This week, we’re finishing up the B.A.S.E. Method and tackling the last two pieces to help you shift your patterns and get unstuck. If you missed Part 1, no worries—I’ll give you a quick recap, but definitely go back and listen for the full breakdown.

Today, we’re talking about Speech and Energy:

  • Speech:
The way you talk about your life matters—a lot. We all speak in metaphors that reflect how we feel about our world. Think about it: are you saying things like, “Life is a bowl of cherries,” or “I’m stuck on a sinking ship”? Those phrases don’t just show where your head is—they impact how you show up. I’ll share tips for recognizing your go-to phrases and how to flip the script to create better patterns.
  • Energy:
There are different energy states—rich, neutral, and poor—and none of them are "bad." But it’s helpful to notice where you spend most of your time and how your energy shifts depending on what you’re doing. Energy-rich is where the magic happens if you’re looking to make a change. In this episode, I’ll show you how to use movement, focus, and empowering speech to step into that energy when you need it.

We’ll also explore how these tools apply to your relationships. The energy you bring to your family, friends, and partner creates a vibe that sticks—so is it the one you want? If not, we’ll talk about how to tweak it.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

  • Why the words you use to describe your life can either hold you back or push you forward.
  • What energy-rich states are and how to shift into them.
  • How to use the B.A.S.E. Method to improve your relationships and how people see you.
