This episode: Before my career change, I was in HR for 22 years, and I was very competent, I knew what I was doing every single day. I didn't have to worry about ‘do I know what I'm doing in my mind? Am I an imposter in this role?’ I'd never had that thought ever! I was very competent, certified and everything in that role and I was really confident and then you know, everything changed when I changed careers, and that confidence was lost for a while there. I didn’t always have the confidence I had in HR. I was very shy. I didn't like myself very much. You know, I was not very kind to myself, just because I didn't think I was worthy of anything.

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
