Speaker 1 (00:11):
Welcome to another.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Sunday Gamers Therapy where we are not medically licensed, what.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Do we ever want to be?

Speaker 2 (00:20):
And death. We're only here to help you to your
hobby addiction, to maintain it. We have no desire to
break it. So welcome, Welcome, guys, and everybody on the
podcast that listens to just sat a little later time.
Remember you can always join us Sunday four pm Central Live.
We are on of course, our Facebook group, our page,

(00:41):
Twitch sometimes and YouTube every Sunday four pm Central.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
All right, we are just.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Getting started, hear you, guys, And today our little topics
just gonna be gaming expenses because you know, it didn't
get as bad as we thought though, so there we go.
There's there's the upside to that, I would say. But
we're just gonna take a moment here. Let everybody kind

(01:13):
of get in and get going. Yeah, I'm you need everything, Yeah,
got one, Yeah, she's she's got her drinks brewed in
the kitchen.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
So I'm gonna shake it up a bit today.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
I'm gonna have some tea with some clothes in it
because I've got a toothache. Clothes helpful too, things at
least that's what I was told and so far. But anyways,
you guys we are. If you can see behind us,
our new little logo guy, well he gets blocked out
mostly by us.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Well you can always shut us down for a second.
And the way they can see it, you mean close out,
so you won't be able.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
To hear us. But so go do the right and
close it off for a second.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
There you go, that's our little guy. There, he is the.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
New We just kind of we like our old piratey
guy and he's been around a long time. We're just
gonna spot things up a little bit in and see
how that will work out. So it will be just
a little bit of something different, is all. It's on
all the new merchandise, which we have a ton now

(02:33):
because we're with the company that has twenty five options,
so it's much bigger, and new little guy will be
on packaging too.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
So greetings, Telemachus, how are you doing, sir?

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Time to kick it up, and not just time to
kick it up a notch, just just a tiny bit.
And I'll have to give Telemachus a like air high five.
Everywhere I go I see him in somebody's chat. He's
constantly very supportive of everybody in the community. So thumbs
up to you, sir, because that's really cool to see,

(03:11):
and you know it's very much appreciated to you. But
we are Telemachus, just gonna as people filter in, chit
chat a little bit about hobby expenses. Member Howbard, he
was terrified things would be catastrophic through the roof, which
turns out at least I haven't. I haven't seen that,

(03:32):
although some of you might have some horror stories. So
far it's not bad. Everything's been getting expensive the last
decade has been really uh.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Price gougee to me on everything.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
I mean, you know so, But we were just gonna
chit chat a little bit about that.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
We have we when it comes to like.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Getting like our own merch which we've got ordered by
the way, you guys, so when they comes in, we're
going to show you we got some new short to
lem ICUs. We have our gamers of coffee shirts we
generally wear out and about, but with the new logo,
we've got our own stuff coming that should be We

(04:16):
just sent it in so it probably I don't know,
takes them a day or two to work up the
design and get it going, so shortly we should have that,
and we'll show off a few things we had made
that we paid for.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
To get sent over. So it should be good. Good
to go, I think, but everything everything's getting to be expensive.
So hey, walk about.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
How are you, sir?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
I know you've been busy. Thank you for remembering my name.
I appreciate it, sir. And yeah, it's all good. Man
actually just stepped out, so we were just been a
crazy run around day.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Oh look at that, Ashley commented to from the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Hello Charles from Baron's Casino.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Hope you won big, sir. Hope you won big.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
And thank you Charles for picking up a shirt.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
It looks good. Me and Ashley have our own shirts coming.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Too, so when.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
When it comes in, we will definitely show you.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
And Charles says, as tummy as full his I think
he met Walt is empty, but he had a good day.
I'm glad you're gonna be listening. You know what the
casino is gaming and I talk to people who go
spend two hundred bucks in the bar and you know
you don't.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
It's gonna end up in a toilet the next day.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
But if you told him he spent fifty bucks at
the casino, they go, oh my god, you waste some money,
but they will.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
Have no problem wasting it for what they want to.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
So enjoy it.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Man, we haven't been in a long time, but it's fun,
and we don't we're not in o high rollers. I
mean we'll go with like twenty five or forty bucks
or something apiece if we go, and he usually provides
a couple hours of some good entertainment. Sometimes works out
very well. Yep, he did beat you to the punch there, babe,

(06:20):
So walk about says hello, Ashley. Ashley's out at the
other end of the mansion. Well, oh, why you made
it all the way back. That's because we have a
train installed in our two hundred million dollars whatever.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
And uh.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Yeah, made some tea.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
Man this time.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Hopefully it helps you get out.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Got a toothache and busts actually a bust of tooth
and he's falling apart. It hurts, Uh.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Hurts the talk actually, So yeah, we got a bunch
of good ease coming. Yep, so we'll see how everything
comes out.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Yeah, I got a couple of things to show you
guys when it comes in. Like we just ordered a
bunch of different things. What we could sit down and
figured it out. How do we get some things to
show off what we got, and then of course we
need to get updated our shirts. So yeah, so we
did so and start updating things as we go a

(07:25):
little at a time. YouTube here here, I'm gonna have
to the.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Header is gonna be.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
The interesting thing is no matter how I design it,
no matter what I say, they they say, it doesn't fit.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
It doesn't fit. It cuts off like half of it.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
It's like, come on, you go with the sizes they
want and nope, it doesn't matter, cuts everything off.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
So I gotta try to refigure it out.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
It is hot out there, Charles, I will say today.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
It's only about eighty degrees for us at this point,
I think it's eighty degrees and then it says there's
smoke in the air from Canada. Okay, I mean it's
quite a ways away from us. I'm not sure how
we're getting Uh, it's directly just coming in the line

(08:17):
up towards our area. But okay, So it's a little
hazy outside, and other than that, it's not it's not
a miserable day. And earlier we went out and hit
the splash pad with the kids, you know. So went
to the park actually as a park just maybe five

(08:40):
minutes from here, and it's the city built. It's it's
all brand new everything, and they have a brand new
splash pad. So I got out there, was with the
three year old and we had a little bit of fun.
So maybe it looked funny. I was only adult out
there run around with the kids. But that's all right,
I had fun. Tylemochus says, it is eighty one degrees there. Yeah,

(09:05):
so that's how I'm not sure how how it is
for Charles's he just said it was darn hot. You
like to share with your friends. Well, thank you, thank
you for blowing all that smolk this way. It's somehow
found a direct angle line to come to Iowa, so

(09:28):
you know that's good for us. It is hazy outside
though it looks looks a bit hazy. So but other
than that, it has not been like excessively hot or
anything crazy. Eighty degrees okay, ninety one up in the
lower mountains. Yeah, I like Tylmochus smoke is free oxygen price. Yeah, yeah,

(09:55):
you know that's that's you got a good point.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
There, man. You know there where was years ago is
so bad.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
I got changed mine over. Yeah, that's the new level.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Okay, well it'll fit in the one little circle. But
on our main YouTube page it would be contradictory. You
have this guy and then the big Yeah. Well, I
mean we could start switching it over. So yeah, you
there had oxygen bottles anyways, or you could buy oxygen

(10:32):
and it's for the pollution in some of the other countries.
I can't complain, I guess. But onward with gaming, man,
remember how we were worried. Everybody was worried about everything
was gonna skyrocket. It was going to be a gaming
apocalypse catastrophe. And actually the pricings have been going up

(10:52):
every year anyways on things, but I noticed, thankfully they
just haven't. I have not yet, and I have a
bottle ton this year run across.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
A lot of.

