(00:00):
So you want to listen to a pretty alright podcast about wrestling, do you?

(00:05):
Well the natural lag, Jetswag, has said time and time again that there's only one podcast
that's the most decent and the most all right in the industry today.
And that's...
Hoo!
It's the Game Rage Rasslin' Podcast.

(00:37):
Oh yeah, welcome back everybody to a brand new episode of Game Rage Rasslin'.
My name is Josh, Josh, and I'm here today with my good buddy Adam.
Yes.
And today we're going to be talking about what's going to be happening.

(01:01):
This is going to be a nice little preview of the first ever Monday Night Raw coming to Netflix on Monday in just a few short days.
What is this? Today's Friday? Saturday? Friday? Saturday?
Three days away.
Three days away, three days away and we are going to discuss what we think is going to happen.
So we're going to get loading screens for endless amounts of time.

(01:26):
Alright, alright, minus that.
Okay, but anyways, before we get into that, let's go to Game Rage or go to Game Rage magazine on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
Also go to Game Rage Mag on Twitter, follow Adam at AllGasNoTrashOfficial on Instagram,
follow him on YouTube as well at that moniker.

(01:47):
Also go to substack.com forward slash at AllGasNoTrashOfficial.
Alright, so Monday Night Raw, let's start off.
We got the fucking card, the preview card already set up.
We got.
Wait, how many hours is it?
Two hours.
Okay.
I believe. Let me just double. I should double check that.

(02:08):
That doesn't give a lot of time.
Well, if there's no commercials, that's plenty of time.
No, I still don't think it's enough time.
Because between the three matches, that's one hour, right?
Everybody's going to get 20 to 30 minutes.
That's going to be one hour.
And then you have all the ring segments in between.

(02:34):
That's true.
Oh, time deviation.
It says.
Oh, that's fucking whack.
It does say it will have commercials even for those with an ad free plan.
See, that's fucking. See, that is that is already.
I'm already out. For every 20 minutes, you get 10 minutes of ads, right?

(02:56):
Yeah, that's ass. It says it will generally be around.
I guess they're going to do three hours. Yep.
So we're going to get.
Does the Netflix doesn't have a strict time guidelines, so the runtime may be flexible week to week.
So for every 20 minutes, we're getting 10 minutes of ads.
Yeah, that's going to suck ass. So.

(03:17):
I don't know. This this might. It might be like half ads.
Dude, that's terrible. If you're going to make me fucking pay for Netflix.
And now I got to watch this on. I'll tell you right now.
I'm going to tell you right fucking now if this ends up being 10 minutes of ads every 30 minutes, like you're saying.

(03:38):
Well, I mean, not 10 minutes. It's going to be split up.
Right. I know. So I'm saying it will be split throughout the 30 minutes.
But if we're going to get 10 minutes in total, if we're going to get of the three hour show.
We're going to get an hour of it be commercials, essentially.
Because if it's every if you're getting 10 minutes every 30, that's six.
So that'd be the 60 minutes. So.

(04:01):
I'm not down for that, but if it is, if it is, is that going to be that?
I swear to God, they better not be increasing my Netflix price at all.
They better be just showing the fuck up and just saying, hey, we're we're selling commercial ads on Netflix.
And you have to watch them.
The only way that they could do that and I don't even like it because it's it's also a distraction.

(04:27):
Picture in picture bullshit. No, they can't even do that.
I hope they don't. That's terrible. They need to just flash on the top left corner.
And it has to be the clarity of it has to be somewhat.
Reduced.
Or rather.
What am I trying to say? Translucent.
That it's somewhat be translucent.

(04:50):
If they're going to advertise fucking Jimmy John's in the top left corner while they're showing a match, right?
That's the only way they could do it.
Thirty seconds of that thing being shown or whatever.
I'm cool with that.
But when they start doing that overlay.
Where.

(05:12):
They reduce the cameras that are focused on the match. Right.
And then we get the giant size screen of whatever they're advertising, man.
That shit's going to suck mad. Oh, it is.
I understand that's I understand that's the lull in the match.
That's the point in which they're trying to catch their breath and they either they're going to figure out their spots and shit.

(05:35):
But. I don't give a fuck.
You paint a subscription. Why the fuck are you getting ads? Yeah, I agree.
That's more shit. That's straight horse shit.
But anyways, boring that. What are the match the match card that we have right now?
So far confirmed, we have five fucking matches three days before the thing starts already.

