Yeah, that sounds good… if only I had the time.
Self-care, getting the gas back in the tank, taking time to recover, whatever you call it, it feels like a fairy tale concept because there is always something to do.
I’m calling bull-puckey on those excuses and sharing the moment I really discovered how much taking time to just be me could fill me up. Then we’re going over the 3 C’s that can help you actually get that time back into your life so that you’re not just running on fumes from one flame to another.
And just like a heart to heart you have with your kid about why some things that might take some effort up front are still important to do because it makes life better in the long run, well- I’m going there with ya!