Speaker 4 (11:05):
Paints have gone up, paints fell double, yeah, but it
was years ago. But so Yeah, the black Ballejo black.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Was for something. Now at our local store, it's.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
About five bucks a bottle, about five bucks two fifty three,
but that's been a couple of years.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Just brushes have gone.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Up, Yeah, good paint brushes. Yeah, there are some nice
ones we've founded.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Take it off my desk.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
I'm like, speaking of paint, where's my little container that
the granddaughter likes to take sitting at my desk because
you gotta get her own.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
I gotta get her her own.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Yeah, because she knows what it's for. But yeah, hasn't
hasn't gotten too priced? I know it's the Interestingly, like
my primer that I used, it went up about a
dollar if they can, as opposed to last year.

Speaker 5 (12:12):
Yes, spat up too bad, Yeah, but so thankfully. And
I noticed some of the gaming sets come. There's there's
so much coming out. I probably should do just a
run tow that. I know you guys see it too.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
It's just all sorts of things, games and whatnot being released.
Matter of fact, what was that yesterday I showed you?
Was the War on European Front or whatever for World
War two? Flames of War where I find that Anyways,

(12:50):
there in a box set had two complete armies and
I think it was like seventy five blocks.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
And I'm like, well that's pretty good. That's not too well.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
It just came off the stove, I know. Mum hm,
I just want to see something. Our son asked us
to look for something. What do you ask you to
look for? Uh? Wallet?

Speaker 4 (13:25):
And we can get one because his new puppy decided
to chew up his wallet, so I don't see one.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
So it's Battlefront's website.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
It's got a European starter set with the German forces
and Americans too, so it's it's quite quite detailed on
what they're doing in the box sets, are you know,
pretty pretty big? And it was seventy five bucks. I

(14:07):
just wanted to double check that you.

Speaker 3 (14:09):
Got a new action figure walk about?

Speaker 1 (14:11):
All right?

Speaker 2 (14:12):
What action figure did you get to actually figure? You
an action figure of me?

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Yeah, a net job squirrel face walk about. He likes
the new logo.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
We're just uh, I've had the other one for many,
many many years, so just thought maybe change it up this.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
Year, bit kind of going cutie this time, do something
a little different. Well, we technically got like five new
ones because there are a couple are dressed differently. They're
the same logos, just different outfits on him.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
That's all.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
So yeah, but I haven't found things getting too pricey.
How about you walk about outwork telemicus you guys running
across anything that's gone up other than oxygen. Yeah, that's
got up a lot a thirty K wolf priest.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
Nice.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
Where'd you find that? When I walk about?

Speaker 2 (15:20):
I mean, did you find it like your local store eBay?
And did you feel you got a good deal on it?
Do you think you got fair price for it? I mean,
but anything in the Warhammer stuff tends to be a

(15:41):
bit pricey anyway, So I.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Haven't seen.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
I just haven't seen a whole lot of I've seen
it for some price gouging on fears, you know, whole
tariff thing while back, but then it tapered off. But
you always got you always got those sellers that are
gonna go off of that, and they're just greedy. You're

(16:07):
playing in a worldwide campaign gaming with one eighteenth action
figure as wow, well that's pretty.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
Good bigger than like fifteen milimeter.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
You're asking on the side, is there Ashley?

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Yeah, yes, I believe. So I was like model car.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
No, they're Look I just pulled this up so you
can see the difference at the scale. You know, they're
they're they're made bigger three and a half roughly four inches.
Joy Toy is the company that makes them, now, Joey Toy.

(16:58):
That that's just that's kind.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Of a funny name.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Yeah, that's what I was wondering about there, walking about.
I mean, I don't think you're gonna have a problem
finding fair prices. I think you're shipping in your custom
stuff is it's crazy. And I just don't understand the
insanity with Canada's customs, the way they the way they
do stuff. But I mean, I guess it's whatever, and

(17:30):
shipping is a lot. We've that's what we said. We've
we have sent stuff to like Axents and one other
guy out there, Eric Eric. I can't remember how time
he always used to shot. I've seen him a long time.
He came out of the garage there.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Some of them. But Eric, I believe.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
We we just found it so ridiculously expensive to send something.

Speaker 3 (17:59):
And you guys are right next to us, and it's
not like it's.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Literally it's like a six and a half hour drive
or something like that from us or twelve.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Twelve It was twelve, but its yeah, two to three
months by the time it gets to customs. Sometimes, I
don't know, I really don't understand that. But shipping is
has gotten expensive now if I ship locally in in
this country, I haven't seen really the United States postal service.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Their rates go up every year anyways a little bit.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
But still.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
I haven't seen a drastic increase, and you know, which
would be too much on that. But shipping is the
thing you gotta watch.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
But I do I haven't seen it what normally if
it would be nine to ninety nine shipping, Now things are,
you know, twelve ninety.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Nine, fourteen nine. There's there's some increase. It depends to eBay.
Just looking around. I don't buy anythink three Bay lately,
but I've been looking around somebody. These the sellers are
just adding too much. I mean, you know what it's
going to cost. If it fits in a box and
it's seven ninety five you can ship it anywhere in
the US, and they're charging twenty dollars, then you know

(19:14):
they're just trying to profit.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Off off shipping.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
Colemachus says, I've been going back to us what I
already have that I may not give a fair assessment,
not buying anything.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
That's what we're doing.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
That's completely a good idea there, Colemachus, because the only
things basically were in need of her just some paints
we're running out of.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
We've gotten down to where.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
He's got a lot to touch some of my paints
because I'm low on it.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
Yeah, she'd just like to share sometimes, and sharing is caring.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
No, you could share with your three year old granddaughter.
I do. It was on my desk, it is mine.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Well, so see what I mean. But paints, paints are
you know, more expensive than normal. Yeah, those orchestrated things
they're walking about, and you know it's all orchestrated.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
It's just it's a way to raise prices.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
That's how you know how they do it. It's kind
of like with gas, at least in our country. I'll
give you an example. Say it's say it's three point
fifty gallon. They will raise it to four thirty and
people will complain, and I'll drop it to three eighty
and people will be.

