Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, Hello, Michael Boo Blay, Hello, oh are you? We
are good and we want to say thank you so
much for doing this. But we could sit as radio
announcers who talk to famous people all the time and
do an interview, but we want to introduce you to
mourn our producer who actually is the She's almost crying now,
Michael Monsei, Hello to your idol.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
Hi Michael, Oh my.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
God, I can't.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
I'm crying.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Thank you?
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Are you? Were you the one with the sign that
wrote me? Yeah? So I wasn't allowed into the men
and threatened me. You know what? You know what, here's
what I know you. I don't know what they're paying you.
But whatever you're paying you, you need a raise. And
I'm serious, like or else. I'm going to harry you.
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
I would take you off.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
I think you signed us.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
I love you guys. Sorry, So, Michael, The story briefly
is is that we challenged her to take a sign
to hold up at your concert and we've got it
created for saying, you know, if you come on show
and do a radio and if you will give a pairaise,
and then security wouldn't let her in. And then because
she she fights so hard for our show. She practically
(01:09):
missed half the concert. She missed half the concert and
it almost got kicked out.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Sorry. Yeah, it's been a big deal. I know. And
you know what's funny is that there's two ways to
think about it. It's like someone took all this time
to make this beautiful sign and it's so sweet and
it's funny and it's clever. And then I always think
about the poor people behind the door with the sign
and they can't see the show and there's this massive sign.
(01:33):
I have done the whole show. So usually I try
to sign those so they get up to the way.
But I'm sorry that happened to her. She I think
she's so valiant. Well, let's love it. So when I
when she wrote me on Instagram or was it TikTok,
I don't know which one. Did you guys? Have you
guys told people what the actual messaging was between us?
Speaker 1 (01:51):
I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes
saw the sign.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Oh my god, that's yeah. So did you tell them
exactly what it was?
Speaker 1 (02:01):
I did? We've been sharing it.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
Probably we're both we're both so clever. I think that
I think we just entered we were like entertaining each other.
And at that point I was like, oh, listen, okay,
look at if this this woman is that has that
much ingenuity. I am doing this. There's no way I
can't do this with it.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
So where where were you when you were actually going
through the messaging with each other? Were you still in
the car on the way back to the hotel?
Speaker 2 (02:27):
I had just literally, like when I say literally, I
had just got off stage, sat in the car, and
my friend told me that, he said, oh, you know,
you might want to check a post, because I was
actually I was doing something because I'd gone to the
Wall Desert Steve when Wallet Deserve. But I was creating
(02:48):
a post because they were really so sweet and it
was such an incredible experience that I wanted to do
something that was very warm and uh. And so I
was actually sitting there looking at that, and then I
just sort of looked and I saw that there was
a request and I found it very sweet and funny,
and of course I saw that my stupid way of
being able to answer with an ace of bass song,
(03:11):
you know, And then of course I'm just entertaining myself
at that point. Well, the first time she was knocked back.
She got knocked back.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
She tried to bring them mean in her pants to
start to shove the sun.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
So not only anybody, anybody who's willing to do that
for the company they work for it. That's the kind
of you know. Do you know how many people phone
it in in that office? I mean, you already know
you won't say the people I think could be you,
I don't know. But I have one hundred and thirty
people that work for me on the road, and there's
a lot of them that punch in and punch out,
and then I've got the few that really they love
(03:45):
what they do and they love what they do for.
And I think when you find those people, you gotta really,
you gotta really treat them great and show them a
lot of love.