(05:56):
That's all in my opinion.
That's already not good for a three hour show.
And you're going to give me five wrestling matches.
And they still have to explain Roman Reigns being on Monday Night Raw because because I know I know they're going to have them actually be on Monday Night Raw because they're doing this whole transfer portal for the convenience of having these people.
And I don't even know why they have to explain it because we know we know Netflix is going to want the best of the best as far as the roster goes.

(06:24):
Yeah. But the fact that they're trying to create an in-story reason of why they're going to end up who gives a shit.
I don't even care. It's more time wasted on things I probably am not really particularly interested in.
But so we have how many matches you said five five so far confirmed.
We have tribal combat Roman Reigns versus Solo Sacoa or the Ula Fala or whatever the fuck it is.

(06:49):
We got the Women's World Championship last woman.
It's a last woman standing match. So Liv Morgan versus Rhea Ripley.
That match will probably get 40 fucking minutes.
So is that like an Iron Man match or is it?
It's basically you have to answer a 10 count every time you go down and whoever is the first one that doesn't raise up to the 10 count is out.
So it's not a 60 minute Iron Man match.

(07:10):
It's just whoever can't get up basically for whoever can't get up to the 10 count loses.
All right. This shit needs to end because I don't think it's.
I don't think that match will be able to carry for 40 minutes unless they do some crazy fucking weaponry shit.
I don't know. Maybe maybe they'll do great. I don't know.
I mean, the thing that would salvage it aside from being aside from us already having seen this match multiple times on two or three separate occasions.

(07:37):
Maybe Tiffany Stradden cashes in. Oh, shit.
That's that's a good idea. That would be cool to see.
So that we just get a surprise for Monday Night Raw to start off. Yeah.
Which would definitely be that'd be the way to go in my opinion.
I think it'd be definitely the way to go.
Then we have confirmed CM Punk versus Seth Rollins.
How do you feel about this feud?

(07:59):
I watched that last promo that they did on Raw, this most recent Raw.
And I have to say, I thought that was a good fucking promo.
I think they they've built the heat between themselves.
I just I don't know if it's going to care.
I don't know if this feud is going to carry like that.

(08:20):
But I mean, shit, if they're going to they're going to start a feud right here, it's going to this match is going to happen.
And they're going to I'm sure this won't be the last time they fucking see each other.
I'm sure there'll be some fuckery that happens because the problem is going to be.
Neither of them are really in the title picture right now, unless one of them were to win the Royal Rumble, which I don't think is going to happen.

(08:43):
So if you have. Gunther.
Drop the belt to somebody.
Or you just straight send his ass to smack down because they're going to need a stupid ass champion.
Cody Rhodes is coming to fucking Monday Night Raw.
There's no there's no fucking ifs, ands or buts about that.
That's that's happening.

(09:06):
Also, I don't know, Cody Rhodes is not listed as being on this first episode.
As far as we know, I'm sure he's going to he will make an appearance.
I have to believe he'll probably appear somehow in this Roman Reigns match.
Yeah, the something will happen and he'll come out.
Right. That's what's going to happen.
And it's there. I think they're going to begin the settings up of the Rock versus fucking Cody Rhodes.

(09:27):
That's what I think is eventually I fucking hope not.
I hope not, too, but I think that's what they're going to do.
So and then for some fucking reason, we have J.U. So what are your thoughts on the CM Punk and Seth Rollins deal?
I don't know if I'm all that invested in this feud because.

(09:49):
They really. I get it.
They both were in Ring of Honor and they're kind of digging up on old.
I mean, I don't know if they kind of referenced it in their thing that in their early years that they were both ended up in Ring of Honor and that CM Punk was a mentor and that he left.
And Seth, Seth Rollins calling them bitch because, you know, like he just took his ball, went home and went to some other company and then did the exact same thing with A.W.

(10:18):
And then came back and all that shit.
And then also, there's that thing about CM Punk trying to create the shield. Yeah.
And that I don't remember who wasn't supposed to be in it, but they ended up getting the guys that CM Punk wanted ended up getting replaced and they just kind of took his idea.
And that's the shield that we got. It wasn't his. Yeah. His constitution. Right. Yeah.

(10:45):
But I don't know. I mean, I don't know how well it's going to play out as far as like in the ring because CM Punk's I think he put up a pretty good match against Drew McIntyre.
But Seth Rollins isn't the guy that he was 10 years ago, especially when he tore his fucking was his ACL. Yeah.
Like, I don't know how interesting. I don't know how I'm invested as far as like Seth Rollins in the ring is.