Speaker 1 (20:33):
Like, whoa, it's down to three eighty.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
And I'm like, you fools. Now you were paying three fifty.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Now you're cheering it. You're paying thirty cents more. But
it's the it's psychology. That's why they do it. They
spike it way up and then they drop it here.
But it never was all the way down. So now
it's more than what it was. But you're happy where
it's at.

Speaker 1 (20:51):
You know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (20:52):
All right, walk about, go get your lunch, drive safe
or however you're getting it.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Well, I want how long would it take for walking
about the door dash something from here to there?

Speaker 1 (21:05):
I don't kind of want to know that. That'd be
a nice little trip.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
We will have a good chat though, so have a
good day.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
Man speaking, I want to wear many warmups out the
cruise in the country that.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
He's on a trip right now?

Speaker 5 (21:20):
Is he?

Speaker 3 (21:21):
I think he's already left.

Speaker 4 (21:22):
Yeah, so yeah, he probably won't be here out of
town as well. I think he's working this weekend.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
I believe they make poor Methos their work all the time.
So I haven't heard from Modeling for Advantage for a
long time. They used to pop in the show here
and there, Kaiser has but I just haven't heard from them.
So hopefully they're okay out and about.

Speaker 4 (21:50):
I don't think they've done a live or anything recently. Okay,
I haven't been not to I have to go check
their check your notifications because they'll shut them off.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
Yeah, if you haven't watched them a yeah, they shut
them off.

Speaker 2 (22:06):
I don't know what the deal is, but we're not
the only one that happens to you're subscribed to somebody
like I didn't get a notification.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
You go check and you find out.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
T olymicus, they opened the Chick fil A here, people
have gone crazy. Hour long line to cars stretched across
the bridge, police directing lines.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
Yeah, madness, I tell you, well.

Speaker 4 (22:33):
That's just like that new coffee place that just opened
up by us, not too far from us and our
local mall.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
So the one thing what Chick fil A is they
are very efficient. I'm surprised that took an hour away,
but they are very efficient with getting the cars.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
And that's what happens out here.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Anytime something new opens, they.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
Have they got try it was it seven brew it's
a coffee shop and oh what for done? Well? My
god man, how you doing lead for I haven't seen
you for a bit. Hopefully everything's going well for you, sir.
But they will have very long lines, although they're fairly quick.

(23:14):
But I'm not I'm not one to go. It's like, okay,
something open, It's okay. I don't got to be there
day one. Just let it go because a month or
so later, you know, it dies, it dies off a bit.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
But all the chick flays that are out here, have it.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
Ll drive through and it don't matter when you go by,
there's people in line for them. There's always cars there. Yeah,
sometimes it's only one or two cars. But the fact is,
I don't think I've ever driven by any of the
chick flays out here and not seen a car in
the line, you know, or at.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Least take that back. We have on Sundays when they're closed.
They're closed. Yeah, well thank you.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Little League is starting, Clemenca says, and we'll make traffic
even work. Yeah, we're glad you're here too, Letford he says, Yeah,
I'm glad you're We're glad you're here too.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
A Little Little League World Series.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
Yeah, that's when the parents get feisty in the crowd,
you know. I mean there's a lot of emotion about
you're you're, you know, cheating my kid on something.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
So you gotta watch them t balls going around here.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yeah, they get they get out of hand, and there's
parents are getting fights over stuff. It's kind of funny.
But but then you know, we also have a competition.
This This state's very much addicted to sports on a
massive level beyond anything I'm used to. So, uh, there's

(24:56):
there's competition, I hear man, people get involved, although you know,
generally it's it's kind of cool if you take that
aspect away. Just to watch the kids have fun. Oh yeah,
if they get to be kids and have fun.

Speaker 4 (25:09):
Well, our oldest granddaughter, the one that got into the
tanks when she was little, Uh, she just started cheerleading
for freshman year of high school.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
God, she's a freshman already. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Time flies, time flies, and you don't get it back,
so use it wisely. Yeh, Like I said, well, that
Chick Fla is just gonna I don't know. There's something
about people waiting in line that they just love to do.
I personally don't.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
I don't like if it takes more than ten minutes.
I don't want to be there. Yeah, ten minutes is
pushing it. I rather hurry up, get get yourself and go.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
Well.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Opening day though, so chilling kiss, Are you gonna go
down and get yourself some Chick fil A in your area?
There when the lines calmed down. They do have a
good spicy chicken.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
So oh yeah, they do have some things that are good. Waffle. Yeah.
See where's Brian when we need him?

Speaker 4 (26:16):
Talk about food and Brian's not even the one that
started it.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Tika says, they're giving out free mills.

Speaker 2 (26:22):
If you dress up in a cow suit, there you
go then tell them because you can stand out there
in a cow suit and tell people to move value
your way. You're here to save a lot of boolah
by getting a free mill.

Speaker 4 (26:37):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Our granddaughter was excited because she loves Yeah I did.
She ended up.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
Wanting to eat more chickens.

Speaker 1 (26:44):
Yeah, cow right, there was.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
I don't know if it was a kid or whatnot,
but someone was up in the costume and we were
driving from I remember where we were.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
We went to the store and.

Speaker 4 (26:54):
We happened to drive past it. There's out there waving
the gak.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
It wasn't a cow, it was a person in a cowhit.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
Well, she don't understand that. I know.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
I thought it was funny though, because then you come
home that day with that cow.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Then she wanted a cow.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
Says, No, I can make chicken as well as they
do it more healthy. Yeah, did you see that Moms
across America report on that chicken. Greg doesn't need a
chick flate too much. You can go ahead and make
it at home more healthier. I am not gonna lie though.
That chicken salwich I have is good. I just didn't
realize there was all these things, you know, but you

(27:38):
most definitely can barbecue some shaking at home or something. Well, hello,
beautiful wolf brother hobbies. He always says, we're beautiful people.
I told you guys, that ninety nine wish filter that
I got. It works pretty good because otherwise, if Mitos
seen my roof face, he wouldn't be saying beautiful people.
He'd be like, hey, oh my god, would I turn

(27:58):
into you know? And he he would be a little
bit frightened. I think, right, meet those Oh god, what now?
It was a buck nine nine for the filter and
it says little filter ugliness, So I put over the camera.
It was one hundred dollars for shipping. Oh no, no,

(28:19):
you walk in it out saying anything along those lines.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
So how are you doing me though?

