Phil Augusta Jackson is an Emmy, WGA, and NAACP award nominated writer, actor, and rapper. His writing credits also include “Key & Peele” (Hulu) and Starz’s “Survivor’s Remorse” (Prime Video). Phil was a supervising producer and writer on NBC’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”, where he also directed, and he was a co-executive producer and writer on HBO’s “Insecure.” He is the creator and showrunner of NBC’s “Grand Crew.” Phil has self-produced and directed shorts and music videos. Most recently, Phil co-executive produced wrote on Peacock’s Mr. Throwback and his most recent album, Mr. Phil is out now.
