, what they have done,
they took that away from theDemocrats.
So because the Democrats loveto come at us with all this
symbolic nothingness, they loveto come at us with that.
But now what Trump has done,he's took that away from them.
So now they can't come with.
Well, we're going to build somestatues.
We already got that.
(01:00:19):
What else you got?
Speaker 7 (01:00:21):
What else you got?
Speaker 5 (01:00:22):
We got that.
He's taking that away from themso they can't use that and he's
going to continue taking awayall of this symbolic stuff and
that's going to put pressure onthem and in the coming weeks I'm
going to be reporting on thatwith so many Republicans out
there in California that Tariqand them are involved with
(01:00:49):
involved with, from what Iunderstand, he's been talking to
some of them and they're tryingto get involved in that, in the
uh, in the reparationsconversation out there, the
Republican on the Republicanside, even though that is a
democratic state.
But they're trying to getinvolved.
See, I told you, family, I toldyou this is a part of what we
do up here looking at trends andwhere things are headed, paying
(01:01:10):
attention to the trends andwhich way things are headed, and
that will put us in a primeposition Once we can see.
Staying on code is the mainthing, staying on code right and
being aware, wisdom, powerright, the 25th today and being
aware, understanding where we at, because that's the bridge
(01:01:31):
between wisdom and power isunderstanding.
That is the bridge.
But, family, we're going to getready to get out of here.
We're going to get ready to getout of here because we got to
go and y'all got to go.
Enjoy your day, stay safe, remember, respect life, love,
justice, cherish freedom andtreasure the peace.
This is Vaughn Black here andwe'll be back.
(01:01:52):
We'll be back next week andtalk.
We're gonna talk again.
Take care, thank you, bye.