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Are you out there running around? We were talking about
before we talked about chicken saliches, was the price of
some hobby. Hobby supplies and stuff haven't really gone through
the roof as much as people have anticipated, so we're
grateful about that. Well, them got up a little bit,
but they go up a little bit all the time. Anyways,

(28:48):
I mean, and what was I gonna say. I know
you're not too much of a well we're two type
of gamer.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
But Battlefront, who does war and stuff.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
They got a European starter set that's coming out with
the German units and the American units, and it is
seventy five bucks.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
You're gonna get.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
I mean, if I had the money, I would do that,
but right now I'm not in a positioned to do it.
But for a box set with the amount of models
that comes in it, I think seventy five dollars is
very very good. Face as bad as Mighty Man and
Yuck were worse. Yeah, it is. I have a face

(29:36):
only a mother could love. Maybe I think your mom
really loves it. No, No, I don't know. I haven't
seen my room mom. After she dropped me off at
the store. She said she was going back home to
get something. My current mom that raised me though, she's
a good lady.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
So well, I'm just gonna wonder what the hell?

Speaker 2 (30:01):
Yeah, so I don't I have. I think the set
is nice. I was, and it's being released this month.
I was just looking at Battlefront's web page last night
because I wanted to look for some World War One
things to add to what I've got, but they they
have that set, so I just I guess I don't

(30:21):
see any massive price hags. We were talking earlier shipping.
Shipping is just getting stupid on stuff. You know, on
a lot of things so far in our country. Mee
thos that you know, if you're shipping any within the country,
it's it's but yeah, like say I want to send

(30:46):
something to.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
I don't know any of the listeners.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Yeah, you're just looking at you're looking at You're just
looking at a lot of extra money for shipping.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
Pretty much watches. Yeah, I wouldn't.

Speaker 4 (31:03):
Mithos would remember the guy. He would always be on
here with us good day.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
What was his name. I want to say Eric, but
it's not Eric.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
Well you said, I know, but I don't think. Now
I'm gonna have to go back to summer Originals.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
Just go back and see. Yeah, we were trying to
remember something.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
They used to show up all the time in a
very beginning when we first started our show as long ago.

Speaker 4 (31:29):
And he was in from Canada and he gamed out
of his garage. We had him up on our show.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Hello, my granddaughter Maya says, Hi, pop up love.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
You HOI Maria, watch.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
See Grandpa loves you too.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
Yay. My granddaughter is watching up.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
She met the other grandparents. The granddarent made the other grandparents.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
The other grandparents are watching her.

Speaker 1 (31:59):
Yeah. Uh the Jenny.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
We give a shout out to you guys too, So.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
I'm glad we'll get him in there mine as a
little junior member of the ministry.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Yeah, we'll show you guys what we did.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
And I'm working on Jenny.

Speaker 3 (32:16):
Jenny wants to do Star Wars.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
So I've been just working because I've got all my
Legion stuff painted, so i gotta do a game with Jenny.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
At some point, they're Tanya, since you're listening and.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
Let her know.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
Yeah, but that's cool.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
So we're we were just chatting about all that Methos,
but hobby wise, like I'd like to get the next set,
like I told you before, was Custodi's, so I'm gonna
start looking at that. If you haven't see any duels
on that Methos, maybe let me know if you remember
if there's any kind of sales or I'll tell you what.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
I would appreciate your advice.

Speaker 1 (32:59):
I do not get him in any more Warham. He's not.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
He's not getting me in there.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
But you know, if you see anymore that's funny.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
World War War two. We'll get to you in a second.

Speaker 2 (33:12):
But if you see any more of that, what would
be a good set, just to set just that I
can mix because I can plain with the space marins,
I think, right, So what would be a good just
a good squad or something to get going in one
one like a smaller box, to get get him out
there and get him fighting, and we'd world War three.
Brian says, I love you too, Gregy. Pooh oh, thank you, Brian.

(33:37):
I'm glad you do. But you know, and see, you've
got some weird stuff going on. I I have the
weird stuff in my head, sir, So you're the king
of it.

Speaker 3 (33:50):
And I'm just kind of, like Brian knows.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
I'm a little bit off kilter.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
So it's all good.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Yeah, you gotta be to be I don't.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
I told you guys, I don't want to be classified
as normal.

Speaker 3 (34:03):
Those people are just scary. I'd rather be me.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
You know. The normal is not part of that.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
So otherwise I wouldn't have a Star Wars bubblehead collection.
Bubblehead bounce around over here in the corner. Someone has
to do it.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
So, yeah, how.

Speaker 2 (34:24):
About you weird World War two? I know you do
a lot of three printing. So have you seen things
really spike up? Our resin went up a whole What
was it? Taylor?

Speaker 1 (34:34):
Yes, Taylor, Yeah, Tyler.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Taylor, Tyler, Tyler Tyler.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
Yeah, that's the old show Ashley found with you weird
Here look at that. Take a screenshot from Away's back
Ryan twenty one. Yeah, from twenty one. Dang, hold on

(35:01):
a second, there, you go watch this weird World War two. Blank,
there's Brian, there's me with too much hair. Well, I

(35:22):
had the headphones.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
Before I figured out how to do all this without
him and Taylor.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
Yeah, that's the guy we were thinking of in Canada. Okay,
I just haven't heard from him in a long time.
That's a little blast from the past right there. What's
the day of that show? December twenty one, twelve of
twenty one. Man, Yeah, that's pretty fast. You actually said, Hey,

(35:50):
you did that faster than dishes. That's you deserve that.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
Yeah, I.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Couldn't help it.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
So I hope you're watching Maya still. Papa says, I love.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
The show's done, I'm gonna come tickle you. Yeah, because
that's not freaky to anyone else.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
Oh, I said to Maya. I didn't say it's gonna
come tickle Methos or Telemachus or something that would be
a little weird.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
Yeah, Taylor, I haven't heard from him in a long time.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
Hopefully everything's so good for her.

Speaker 2 (36:31):
Oh he has a new title. Oh, what's your what's
his title name? I'll have to make sure subscribe or something.

Speaker 1 (36:41):
Yeah, I didn't know you changed over his name.

Speaker 4 (36:44):
M h all right, yeah, right, you know, and let
us know what it is and we'll go and subscribe.

Speaker 2 (36:57):
That Meethos again, weird world war juices. Don't worry mill
Is as the dishes as ashes too. Yeah, tell him now,
we said, Hi. If she's there listening, I.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
Hope to god she beats him fast.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
Okay she probably No, don't say that because Brian probably
wants her to beat him.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
I guess, I don't know. That's a whole different show though.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
That's the after hours list.

