I have my friend Ashley on the podcast. Growing up in North County she opened up about her struggles with mental health and trauma and eating disorders. She started drinking heavily at a young age and using drugs like meth and cocaine. She would get into a accident that caused her to be permanently disabled. With being in and out of recovery since she was 18 she decided she to take her emotional sobriety seriously. Ashley has been clean and sober 4 years and is on a path of healing all aspects of her life.