(11:15):
I don't I don't know how much I enjoy his fucking in-ring ability now.
Ten years after the fact he tore his ACL because he used to do like tons of athletic shit, but I don't know, man. I don't really know.
I don't really know where I'm at with it. Yeah.
I don't know. I guess we'll I guess we'll see. I do think we're going to get a surprise fucking triple threat match for the Intercontinental title again.

(11:39):
You think so? Yeah, I think it's going to be fucking Seamus versus fucking Ludwig Kaiser versus fucking Ron Breaker on matches.
I also because there's got to be I feel like one title defense isn't enough for this this big blow up premiere on Netflix.

(12:00):
I feel like there's going to be a surprise one. Maybe that and then we might get the stupid ass tag team titles defended for once.
I don't know. You know, you know, it's interesting about so as many people know, John Cena is on his farewell tour.
Do you know what title he hasn't held?

(12:23):
Is it a tag title? He hasn't been tag team champion? No, he's been a tag team champion.
Let's see. Oh, you know what? He hasn't been Intercontinental champion. Yeah. Oh shit. What if that's the fucking the swerve?
They throw him in that and that would be to bury Ron Breaker. God damn it.
Okay. They'd have to do it in a triple threat or a fatal four way match.
But I don't know, man. Do you do you waste the only question is, do you waste a year?

(12:49):
Do you waste a couple months for John Cena to have a bid at the IC title just to say he could have it and be like a Grand Slam champion?
Or do you just do away with that and go for the actual main course of him being 17 time world champion?
I think it's I think it means more if he's a Grand Slam fucking champion as well. I think they want to give him all the belts or they want him to have all the accomplishments.

(13:16):
So he's in the Grand Slam champion club. If he gets that.
I do think he's going to come out and then that might be the surprise.
Maybe they make it a fatal four way and then maybe he beats fucking he pins Ludwig Kaiser or some bullshit writer fucking shameless.
He announces his Royal Royal Rumble wins the internal.
Yeah, he wins the Intercontinental belt. Right.

(13:38):
And then he says, oh, by the way, I'm going to be the either way, whether this happens or not, his coming out speech is going to either begin or end with and I'm going to be the first person to declare entry in the 2025 Royal Rumble baby.
Yeah, that's what that's for sure going to be in there.
And he's like, I'm going to win the whole thing and fuck maybe. Yep. He's going to point to sign a guaranteed guaranteed.

(14:03):
Maybe maybe maybe we also get if that's going to be the case, maybe he maybe he wins the IC belt right.
So they can be the Grand Slam champion.
And then I do believe they're going to make him win the Royal Rumble like he's going to give him one more Royal Rumble win like it's John Cena's farewell tour like they're going to give him everything.
I think that because of who John Cena is and Vince McMahon is no longer in charge.

(14:30):
I think he might get some kind of I think he might get the sting treatment. I think he might get to go out on top in the end.
So maybe I feel like this whole year is just going to be the year of John Cena and he's going to be I see the I see champ.
I think we're going to go to WrestleMania and he's going to whoever he's going to fight. This is going to be a rehashing of Ultimate Warrior versus Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania fucking was that six or seven when it was I think it was seven title for title.

(14:59):
I see belt versus fucking World Championship belt.
And I think John Cena that's how he will win the fucking final 17 to be the thing he'll be a dual champion.
And then I'm sure they'll have some sort of a fucking tournament or some stupid shit.

(15:20):
And then for the I see belt and then King of the Ring.
He'll face that he'll be the champion up until SummerSlam.
And then he will face whoever that is and that's whoever wins King of the Ring he'll drop the belt to them.
And then maybe he'll go out still Intercontinental Champion or something like that and then he'll retire.

(15:41):
And then that's how they'll let him go out on top. It's the kind of they'll still go go out with the belt.
And then he'll have a 2026 they'll have a tournament or shit maybe the Royal Rumble fucking maybe they'll have a separate Royal Rumble a mini Royal Rumble for the Intercontinental belt and the prize at the end is you get to be the Intercontinental Champion or some shit like a battle royal or whatever.

(16:04):
I don't know. I think I think I don't know. I want to believe.
That it's going to be one or the other. It's he's not going to get both.
If he I just think he's going to end up getting the 17th.
Yeah, the 17th title to break the record.

(16:27):
I don't know about the IC title and fucking the 17th title for him.
But I'm not really interested in that.
If they end up if he ends up going on his back. I want to know who's who he's going to put over and I know that's not technically related to the first episode of raw but I do want to know who the person is that they're going to put over because that's a missed opportunity to to get somebody.