Speaker 3 (37:28):
People have told us to do one of those.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (37:31):
Ah, look at this, so you know. But anyways, Meetos,
if you could let me know what a good little
worth that would be worthwhile, tattoo what I got, just
a little group.

Speaker 4 (37:50):
I've been busy with live kids and he thinks his
mother in law with sickets to wow.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
Oh well, okay, Well I was just concerned because I mean,
generally when someone's always around, he was on always.

Speaker 1 (38:05):
And then all of a sudden he just disappeared.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
Lots of people have been sick these days. Man, hopefully
all you guys are doing it out there. Oh mel
is watching the warp and twisted flick return to Oz.

Speaker 1 (38:27):
I didn't know.

Speaker 2 (38:27):
I guess I haven't been paying attention. I have returned
to OZ. Huh, thank you. Your recommendation would absolutely not.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
He doesn't need no more.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
I just need a setup like you. Oh you're okay.

Speaker 1 (38:47):
We have a sick dog now, boys.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
Well, still keep an eye out. At some point we'll
have to do something. So in an update on the dog,
she is doing okay. A couple of people had asked, so, yeah,
Jesse is she's doing okay.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
It's a day at a time, that's how it is.

Speaker 1 (39:15):
But one more day is all good with me.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
She's she's been a good a good dog, a good
family member.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
So she's tired, came here.

Speaker 1 (39:29):
No, she's she's just tired.

Speaker 2 (39:35):
But anyways, we haven't really there's actually in the background,
so we we haven't really experienced too much of an
issue with pricing and stuff, just mostly the shippy, which.

Speaker 1 (39:49):
I'm glad because.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
Do you tend to use things like I've got again
a paint paint issue. I've got a list now. The
it seems to keep growing. But I'm gonna need them. Yeah,
I'm gonna need.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
Them because.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
Many warm months, paint competition, and just in general, many
war months.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
In September October is world and there's something else going
on November December.

Speaker 1 (40:21):
One of them.

Speaker 3 (40:23):
Does My tank is getting primary. Oh, I primered it
and started getting it painted.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
It's base coded now all green, so I've gotta gotta
work on that. I started to work on that anyway,
So that's the project. I'll kind of pick out through
the week. It's easy as far as it's nice and big.
It's not too hard tons of detailed kind of thing,
So just plow through that on the week. There keep

(40:52):
that going. I wish I could shut this warmf but
it doesn't let you.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
It will shut down automatically.

Speaker 3 (41:11):
It is always to night. Just always move forward.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
He is always something then everybody ever once in a
while gets rewarded like to him. MCUs, he's got a
chick filate that open up, so he's he's feeling pretty
good out his way. Uh, we had a a B
box open over here. Now on your what what is

(41:36):
this list? It says you're veteran on tracks? Oh you're
you got that big? I don't know what that is.

Speaker 4 (41:44):
These are the pictures, So that's what the pictures where
I took and we're supposed.

Speaker 1 (41:51):
To put up on the website. Yes, what they were.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
You were talking the other day about doing some more
printing this weekend and you haven't done yet.

Speaker 4 (41:58):
But I have to get that all cleaned out because
when we had that storm, I had a print started
and I haven't cleaned it.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
Every town needs, oh boy, yeah, for a place for
people to eat that Hey, we found a little hole
in the wall so to speak.

Speaker 3 (42:15):
Looked like it was.

Speaker 2 (42:18):
Just to kind of run down and you know what,
just a little family. I mean, I think there was
six six very small place downtown. A couple of days ago,
we stopped at actually driven past it on our way
to our new work.

Speaker 3 (42:37):
So we thought well, let's let's try them with grat.

Speaker 1 (42:40):
Something to eat.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
It was a Hispanic place, yeah, to get something Hispanic food.
And actually it was pretty good portion, pretty pretty good food.
And it's kind of cool. I bet they had their
you know, kids helping them. So I bet this little
boy is about four years old. He come up to
give us our chain. It was it was kind of

(43:02):
cool and so it was. It was just a little
hole in along, but very good food. That's Johnny Charles
sitting at home. Charles says, he's at home. His room
is a comfortable seventy seven degrees. Huh are you.

Speaker 1 (43:22):
I like it right about? I see, it doesn't.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
The heat doesn't really get to me until the humidity
gets towards the heat. Then then that's where it makes
it difficult for me to work and whatnot blinded by
the side.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
O second up, Oh I did, thank you?

Speaker 2 (43:49):
So what we're doing over there?

Speaker 1 (43:51):
Now? One gonna paint my little teaker belt?

Speaker 3 (43:55):
Oh oh you didn't paint that?

Speaker 1 (43:59):
I have not.

Speaker 3 (44:00):
That only came out pretty good.

Speaker 1 (44:01):
And the wings, the wings are things.

Speaker 3 (44:04):
Yeah, but that's cool. It looks it looks really good.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
So but.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
Hello, Taylor, we're glad you're back. We were just sitting
here chit chatting some of the.

Speaker 4 (44:26):
Prices Taylor, Taylor or is that a different tailor's so
what we were just talking about?

Speaker 3 (44:34):
I don't believe. So how is our day been so far?

Speaker 2 (44:38):
So good? Started off just waking up and kicking back,
got a little breakfast that the house had actually made
some breakfast, got the kids.

Speaker 4 (44:49):
Oh, no comment about being trying to poison you?

Speaker 3 (44:53):
No, not yet, hopefully you did you try to poison me?

Speaker 2 (44:57):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (44:58):
And our granddaughter and myself? Yes? Okay.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
So and we went out, took the kids out for
a little while to the splash bad at the park,
and and we played in the water, didn't we?

Speaker 1 (45:11):
Maya?

Speaker 2 (45:12):
Maya's still watching. Maya wants to see grandma Ashley's tinker Bell. Okay,
hold on, you want to turn on that camera.

Speaker 1 (45:21):
I haven't even started painting.

Speaker 2 (45:24):
Hold on, she's gonna bring it up there, Maya. So
that's how our days, Ben Taylor. We just basically do
that and then started the show.

Speaker 3 (45:35):
Let me flip it.

Speaker 2 (45:36):
Over here for her.

Speaker 1 (45:41):
Oh wait, I got the camera there. Do you have
my baby blue? Yeah, it's a very light blue.

Speaker 6 (45:51):
I can't seem to find it.

Speaker 1 (46:00):
I do have.

Speaker 6 (46:01):
I found Star Wars the Citadel Trooper blue. It's more
of a grayish.

