150. The Case of Roberto Ayala

July 16 2011. 43-year old Roberto Ayala was the trusted foreman of Moores Farm in Colusa, California. While inspecting the electric panel box that controlled the irrigation pumps in the rice fields, a powerful blast killed Roberto instantly. Was it a tragic industrial accident or something far more sinister?
