Speaker 1 (01:53):
You just totten it up a bit? Tell us the
about it, and you've gone from busking, so then you haven't.
Speaker 6 (02:03):
Bussed for a while because you've been doing weddings right, yes, well,
doing everything, doing the the card, detailing, paying the bills
normally and now it's just the itches back. So it's
being around obviously so many incredible musicians, the contestants and
the coaches. I've just got the itch back. So this
weekend I'm going back out and I've missed it really.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Back in Cavell.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Yes, ye, all right, everyone's got to go watch.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Tommy's amazing the time to just do it, especially the
kick of what we've just seen on.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
The Yeah, so then talk us through the voice and
what you can tell us so far.
Speaker 6 (02:42):
Well, I was I was real nervous going up the
very big bit at the end, I didn't get a
big enough breath. So I went off stage and they're saying,
how did you feel you went? And I went, I
could have been better, you know, and they're going, oh,
you've got four chair turns. You're not happy, and I
was like, oh, yeah, but you know the next one
has to be better from here and then but that's
(03:03):
the the artist.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yeah, your mum and dad were cute your dad having
a cry that's.
Speaker 6 (03:09):
Getting more love than me. So everyone's like, oh my god,
his dad is so adorable. But I'm glad I've got that.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yeah, an adorable dad, tom Or did they come over
for the voice?
Speaker 3 (03:20):
They came over there in w A Yeah right, I knew.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
That was so that must be pretty cool. They must
be so proud.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
Yeah, and dad's getting on now. So it's it's could
he sing no no no, mom? And dad can't old tune?
Speaker 5 (03:37):
No no no?
Speaker 3 (03:38):
He got the good looks, I got the voice. Is
there ever a trade that came around that sang a lot?
Speaker 1 (03:48):
That is hilarious? We've got some theories, so then of
course you've progressed a little bit further.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
You can't tell us too much. But is it been
an experience of your life?
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yes, you done it. It's one of those things that
throws you back into the music.
Speaker 6 (04:05):
Really, so you step away for a while to pay
the bills, and you know, you get into the run
of the mill stuff, but then to be in an
experience like that just brings all the passion back.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
I think that one of the things about the shows
is you realize, you realize there are so many talented
people in the world, but there's so few that get
to actually make a living out of it full time
musician and on whatever level. So you know, you're talking
about having to pay the bills, so easy to go
(04:35):
back into routine. But then all of a sudden, you're
walking around and people don't know how talented you are.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
You know what I mean. It's just like one of
those flips.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
Yeah, anyone serving anywhere, just scratch the surface and you're
starting it could be extraordinary.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
In anything, everyone's got a story, and your story is
just beginning.
Speaker 4 (04:55):
I hope we hear a lot of that on the
voice They you cut your hair since the audition?
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Is that a part of a make over?
Speaker 6 (05:01):
It all from There's a lot of things that happen
on the show that I can't give away.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
But I just needed a change. I think.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Some stylist is coming and going.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
The stylus came from many a times said what are
we doing with this trash? Can this fire? What are
we going to do?
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Well, you're looking great and you're going to stick around.
You're going to sing a little song for us? Next
what are you singing?
Speaker 3 (05:26):
I'm going to do a rendition of I can't make
you love me.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Oh my gosh. And is that something you're going to
chake a voice? Is that something coming up for us?
Speaker 3 (05:33):
It isn't. It isn't on the voice. I wish it was.
It's a lot of the people that I have met
and I love from.
Speaker 6 (05:41):
The Voice have have copped a lot of flak online
and it sort of gets to me because I mean,
I love them now. They're like family to make yes.
So I thought, what's the song I can do to
honor them? Honor them a bit, And it was just
to forget about it, like I can't make you love me?
Speaker 1 (05:56):
All right, let's do that next, Okay,