Speaker 2 (46:15):
There's the team cab right there. So turning around, looks
it came out actually pretty good. You know, Tinkerbell always
throws that fairy dust around. I never realized it was
crushed dead fairies, bad fairy dust. But there you go,

(46:46):
see Maya and printed out the little Maya calls at
the toy maker, the printer in the back, because prints out,
princes stuff out, and it's like toys and my, you
have your own desk comp which I don't think Keegan
came in and messed up. That's a little joke that

(47:10):
Keegan's been coming in and because Maya, you guys, I've
showed you her desk, we got her. He'll come in
and turn her stuff upside down and mess with her paints.
Now you guys, you guys are hobbyists, and you know
if someone messes with your desk, and you know if
someone's moved your paints, because you just know. And that
that's how Maya is. She come over here today to

(47:32):
check first thing she did is come back to check
her desk. Charles says, very dust all my crush streams.
Oh you like it?

Speaker 4 (47:42):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (47:43):
Tanya says that.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Maya says, oh wow, yeah, it's pretty hot.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
You could.

Speaker 3 (47:50):
Sure, you know, I guess what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (47:53):
Pain. If you want one, Maya will put you up one.

Speaker 4 (47:58):
So Aurora, Aurora, the big Aurora over there.

Speaker 3 (48:08):
Yeah, but you can never have too many miniatures.

Speaker 1 (48:11):
She gets a lot of miniatures to call my freaking Tay.

Speaker 2 (48:17):
You just can't have too many miniatures. Actually, some people
call them the pile of shame. We call them the
pile of happiness. Other people call it the retirement pile.
But either way, none of us are against extra miniatures, right, yeah, Taylor.

(48:37):
You know if you if you know what's on your
desk and someone comes in to change it, then people know.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
So Mark and you still have get to learn that.

Speaker 2 (48:47):
My I don't change your desk.

Speaker 1 (48:49):
I know you try to take step up for all
old to take it off my desk.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
I want to use the paint shaker that you got
to mess with my desk covered in miniatures, because it's well,
the new Paula shaker. We got to shake the paints.
So you guys don't have to buy a cold paint chaker.
Just get a little twenty dollars nail paul of shaker,
and it'll strap all your paints to it and shake
them up just fine, and they're cheap.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
We've had ours for oh years. Works pretty good.

Speaker 2 (49:18):
Taylor says, a pile of possibilities.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (49:23):
Charles says, yep. His grandson always tries to grab some
paint bottles. So Maya has her own paint bottles.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
And Mayan knows not the best for Gramma's desk unless
I am here.

Speaker 2 (49:35):
Yeah, and she very much just knows that ke against
pranking her. She she wrote him up some tickets. So
we're gonna put tickets in an envelope and stick them
to his door later because he's getting tickets for messing
with her stuff. So I thought that was a cool
concept she came up with. So she doesn't.

Speaker 4 (49:54):
Even take the paint tray off of my desk. She
just brings all her paint she's over to my desk
and throws.

Speaker 2 (50:01):
Me, well, but she knows that's where you wash it.
You got to give her credit. She knows what that
is and she knows how to use her stuff. Yeah,
so it's all good on a future hobbyist already in
the making so you know.

Speaker 4 (50:16):
What you do?

Speaker 1 (50:18):
Just whack myself in the face.

Speaker 2 (50:21):
How did you do that?

Speaker 1 (50:22):
I had the paint brush in my mouth.

Speaker 4 (50:24):
You have you cannot go and I just messed up
my paintbrush.

Speaker 1 (50:29):
Can you imagine going to the r I have a
paintbrush injury.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
It just hit myself with it.

Speaker 2 (50:33):
And then yeah, that's when I say, Okay, maybe you
have the wrong room. We'll take you over here where
the padded room is and somebody will evaluate you. No, no, no, no,
just don't tell him you drink your paint water, which
some people have done that actually curs. I don't know.

(50:56):
But yeah, piles and possibilities, well, Charles says, undone unfinishment
and stuff he ain't never gonna get too probably, yeah,
but sometimes it's a little gold mine. Like I told
you guys the month or so before, well we went
to I mean, these things have been missing for three years.

(51:17):
The first time we went back to the March to Victory.
We've got all these miniatures Western miniatures. They're you know,
the metal pewter, and they were in Keegan's trunk. I
guess it just never got taken. I for the life,
we couldn't find him and he had to bag the

(51:38):
one day. So now I got I. Now I've got him,
so you never know. So those will probably just be
used up in the painting and stuff this year because I.

Speaker 1 (51:47):
Was was caught up.

Speaker 2 (51:49):
Yeah, and Charles says, Ashley, hurting yourself is a sign
that you need help. Yeah, yep, we'll get you some help.
Telemachus says he knows the place to get you some meds.
Probably Greg's the one that needs a medage with me.

(52:09):
He's he's done painting.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
No, I know, I'm not done painting now I was. Yes,
I would. Okay, we will argue later.

Speaker 2 (52:24):
If you want to, but I charged by the than
I have to argue anymore because it takes too much time.
But yeah, anyways, the hot the price in the hobby
is not not too bad.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
And there you go. Actually paintings. We'll have to get one.

Speaker 3 (52:44):
Turn it up for her for Maya to you.

Speaker 4 (52:46):
I'll have to make it twice as big because there's
no way these wings will stap if she tries to
grab them.

Speaker 1 (52:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (52:58):
Oh well that's what the purchers or got to put
it to use. And I've got my value out of
the printer.

Speaker 2 (53:04):
That's the one thing I haven't really looked at so
I don't know if printers are really shot up or anything.
It's just more or less. I noticed shipping has gone
up a bunch of stuff, more so than prices, but
paint brushes and stuff like that. There still seems to
be deals with especially if you look online. What I

(53:27):
am trying to find you, guys, if you could look
out for me, is any of you if you run
across aries.

Speaker 1 (53:34):
Wings the Glory the.

Speaker 2 (53:36):
World War One maps. I just have the one, and
they made three. So if you happen to run across others,
if you, guys, let me know. You can send it
in an email or bring it up on a shore
or whatever. I would like to get the rest of those.

(53:57):
Plomcha says, change the X and the Y to make
them all little thicker, and the wings will also be
thicker unless they are separate pieces. Uh No, this was
pretty and all one. Yeah, this one Telemachus came out
as just one one solid piece. But you can see
down there the wings are not. I think the wings

(54:18):
came out nice, to be honest with you, I mean
they look like she's supposed to look like. Kenna says,
he's still laughing about the spray paint and the house story.

Speaker 3 (54:26):
You know, you just gotta have fun and that's all
there is to it, right.

Speaker 1 (54:32):
Hey, But me and the boys, that's have the fun together. Hush.

Speaker 4 (54:36):
Yeah, that's probably why they're a little messed up now.

Speaker 2 (54:40):
But still yeah, I don't know, man, that motive paint
so strong.

