Now this is a little bit of a community service
announcement and I've read it in the bulletin today and
I thought it'd be interesting to share. So there's a
motorcycle bandit that's wreaking have it on our whole community
in Wronguri Tale in recent months. Now, what he's doing
is he's obviously fully covered in all the motorbike gear,
helmet and everything, and he's breaking into homes up there.

He has got fake plates.

On his motorbike because people are using and collating all
of their CCTV but their fake plate changing them all. Yeah,
So what he's doing is he's breaking into those areas
and we know what it's like up there, you know,
the house sun all close together, and he's breaking in
through fly screens and things like that.

Is he riding his bike up the long driveways or
is he.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Coming He's coming right up to houses and he has
a big backpack on, so he's only stealing stuff that
he can fit into his backpack and then he's you know,
cruising off very quickly.

So the door explorer's doing it with the backpack, with
the backpack. Yeah.

Anyway, so the residents there have actually posted a one
thousand dollars reward for information, and they're expecting the bounty
to grow. They're also saying that some residents have hired
security companies to conduct regular patrols. Others have bought large
dogs and upgraded their home security, which is why we're
getting all this CCTV, which is very interesting. Now, he's obviously,

as I said before, because of the backpack, I'm only
stealing things that he can shove in there. So he's
been stealing a lot of jewelry. But the weird thing
that got me is that he's stolen a lot of
people's ashes of loved ones.

Why would you do that?

Well, I know that, for example, my father in law
he's in like what looks like a flask.