(16:52):
Yeah, because if you're you know you're essentially kind of made if you if you win against John Cena. Yeah, true.
If it matters if it matters because Austin Theory technically beat that's true. He wasn't made.
I mean he also that was kind of water that was kind of a Vince McMahon guy so maybe that was the way it got it got squandered because Vince McMahon was out later before he had time to fucking you know do anything with it.

(17:21):
Yeah, but yeah I don't know. So, I guess we'll see.
But anyways that's basically what we have or what we know right now is going to happen. What do you think is going to happen with the behind the scenes segments.
I think we're going to see some fucking Judgment Day bullshit.
I think we're going to see. I don't know why we're going to see the continuance of this New Day deal.

(17:47):
So, that's going to be a continuance, would you be surprised if Biggie.
In fact returns to the ring, or do you think that's actually legitimately the end for him. No, I think they're setting that up for him to come back that's what this whole thing is otherwise what would be the point of this.
You know, I think he's going to come back and wrestle.

(18:09):
So, that's just my personal opinion.
All right.
I know I keep talking about them. But if you had if you had to give this group stable, any type of legitimacy.
Where do you think they invade.
Where do you think they're going to have the impact the most impact or certain scenarios, they can't touch like I don't know if they can.

(18:36):
I don't know if they could do the Roman and Solos of Coating I think maybe you're right on the Cody Rhodes thing. Yeah, they can't touch that. I'm not sure.
But where are they fucking stuff them.
I think they can interfere in that this is what I think.
I think if you if you want to do this ball, if I'm them, and I want to do this properly.

(18:58):
They interfere in every match.
And at the end of it. Well, not the end of it but during the whole like, you know, women's world title thing.
What's her name Nikki cross or whatever is that the chick that's in there. She comes out or whatever she gets involved in does shit the rest of them just stand there and watch as she beats the shit out of both of them.
Tiffany Stratton music hits she comes out she gets the pin she wins the fucking match.

(19:22):
And points at her or something like your next bitch or something and then it turns out later that Tiffany Stratton joined the Wyatt six before all this.
And then she goes fucking like full emo or whatever, and does that. And then, you know, that's that's you do that right.
And then them too can go be the women's champion they can be the women's tag team champions right you can have that covered.

(19:48):
And then you have them all interfere with everything right so they get involved in CM Punk's bullshit because because there needs to be like an existential threat to like everyone.
Yeah, if it really matters. Yeah, we don't really matter. That's the only way you make the matter. You even make them existential because they come out and let's say they come out and start beating the shit out of Roman Reigns, or one of the bloodlines.

(20:09):
Or whatever and maybe they pretend like, oh, they're going to be like we're friends with solo so Koa, and then Cody comes out that's when Cody comes out. But then they start beating up everybody and start beating the shit out everyone and then they leave Cody dead, they leave all them dead
and then they're like that's the new. That's the new storyline major storyline going forward is like, oh, we got to do something about this guys.
And then Roman and then like okay you get Roman in them and then you get CM Punk and Seth Rollins they hate each other so like no one can trust each other on that team and then that's how you get like this new Wyatt six real being a real threat and then you let him start winning

(20:42):
belts. That's what you start doing you start letting them win belts. And that's how you assert dominance now, I don't know about Bo Dallas uncle howdy being world champion.
I mean, that ain't happening for me, we need to dump him. And what ends up well, maybe you don't even need to dump them, but it turns out that uncle howdy wasn't in charge at all the whole time.
Turns out it was actually fucking Drew McIntyre. And then Drew McIntyre gets somehow maybe Drew McIntyre wins the rumble, or does some bullshit, or he gets somehow gets a title shot.

(21:12):
He's in there, the lights go out, the Wyatt six comes in and beats the shit out of fucking whoever the champion is at the time maybe it's going through I don't know. And then, Drew McIntyre was the one, or maybe Seth Rollins the architect was the one who the fuck knows it could maybe CM Punk was the one.
Well, with the exception of Drew McIntyre CM Punk and Seth Rollins both were like leaders of factions at some point. Yeah, so, you know, I do think like CM Punk with Nexus and all fuck CM Punk's been in charge of multiple factions but like straight society fucking a bunch of shit.

(21:44):
So I do think that CM Punk would be that would be a great fucking, and then he turns them like, he, they're like the Wyatt straight six and then they all like they don't do any drugs or like, they beat up people who like are there like lessers because they're like oh you drink alcohol and they beat it like it's like a combination.
That'd be fucking cool as shit man. You watch that.

