Jesus Christ Baptist Church is an Independent Fundamental Baptist Church located in Ocean Springs, MS. The sermons you will hear are designed to call sinners to repentance and to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Sin often begins as a thought before evolving into an action. Sin is each man's responsibility without the blame laid upon another. God reveals to man his sins so he can acknowledge his wrongdoing and repent. Man must acknowledge his wickedness, repent and believe on Christ for salvation. Sermon by: Pastor Charles McKinney
Forgiving is being like God. Christians are taught to forgive and are instructed to ask God's forgiveness for their trespasses as they have forgiven others. The expectation is that if they do not forgive others, God will not forgive them. When one forgives another, it sets them free spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. The church is a place of prayer where we worship and learn of God, preach the gospel, and lead others to Christ. It is not a place of commerce, romance, entertainment, or social gatherings. Online and remote venues are not a substitute for actual church attendance. Jesus came to the fig tree expecting to find fruit thereon. The tree appeared in health as it had leaves. However, when no fruit was found, He cursed it and shortly thereafter, it withered away. Faith is essential as God intentionally does not physically reveal Himself - leading mankind to believe without seeing. True faith does not require physical proof. Many risk missing salvation by demanding signs; as faith alone is the means to eternal life. Sermon by: Pastor Charles McKinney.
Jesus uses a young colt to ride into Jerusalem. Though He could have used a more glamourous means of entry, He chose this lowly means.
