Speaker (00:00):
Hey family.
Welcome back to the Wrong toStrong two Minute Devotional.
Today's scripture is Psalms 30,verses 11 to 12.
Where David says, you turn mywailing into dancing.
You remove my sackcloth andclothe me with joy.
That my heart may sing yourpraises and not be silent.
Lord, my God, I will praise youforever.

(00:23):
This verse speaks so stronglyabout the transformation God
brings.
In Bible times, sackcloth was arough material.
People wore to show mourning ordeep sorrow.
It represented grief, loss, andeven shame.
David is saying that God steppedin, took away that season of
pain and replaced it with joy, dancing, and praise.

(00:44):
Now, think about thatspiritually.
Before Christ, we all wore akind of sackcloth.
For some of us, it was guiltfrom past mistakes.
For others, it was addiction, broken relationships, or even a
lifestyle that only led toemptiness.
That's what life without Jesuslooks like.
Spiritually dead full of regret.
But when you encounter Christ,he makes a complete exchange.

(01:06):
He doesn't just take away thesackcloth.
He clothes you with joy.
He gives you forgiveness, hope, and a brand new identity.
It's like going from death tolife.
And notice the result.
David says that my heart maysing your praises and not be
silent.
When God truly changes yourlife, you can't keep quiet about
it.

(01:26):
Your story becomes your song.
What once was shame, now becomesa testimony.
That's why here at From Wrong toStrong, we share stories of
transformation because when Godbrings you out of your old life
and gives you a new life inChrist, your only response is
praise.
So here's the challenge.
Don't stay silent about what Godhas done for you.

(01:47):
If he's taken your mourning andturned it into joy, tell
somebody, share it.
Live it.
Let your life be a song ofpraise that points others to
Jesus.
Let us pray.
Father, thank you for taking mysorrow and my shame and
replacing it with joy.
Thank you for bringing me fromdeath to life through Jesus
Christ.
Lord, help me to never staysilent, but to share my

(02:11):
testimony so that others canfind hope in you.
In Jesus' name, amen.
If this encouraged you, share itwith someone who needs to hear
that God still transforms livestoday.
My name is Omar Calvillo, and Iam wrong.
Too strong.