(22:05):
Oh man I'm already thinking, you know what in reality, for all the shit that we talked, I don't think they're going to end up on the first 100% they're not showing up. I guarantee it there will they will not happen. Yeah, but if we had to speculate that's what I would say they should do with them.
Yeah, I think they're fucking dead in the water do you think they're not.
Nobody. I don't believe them and nobody else does this is a three hour show, and there's no room for them. Yeah, there's only five matches announced and John Cena, and there's no room for them on a three hour show you know he funny is if they were told that same night oh yeah we.

(22:40):
So when are we going to come out where's our segment. Just hold on a second hold on a second and then three hours passed by they never actually get called in. Yeah, that'd be fucking hilarious. Oh man. So sad. Many such cases. Yeah.
I think this is going to be I'm betting on this is probably going to be the end for me for wrestling I, I think, always for WWE, I guess. I just don't think this is going to change literally anything about my opinion of where things are going.

(23:12):
I don't like Cody as a champion anymore.
Do I.
I never did.
I'm just not interested anymore. I have a feeling like I don't know if we end up turning away.
For who knows how long and coming back and then coming back and then finding out things are better when we weren't looking at maybe.

(23:34):
I'll say this, because it's endless and I was a I was a fucking John Cena hater and a John Cena mark at certain points. I don't know where I stand right now I feel like he's been away long enough to where like cool I want to see him like you know do well I'd be bad probably be rooting for him.
Only if they only if they let him do the doctor thugonomics which I don't think they will that'd be sweet as shit. Therefore, I don't care. Yeah, maybe. But either way, I literally watched his first fucking enhancement talent match on Smackdown.

(24:06):
What do you mean? Like, I was, I saw him when he came out in those green fucking trunks and he was like an enhancement talent.
Oh, with the frills hair. Yeah, he had like the green bike shorts on. Ruthless. Yeah, the first ruthless aggression or whatever like his first, it was like in 2002 was his first like, yeah, opening fucking like he had a couple enhancement talent matches and then he eventually became the doctor of thugonomics.

(24:30):
But, I mean, I watched it. I've watched him literally since his first fucking appearance on TV. So, same. I, you know, I will, I'm at least going to stick out his final year, like, I mean, dudes had a fucking 20 plus year career.
I feel like he's given me enough entertainment over the years that like, not only do I feel like I owe it to him to watch this and keep it going for him for this last year, but also just to satisfy my own completionism, I guess.

(25:00):
You know, just to see it to the end for him. So I'm going to at least stick it out till his till his, the John Cena Eros tour is over.
When does it end? It ends at the end of the year? December. He said December is his last, it'll be his last match.
What's the last paper view? What's the last paper view for December?
I don't remember what the fuck it's called.
New Year's Revolution now.

(25:21):
I don't know, maybe. They change it like all the time. So, I don't know. I don't remember what it was last, or this last December. Fuck, what was it?
I don't know. I can't even think of it.
I don't think there was one.
Yeah, I'm not sure.
Because, yeah, I only think there was because.
The Survivor Series was probably the last day of November.
And then now Royal Rumble is not until fucking, fucking February 1st.

(25:42):
Yeah, I don't know.
Which is why this raw Netflix is, I feel like it should be like a pay-per-view, but whatever, or a PLE, but I don't know.
Maybe this shit will get added onto, I feel like. The five matches is definitely not enough. I feel like it's going to get added onto it.
If these are the five matches, I don't know if this is going to be any good.
But if this is just it, if they do five matches and John Cena and that's it, I don't know.

(26:03):
It's just me, Oos.
But again, I'm going to watch it. So I'm going to watch this year. So I will be continuing to at least talk about it.
So anyways, all right. Well, that's the preview for Monday Night Raw on Netflix.
And we're going to check it out. And next week we'll have a full review of the episode.
And my anticipation is that we will be shitting a lot on it.

(26:25):
So yeah, yeah, we're watching it independently because I don't want to hear anything yet.
I don't want to hear anything on Discord.
I don't want to hear shit. No, I'm not going to say no comments will be made.
You will not hear from me until Thursday.
I don't want to see your face because I don't want to see you reacting and feeling a certain type of way as we watch it, because I won't be influenced.
Yep. Nope. Nope. Neither do I. So I just want our actual honest opinions and we'll record the episodes next Thursday.

(26:51):

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
