Now we're all back from holidays, and so this research
will probably be good for us because we established earlier
in the show that none of us slept last night,
which is something that happens to us whenever we come
back from holidays because we're afraid we're going to miss
the alarm and miss work. Daytime naps are good for us,
and they slowed down brain aging by six point five years.

Nice if you take a nap a day. So this
study was done on thirty five thousand people in the UK,
so that's a big study. And they discovered that short
daytime naps daily increases your brain volume. Snappers had a
larger brain. I've done research on that and that's wrong.

Anyway, So today, maybe have a little nab if you
want to be smarter. You know what's funny, Micrown parents
they that every single day of their lives they had
the little sneaky nap after dinner and they all lived
to their mid nineties. And the Europeans they've all got
it right with their Mediterranean diets. I just want to
know if passing out from day drinking actually counts because
