lots of apartments and all that kind of stuff. So
there's a lot of companies that specialize in Airbnb, the
super hosts, and there's people that put their houses on
Airbnb for all the different reasons.

And I've got an Airbnb story for you. It's really cute.

So this is like the CEO of Airbnb, and he
was doing a podcast and he talked about.

complained about when it comes to Airbnb?

One day, a customer calls us and says they want
a full refund. We say, why do you want a
full refund? They said, because the house is haunted and
there's a ghost in the house. And we're like, okay,
well we have to junicate this. So we call the
host and all the host has to do is deny
it because there's no photo evidence of ghosts. Well, unfortunately,
the host confirms the ghost, says that it's a friendly

the listing description. We read the listening description, Stanley is mentioned,
so we go back to the guests and the guest says, yes,
we knew about Stanley, that's why we booked it. But
Stanley has been harassing us on Nate, how do you

I guess the point is in this new economy built
time trust, you can only imagine the kind of issues
you deal with. There is no playbook for the stuff.

Well, this is the thing, right, So when we know
bring something to the table, here to you guys, we're like,
what are we going to ask people? And this could
have gone two ways. A part of me wants to
ask what weird things have happened to you? Either staying
in the airbnb or a complaint from an Airbnb if
you're one of these hosts, right, because I remember you
went on your holiday and then you found out there
was a woman living in the roof.

She's in the roof, and Ben was in the lounge
room in the beach house and he looked up and
the shutters shut really quickly, so like she was not
only in the roof, but she was peaking in.

That wasn't in the Airbnb description.

No, I didn't say there's a happy peaker looking through
the roof.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
I mean she was lovely.

I found out because the gas ran out and I
just said I called her and she said, I'll be
right around, but she by the time I put my
phone on the bench and said, oh, she's coming, I
heard a knock on the door and I went, oh,
where do you live? Like you? And she goes, oh,
just up there, and she pointed to the roof and
that's where she was in the roof. I've gone okay,
And then saw the shutters. I'm like, okay, this.

Is weird, so odd anyway, So I thought we could
go that way or I just can't stop thinking about
Stanley is the name of a ghost, and I thought
we could open up the phones.
