Speaker 1 (00:00):
Not too far away from nine o'clock one, it's a
nine hot tomato.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
An hour later on the tweet, we Gaily and Emily
Jay a little bit overcast and a chance of further
showers today and more.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Rainfall expected tomorrow. By the way, they're saying potentially up
to sixty mils.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
So yeah, careful with all that rain. It might send
the crocs down there.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Is looking for another little wet spot.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Yeah, circularly in two Goggo's locals that had a shock
after finding a freshwater crocodile on the road at the
back of Mudrabar, Austinville. And we don't know if it's
an April full stay joke or not. We're trying to
work it out loose, and the news is saying it's
not because it's been picked up and rescued.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
On the side of it.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
There is no way in hell I would pick a
croc up. I can't even believe they spotted a croc
on the side of the road driving. That's why I'm like, oh,
I don't know if this story is adding up. But
they were like, oh, it's a lizard. This is Zane
and Lockland, the guy's at found it's a lizard. It's
a lizard. And no, no, it's a croc.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
It's a croc.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
It's like you just and when you're driving one hundred clocks.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah, spotted.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
I don't know, but we just want to know. This
is saying it could be a pet, that kind of stuff,
So we just want to know if anybody ever had
a crocodile as a Michelle you know someone that had
a croc as a pet.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Yes, one of the indie girls that we used to
do hair and makeup for the indie calendars and stuff
like that. And she lived up north, but she'd travel
with her crocodile. Her boyfriend's parents had a crocodile farm,
so he gave it to her the birthday gift, and
she had a big tank set up and everything and
would feed them goldfish or whatever because there's only little,

(01:25):
but he would sing and everything, and she called him
Percy because that's what he was going to be one day.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
And how big does that particular crocodile get it?

Speaker 4 (01:39):
It was like she got it as a baby, so
obviously she could only keep it while it was little.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
So then what do you do?

Speaker 4 (01:46):
They farmed them so up north, but she was just
such a sweet, little petite, innocent faith and all her
She had the most amazing stories of pig shooting and
she was just an adventure.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Wow, it's a wild girl.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
It's pretty cool as cooler to say you've got a pet,
croc and I don't think it's someone who's sort of
grown up around farms. It's not unusual to have a
pet that you would.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Eventually with gold fish and.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Yeah, yeah, I was just saying, like, it's not unusual
for farmers to have pets that then go on to
become food.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
I guess it was in the family, the boyfriend's family business.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah, yeah, okay, so we took him out. You're talking
about a farmer and the farm animals. It's an apex predator.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
No, no, but they're still farmed, right, there were still
crop farmers.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
I know, but like it's an apex.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
It's not like farmers with cows are worried about their
cow eating them.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
I wonder at what point you go, yeah it's too
big now, Like I wonder what size it gets that
they go it's a bit bity.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
At the beginning. It can rip your finger off when
it's a baby.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
These two guys just the Croc in the news story, mas.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Me think that they already have handled one.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yes, it was theirs anyway, Thank you for your call, Michelle, Yes,
baby Croc.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Maybe you'll get to the bottom of it later on
in the show.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
We look forward to hearing about all your April fool
jokes if you got someone, yeah, tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Yeah, it was fun happening to play this morning. Thank
you guys.
