Speaker 1 (00:00):
Though, we're going to talk about brushing your teeth, and
I'm shook. I have discovered a dentist that's on Instagram
quite popular, who is telling us that we're doing it wrong.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
You're brushing our teeth right.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
We're brushing out. We're doing something wrong. So I'll just
ask a quick question of the group. When you wake
up in the morning, do you brush your teeth straight
away or do you brush them after your breakfast? Oh?
I have to say after breakfast, okay, straight away. I
do straight away as well, because I don't want to
eat breakfast straight away because we come in here so early.
I'm not eating breaky before I come in here, but

(00:31):
that's because of the job. On a Saturday. What would
you do, I would say, I brush my teeth after
I've had my breaky because I just get up with
the kids and go on.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
My way and then you have your showering that in
your breash.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Yeah, so best of both worlds, because this did just
reckons this.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
You're brushing your teeth after breakfast and not before. You're
actually ruining your teeth and you're going to end up
with yellow teeth that are going to be sensitive. So
this is what you need to do instead of brush
your teeth first thing in the morning when you wake up.
This is because of the night. We all have a
dry mouth. The saliva production slows way down because your
body is sleeping and recovering. Now, when there's no saliva,
that bacteria are going to go to town and they're

(01:08):
going to multiply. This means when you wake up in
the morning and you eat that bacteria are going to
eat what you eat and they're going to damage your teeth.
What do you do instead you brush your teeth to
get rid of that bacteria. I told you that's what
I did.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Turn of fries there with the bacteria is going to
eat what you eat.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Nol.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
I'm imagining these little bacteria people in my mouth, going, oh,
I love your porridge.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
You choose porridge.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
I love porridge.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Porridge is pretty good.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Tomato
