space flight since nineteen sixty three Blue Origin, which is
Jeff Bezos's, you know, his company. They're all the big billionaires.
They're trying to What this flight is about, you know,
is not so much about the fact that they're astronauts.

It's about space tourism. They're trying to work out how
to get us up there quickly and get money out
of that. Anyway, if you haven't heard, it was pretty cool.
Gail King, Oprah's bestie, Lauren Sanchez, who's Jeff Bezos's fiance.

They actually had a proper astronaut up there with them,
and a Nobel Peace Prize winner as well, So it's
a very cool.

To be honest, they're so hot. All of them are
so good looking, and the spacesuits are hawt couture like
they're literally they're designed by Lauren Sanchez but also with
the help of some high end designers. And he's going
to make money off just people buying the space suits
because he's Amazon, right, well, yeah, he's going to be
selling all the little dolls and then all of the spacesuits,
so they're going to make money there. But they're so

I know we're taking the mickey out of her landing

She landed in the desert. There's a little girl, Daisy.
Hadn't seen her little face for a while. They've been
protecting her. She's a cute little blonde thing. And then
Orlando Bloom's there. You'd be like, like everyone's seen the
Challenger take off, like you would be nervous at something.

Did you see the stuff that came out that people
that have worked there have said that they don't feel
that the rocket is safe. Oh wow, it came out
with all these papers and there was essays written on it.
They think that they don't think it's safe. So people
came out and said it. That's when I really started thinking,
oh my god, is this going to be one of
those moments in history. I didn't want to be a

doomsday but I just started I literally had a little
bit of a sense of is this going to be
all right? I'm with you because I was relieved when
I woke up and they'd land.

Yes, because if NASA's not involved as well, I was like,
these are just a bunch of billionaires that are trying
to capitalize on space tourism. I know, I know, I know,
but still there's ego driving a lot of it. You know,
we are the first female flight where you want to
do space tourism. Even Jeff Bezos's rocket ship was quite driven.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
It actually looks like it in an adult store. It does,
and he put a smaller version might be available at Amazon.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
You never know, I'm telling you it is. That's how
he's going to make money for all of this. And
then he put a bunch of women in a phallic
looking ship.

I was like, you guys, that's why it only lasted
four minutes.

And that's why the girls kissed the ground at the end.

They're like, it's over all right, we're taking your calls

It's just a bit of fun because Gailie and I
have been arguing all morning about this. I'm calling the
girls astronauts and you're saying they're passengers.

Astronaut I think it just takes away from people at
NASA that have worked to fly in a rocket ship
for fifteen years, so they're or ten years or eight
years or whatever, way more than what they've done.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
So we just want you to end this argument. Are
they astronauts or are they passengers?
