Speaker 1 (00:00):
To introduce you to Adrian Lewis. She has a very
unique body part, a very long tongue measured at four
inches in length. So four inches is everyone.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Once the average size of a tongue.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
I don't know. She's actually featured at Ripley's, believe it
or not. She's got the biggest Yes.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
So with her tongue, she can touch the bottom of
her nose, soorry, the top of her nose, the bottom
of her chin.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
She can even lick her and eyeball. That's how long
it is hand.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Okay, if you're carrying two cups of coffee and you've
got an itchy eye.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Now I will put a caveat to that.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
She has to kind of pull the tongue just a
little bit with her finger for it to reach the eyeball.
Speaker 3 (00:51):
But she knows, yes, she knows. She's just like, we're
not feeling what we.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
Look everyone trying and stick their.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Tongue out right now? Okay, I want everyone on the
Gold Coast driving stick. They're done out a leisure where
it touches the bottom with their chin. It's just below
my lip. Can you touch it?
Speaker 3 (01:14):
Nose?
Speaker 1 (01:16):
You can't even get to the top of my lip right,
So that puts into perspective. If you've just done that,
you have.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
You've got a thick I want to read that in
a minute.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Anyway, I found a little interview with her about what
life is like with a really long tongue.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
Have listened.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
My name is Adrian Lewis. I'm from Michigan, and I
have one of the longest tongues in the world. I
can touch my eye, I can reach the bottom of
my chin. I can also flap it really fast. Both
of my parents have long tongues, so I did inherit that,
but I've also stretched it over all of these years.
It's been a part of my life for as long
(01:56):
as I can remember. With having a long tongue, I've
been able to travel to Europe, but I have been
on TV shows, I have been in interviews. When I'm sick,
I can just reach my tongue back there and scratch
my throat. The worst part about having a long tongue
is some of the negative attention that I get. The
comments people make are just awful. They make me uncomfortable,
and I also bite my tongue all the time. I
(02:19):
don't want my tongue to be the one thing that
people think about me. I have so many other qualities
that are way cooler than just the tongues. I want
people to see me as kind and helpful, willing to
do things for others.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
You know, I get frustrated. She said this, I've got
the world's longest tongue. Look at this. I can do this, this, this, this, this,
and then it's like, I'm not just a tongue, you know.
I want I want some attention for me being kind
and everything. It's like you're from you been swinging from
the raft, is saying I I big tongue.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
She's swinging from the raft is withered tongue, and hold
on a monkey bears with it.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Apparently she's doing with their own tongue.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Anyway.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
I went to the comments on that story immediately, as
you would, Yeah, said one of them.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Bottom of the yogurt cup never stood a chance? How good?
Not there with your little spoon, you just stick that? Okay?
Speaker 1 (03:17):
Another one French kiss includes half of Belgium. Like this one,
she can taste what's for dinner tomorrow. Based on that,
I thought, we do like the one, and I'm not
saying there would be someone with a tongue the same
(03:40):
size on the Gold Coast. But what's long on you?
And keep it clean? Okay, do you have a long toe?
I know there's someone on the Gold Coast with a
long toe. I have walked the beach and I have
seen footprints of someone with a super super long second toe.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
So the second toe. So it's not said, remember I
showed you tracking people. No, I showed you.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
It was a little while ago, because I was like,
that is the freakiest footprint I've ever seen.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Wait, I just need to set the scene. Did you
jump off your horse and get down to the thing
and start looking at the footprint.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
This way? Tracking? No?
Speaker 1 (04:17):
I was just walking along and then I was actually
I was with the kids and we were doing footprint
you know how you step in and their little foot
goes in. And then I was like, wow, what is that?
So there's someone with a really long second toe. People
might have really long fingers.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
It means something, you know what. I don't know, but
like the long fingers, certain toes and longer than others.
They say this is a sign of this.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
Yeah, okay, you have a really long chin hair. I
don't know.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
I've seen that in the sun when you when you
when you've missed.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
It, I'll ring in and I'll talk about.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
I saw that here once I had something stuck in
my teeth. I was going to borrow itto double five
seven to one. You can have it anytime, keys rolling,
just keep it there so we got back up.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I cannot here. I'll use it. I just use it
to scratch my nose with all right, what's long on?
