Hey folks, it's me, Vai Kumar, back here on the
podcast After a few weeks ofnice vacation time.
I think it's about time I giveyou an update about what we did
in season three, and I thinkit's time now for us to
transition into season four ofthis wonderful show that has

(00:20):
reached global listeners in allcontinents and downloads growing
exponentially by the day.
So we did season three withsustainability as a theme.
We traversed a lot of topicsthat make up this bigger piece
of the puzzle calledsustainability.
So we focused on environmentalaspects, like how plastic

(00:45):
pollution is impacting theenvironment, how we are
contributing in severaldifferent ways to the
environment being impacted andhow we can reduce our carbon
footprint.
So we also focused on socialsustenance in terms of health
and wellness related aspects andhow businesses can reduce their

(01:06):
carbon footprint by focusing onESG initiatives, so on and so
forth.
We also focused on sleepdeprivation, mental health, how
all this can be detriments, gender inequality.
All these are certainly thepillars that make up that bigger
piece of the puzzle calledsustainability.

(01:28):
So guests here on this showprovided a lot of engaging
content and left us with somethought provoking insights for
us to just focus on a dailybasis on a daily basis,
personally, professionally youknow, with some societal
responsibilities, how we canjust transition to a better

(01:50):
world and better tomorrow.
There's still a lot more workto do in terms of sustainability
, like aviation carbon footprint, how the high heat index is
impacting us children, elderly, all of us and how it can even be
a health hazard, not to soundalarming.
But, again, there's still a lotmore work to do.

(02:11):
That's the message.
So please put your best footforward in every initiative that
you can be part of in terms ofprotecting and preserving our
planet Earth, and I'll be backagain very soon.
