Abend’s 3rd-i app acts as a shareable body cam with dual camera recording, live location tracking, and discreet SOS capabilities. Students can stream rides to trusted squads while emergency dispatch monitors in real time. Backed by $1 million in pre-seed funding, 3rd-i is expanding to major campuses including University of Miami, Florida State, University of Florida, Ohio State, and Penn State to protect students and prevent rideshare assaults.
