If you’re feeling sluggish or low, take a look at your posture. Are you slouched, shoulders drooping, breathing shallowly? This physical state can keep you stuck in a low-energy mode. Learn how opening up your posture and getting some movement can boost oxygen to your brain and jumpstart fresh thinking! 🧘♀️💨

Next, we focus on where your attention is going. Our brains love to replay past troubles and pile them into the future, which makes us feel paralyzed by overthinking. Here’s the trick: are you serving up unhelpful thoughts for free? When you realize you’re giving your energy to these thoughts, it’s easier to shift to a more empowering mindset. I’ll even walk you through a quick exercise to help reframe your thoughts! 🧠✨
