In this special 2 part episode, we have the pleasure of hanging out with Mike’s rad Dad, Jaime! Jaime is a wealth of wisdom, humor, care, and rizz. Because of the natural flow and fun we had chatting with him, we decided to separate this into 2 different episodes. FEAR NOT! We will release Part 2 next week and stay on schedule to release episode 7 on 5/10.  

- Hobby Highlights: Jaime and Mike crack some packs of the new Lorcana set, Ursula’s Return while we chat about painting models, the importance of community and trust between staff and store, organizing Magic the Gathering, and Micheal’s gate building skills. Jaime discusses his jewelry business and Mike reflects upon the gaming industry amidst the pandemic. Mike binge watches Battlestar Galactica, nerds out, and wheels and deals with friends of the store.

- Store Lore: Funkatronic Fish! Glub glub! Mike educates us on the origins of the store’s fish tank and his relaxing hobby of fish farming. Anyone need any guppies?