Speaker 1 (54:47):
I don't remember where I found the automotive.

Speaker 3 (54:49):
It was so out here. They have and I don't
know about where you guys are, but they have.

Speaker 2 (54:56):
What they call Amnesty Day, so you can set out
things for the city will come through and pick it up.
So like the trash, whatever you want to set out,
they'll come out and they'll pick up appliances one day
or what in metals, you know, because they recycle it
bolt trash and then things like mattresses or whatever. So

(55:17):
what it does it gives people a chance that to
clean up their homes or clean out and if they
don't have time. It's all taxpayer money, but it's it
doesn't cost you anything directly, you know what I mean.
So they'll come up and down the street anyways. People
will set out nice stuff, nice stuff. We actually picked

(55:37):
up a desk for the boys, a glass desk, they
add for Joshua had for quite some time and it
was missing a screw that was it to hold them
back together.

Speaker 3 (55:48):
I had a bunch of screws because of the work
I do.

Speaker 2 (55:50):
Come home and found one, put it in boom and
there was a two hundred ar desk.

Speaker 3 (55:53):
They just didn't know what to do this, so they
set it to the curb.

Speaker 2 (55:57):
And that's where you found that case, like you know,
a soda the bottom of a case of soda cardboard,
all these spray cans in.

Speaker 3 (56:06):
A box and they were all automotive spray paint.

Speaker 1 (56:10):
So yeah, yeah, yeah, that was.

Speaker 3 (56:15):
It didn't come off though it's been I don't know,
maybe ten.

Speaker 1 (56:19):
Years, oh more than that thing.

Speaker 4 (56:21):
We do that right after we moved in here, so yeah,
closer to fifteen per right behind here.

Speaker 1 (56:26):
It's hard to see, but there is an American flag.
The whole wall is painted black and then a silver
like pole that is.

Speaker 2 (56:41):
Over well, now the shelves are you're not gonna see it,
but maybe no, no, don't please, don't try to move.

Speaker 3 (56:50):
Don't try to move the shelves.

Speaker 1 (56:51):
I won't move the shelves.

Speaker 4 (56:52):
That wasna the fat flag, right, But yeah, so the
paint I mean, and I.

Speaker 3 (56:59):
Just draw after said, and she just broke a wing.

Speaker 1 (57:04):
Look at that. Sorry, I'll fix it.

Speaker 2 (57:09):
Telling you just said I can't do this because you
know it would be easy to break for the granddaughter,
and she broke it. So let me guess baby shop
to look into messing around with that and make the
wings thicker and see how it comes out. Because she
just just broke one. Man just broke one.

Speaker 1 (57:31):
So uh sorry, my tooth is hurting.

Speaker 3 (57:38):
Yeah, but it's all good.

Speaker 2 (57:40):
It's all good. Another day, another fun day. So yeah,
so far today, good day all around, and even got
a little painton done. And the happiest thing about this
week is.

Speaker 1 (57:59):
The is doing better.

Speaker 2 (58:02):
Yes, Taylor says, there's glue for that situation. Yeah, This
Zappa gap works really well. And then the grilla glue.

Speaker 3 (58:14):
We use in the small bottle, it's a gel.

Speaker 2 (58:18):
So if you get the gorilla glue gel, I think
you get over there somewhere.

Speaker 3 (58:24):
It absolutely it's thicker.

Speaker 2 (58:28):
And so if you're trying to hold things like for
instances wing on, this is really a good bet.

Speaker 1 (58:35):
Although I have used it to Maya or to me,
however you pronounce it.

Speaker 2 (58:40):
You know, that's what we originally started working with years
and years ago, and I bet we built dozens dozens
of tanks with that stuff and they still have yet
to fail.

Speaker 1 (58:55):
So glues glues have kind of improved over time.

Speaker 2 (58:59):
But that really blue is pretty impressive. I like it
for putting things to the base. If you're going to
put anything the model or anything else to the base,
then that's that's what.

Speaker 3 (59:12):
We prefer to use it. Just here's a lot better.

Speaker 1 (59:15):
Actually, this reallygally works real well with the resident.

Speaker 2 (59:22):
Yeah, so resume wise, it's a good deal.

Speaker 3 (59:30):
So I don't know, you guys.

Speaker 2 (59:31):
So far are the prices of things I think, Like
I said, I've been kind of waiting to see if
anybody had an example for us, but so far, no examples.
I think it's overall really not too pricey. That box
you know, for from Battlefront ship to the US was

(59:52):
not bad either. It was fifteen bucks.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
When I was looking at it.

Speaker 2 (59:56):
So really to be shipped from one country another fish today,
don't break the whole thing, Ashley.

Speaker 1 (01:00:07):
It's pretty good deal. It's not bad at all.

Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
I think your camera's off set there.

Speaker 1 (01:00:20):
There it is right there.

Speaker 2 (01:00:23):
Like.

Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
Yeah, so.

Speaker 1 (01:00:30):
Picture up your leg real quick.

Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
Yeah, you could do with ever you want on there.
That's what glu is for.

Speaker 4 (01:00:38):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:00:41):
Maybe that's why maybe that's a good marriage top for hobbyists.
It's the glue that helps you stay bonded together, right
or is it your fingers If you spill it on
your fingers like I did one day?

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
That that was scary. You gotta go.

Speaker 2 (01:01:04):
Thank you for telling us to have a blessed day.
We appreciate that. Taylor YouTube, you have a great day.
Thank you for stopping by. We appreciate it very much.
Have fun, stay safe and keep hobbying, man, that's what
you gotta do.

Speaker 1 (01:01:21):
Keep hobbying.

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
Yeah, guys, it's always fun. It's always a fun thing.
The only drawback is again, I'm just trust me. One
of these days I'll figure a way to get more
time to do hobby stuff.

Speaker 1 (01:01:42):
Because oh break what o hell? Child?

Speaker 3 (01:01:47):
He says, break what?

Speaker 2 (01:01:48):
Ashley printed a tinkerbella As you can see, she's just
got one wing.

Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
While she was talking about it being fragile.

Speaker 4 (01:01:56):
Because our three year old granddaughters watching over her and
the grandparents. Then she wants one and talking about how
fragile they are, and guess.

Speaker 1 (01:02:04):
What she draped?

Speaker 2 (01:02:08):
She broke the wing. What was they going to make
tinker like flight to the left. Now, yeah, you're gonna
have to eaven her out so she doesn't go crashing
into walls and stuff. So that's that's there. I'll child
we were talking about off and on at least anyways,
was the just held the pricing and the hobby in

(01:02:32):
that because there was so much gloom and doom that
things were gonna go from fifty dollars to three hundred
dollars or you know, just a lot of insane stuff.
And we've we've just kind of come to realize that
it really hasn't gone up much as the shipping that's
more or less going up everywhere. That seems to be
impacting more than anything else, But not not on all stuff.

