Speaker 1 (00:00):
On this, but it's so bizarre. It's a weird trend
that's happening in the WNBA. Three times now over the
past week or so, a WNBA game has been brought
to a halt because a sex toy has been launched
from the stands. So it's weird enough when it's once,
but when this is happening at games over and more

(00:24):
than on one occasion, you start saying, okay, so why so?
It all began during a game on July thirtieth between
Atlanta and Golden State, and in the dying stages of
the contest. This was in Atlanta, the scores were tied up,
a little under a minute on the clock, and the
object came flying onto the court, narrowly avoiding the players.

(00:48):
So it's kind of like a missile. That's dangerous. It
is dangerous now it's bright green in color, and I
think that all have been so the bright green sex
toy slid into the front row as security stepped in
and ultimately arrested one fan who was charged. It doesn't
actually say at this stage, but I don't feel like

(01:08):
it's women doing throwing the sex toys, But I mean
that might be sexist against men, suggesting that I don't
know why it's happening though. It's kind of bizarre, isn't it.
It's a bit weird, it's like, and it's still happening.
Sophie Cunningham, who's been in the in the limelight a
lot lately, she took to X and pleaded with fans

(01:31):
just to stop stop throwing. She's pretty much said, stop
throwing dildo's on court. You're going to hurt someone, and
it's pretty serious. I just find that it's weird. What
is the motivation by that behind that? Like, do you
have a meeting with a group of people? Are they
doing protests? And I don't think there's a WhatsApp group
to discuss that. Well, I think it seems organized because
they keep on doing that and they're all green. What

(01:54):
does that stand for? Green means go anyway, let's not
do this that the Suns of the Top good call.
