Full Circle with Garland is a weekly podcast that seeks to educate, inspire, and empower the next generation of leaders through authentic storytelling.The conversations you are listening to are from people who are sharing their origin stories, career lessons learned, and how their work is creating greater social impact in the world. After spending more than two decades in talent acquisition and the last 8 years within the commercial real estate industry, I've learned quite a bit about the importance to career storytelling and realized I have a gift of telling those stories so that people can recognize their talents and strengths. I hope this podcast allows you to realize you're not alone on life's journey and encourage you to know that doing fulfilling and purposeful work is worth pursuing!
