Laura, with a little push from Almanzo, has begun turning her childhood memories into a novel in the hope of winning a writing contest. When those dreams seem to come true, Laura is caught up in the world of publishing. However, there's a catch and Laura's simple homespun tales are soon morphed into grand epics of survival. Leaving Laura left to wonder "Did I really live like that?". How many of the students were familiar with Laura's teaching methods? Is Almanzo watching Baby Rose all by himself? Anyone else surprised Laura didn't get sued for breaking a contract?

Intentionally Disturbing
Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
