Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
The big Man in Bars calendar is heating up. And
there's one name that Pete keeps being brought up when
we say who should be in it, and it's our
Tom Taate. He's a short man, but he's a big
strong man.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Because he's yeah, he lifts a lot of weight. That's right,
he's got cards on him.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
He's also a big personality and he's a big man
about town. He's a big guy that runs our show.
So he must be listening because he's on the phone.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
Tom, good morning everyone.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
He's the strong man the Gold Coast.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
I heard us talking about you, Tom, and how strong
you are.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
I heard from the grave line somebody rang me and
he goes, what's this? You're going to be in the bar.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Clarifications.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
There's been a lot of admiration coming from the studio today. Tom.
We've been saying how strong you are in the gym,
because it's well renowned that you lift some heavy weights. Yeah,
and so that classifies you as a big man in
the bath.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
It's not just us though. We opened up the phones
and our listen just rang in. We said what celebs
on the Gold Coast should be in our Big Men
in Bars? Calendar. Your name came up time and again
like the people want really, your people want this, Tom.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Tom doesn't have baby cars. He's got he's got cows. Yes,
you've got cows there. I don't. Do you do any
work on your calves or is that just natural?

Speaker 4 (01:20):
No, it's it's relatively natural, So I don't. It's carves
with one of those muscles.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
You know.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
It's funny you seeing the gym and all serious people
and they got they got topstick legs and and the
thing is with cars, if you're not blessed genetically, it
doesn't grow.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
So yeah, now, Tom, do you know what we've been
talking about? We want to make a twelve month calendar
of big men in baths around the Gold Coast.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Yeah, no, that sounds good. I'm sure there's twelve big
men's around. Let me drop a name. I'm catching up with,
Chrins Emsworth.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
That is, I'll check his cart. Christ.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
But honestly, would.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
You ever do it for the right cause? Meaning like
we're selling the calendar for good good cause?

Speaker 3 (02:15):
We thought we did, giving it's a limited edition free calendar.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
But having said that, that is a lovely thought that
we could maybe think about a charity or something with it.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Yeah, and let them sell it.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
What month would you.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Like, like December because happy times and and really I
can put Santo sox on to accentuate those cars.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
So can we say?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
From this point forward, Tom Tate, mayor of the Gold Coaster,
is going to be in the big men in Bard's calendar.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
If I can fit into my calendar, I'm there.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
He says.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
If I can fit into the calendar, we're fitting into it,
knowing that he's full of the doubt for the rest
of the years.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
We'll work around you, Tom, We'll work around you. It'll
be on the stage at your Carrols.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
It sounds like good, fine, we have a crack Tom. Yeah, alright,
