Faced with the uncertainty of gym closures and a desire for a more fulfilling career, Kori and her husband began exploring homeownership. Through a serendipitous connection with a client, Kori discovered her passion for mortgages. Despite initial challenges, she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a top producer within months of going solo.

Top Producer in August 2023, just five months after becoming an independent Loan Officer.
Top Producer again in April 2024, marking one year of solo success.
Closed 26 loans totaling $10 million in loan volume in 2023.
Closed 12 loans amounting to $5.2 million in loan volume so far in 2024.

Kori attributes her success to the genuine connections she builds with her real estate partners and clients. She treats them as true friends and goes above and beyond for each client, regardless of the loan amount.