(01:02:56):
Battlefront got a set come out this month that had
not released yet that I know, but it's releasing this month.
Then it's a World War two European box set, and
the shipping was fifteen bucks on a seventy five box set.
So coming out, you know, from another country to the US,
So I think it's that's not.

Speaker 1 (01:03:19):
You know, unreasonable, but shipping to say, like.

Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
Canada from here just getting dumb in customs just delay stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:03:30):
You know, it's it's ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (01:03:33):
So I can't think it depends where you're at. I
believe it was high school who stops in her quite
a bit. Let's talking about how bad it shipping is
where he's at. Yeah, so that you know, if you're
in a far area away from major commerce, it's going
to be obviously more.

Speaker 1 (01:03:54):
But so far it.

Speaker 3 (01:03:57):
Hasn't been too bad.

Speaker 2 (01:03:59):
Paints, I mean, we all wish paints were a little
cheaper because to say you need five paints, well now they.

Speaker 3 (01:04:05):
Run six dollars a whack.

Speaker 2 (01:04:06):
You know, yeah, instead of two ninety nine or three
ninety nine. Now they're seven bucks for a bottle. And
so it's just you know, sometimes you can get them cheaper,
especially if you buy.

Speaker 3 (01:04:23):
Them bulk, like off eBay or something.

Speaker 2 (01:04:25):
But like we said, we try to support the local
hobby store when we buy paints. On top of that,
if it's a little bit more, it's okay because you
can just pick it up right there. You're not waiting
for having to get your your paints. Are you going
your wing back?

Speaker 1 (01:04:43):
Glue?

Speaker 2 (01:04:43):
The wing back? There you go? I mean the model
itself came out really nice. Well, you're pushing some of
that gell around in there. That that really good. Once

(01:05:05):
it dries, it won't I ain't going nowhere unless you
break the wing mixed. Yeah, that gorilla glue is really
good for if you're.

Speaker 3 (01:05:15):
Breaking arm or leg or something like that off.

Speaker 2 (01:05:19):
Of your your models. That it holds it a lot
easier than the other stuff. But we do use zap
gap an awful.

Speaker 3 (01:05:27):
Lot, so it's kind of our our go to is
both now, really.

Speaker 1 (01:05:32):
How you dropped her again?

Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
And did you break the other wing? So hell, try
just drop it again. That's because you're trying to put
it on uneven surface. The rash that lid on that
jar is what do you do in.

Speaker 1 (01:05:54):
There and change? Yeah, that's a drink.

Speaker 2 (01:05:57):
That's one of those Mason drink jars with a hole
for the straw, and you're now using them for pennies.

Speaker 3 (01:06:02):
Okay, stay.

Speaker 1 (01:06:08):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
Oh, here comes the pain. Telemicus says, some days you
just can't get a break, but some days you get
multiple breaks.

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Yay, bad joke or no. Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:06:35):
Next time Astres says we couldn't get a break, I'll say,
well you got to, and I'll bring up this day
yesterday or whatever. You know, not the good kind of
breaks though, But look at that. I mean, I give
you props when you fell and broke the chair. You've
missed all those models or that would have been terrible.

(01:06:56):
Not where you were, Yeah, breaks where I were. Yeah,
it's one of those things where if you take a break,
you're probably just gonna get too far behind. And sometimes
it's easier. It's just not take a break and just
keep going. Seems to be it sometimes, but where I work,

(01:07:20):
it's all fun for the most part, or at least
try to be fun. I don't know what are you
doing now, mixing.

Speaker 1 (01:07:34):
Pillars different ways?

Speaker 4 (01:07:36):
Why to paint her hair to make it where it's
bleached blonde when you want like yellow, but I want
to have a base down of white.

Speaker 1 (01:07:49):
To cover it up first. Okay, gotcha. You know what
works really good for hair?

Speaker 3 (01:07:56):
It came out on those female sergeants for the one
page rules.

Speaker 1 (01:08:02):
I'll just leave you alone. We're really good for mine.
Note come out nice? Was that?

Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
WHOA was going?

Speaker 3 (01:08:21):
Oh, I'll have to dig it out all my paints
over here there?

Speaker 1 (01:08:24):
It is.

Speaker 2 (01:08:27):
So what I did, because I have two female sergeants
and the models have their hair up in a ponytail is.
I used the Vallejos Star Wars paints the Dune the sea,
which is like a sandy kind of color, and I
just put a light coat of that on and then

(01:08:49):
I went over it with the Miles brownash, the Army
Painters brown washs Mile brown. And when it does, it
come out looking like a sandy blonde hair. And I
was like, wow, I think this will work. It come
out really good. And so now it's just another way

(01:09:13):
to do.

Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
Some hair on the battles. I don't want, will do
what you want. So and it's a.

Speaker 4 (01:09:24):
Bright yellow, well go ahead, I mean white based down
it will turn bright yellow.

Speaker 2 (01:09:31):
Or you could just leave your hair all white and
make it an older, cheeker broll.

Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (01:09:46):
Anyways, paint them how you want. I'm just saying I
found something that works for me, so I use it.
That's all there is to that.

Speaker 1 (01:09:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:10:00):
Uh, Columbica says, you could name her granny Granny Bell
instead of Tinkerbell Granny Bell, and then she could teach
pin up another tinker Bell, a smaller one, and it'd
be like she was teaching her you know, the ropes or.

Speaker 7 (01:10:15):
Whatever they do. That's fairies, that he Well, that's about
Oh I have honestly, Oh you have right now, Ben.

Speaker 1 (01:10:39):
My painting, Oh part of it is my truth.

Speaker 3 (01:10:43):
No more cracks about painting.

Speaker 2 (01:10:46):
Ah.

Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
But anyways, Oh yeah, but you don't.

Speaker 1 (01:10:55):
Know, Okay, go ahead and do that what you're doing.

Speaker 2 (01:10:59):
Yeah, I think I think many warm ups out. I
hope he comes through. We're gonna we're gonna try and
meet him if he comes through our way, because he's
gonna be coming through Iowa City, which is.

Speaker 3 (01:11:14):
About a half Yeah, it's only about a half hour
for us.

Speaker 2 (01:11:17):
Depending on where.

Speaker 3 (01:11:18):
An Iou was, city can be a little bit longer out.

Speaker 1 (01:11:20):
But it'd be kind of just nice.

Speaker 2 (01:11:23):
It'd be nice to meet all you guys one day
in person, although some of you might be afraid.

Speaker 3 (01:11:29):
It's okay, we're only slightly crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
Oh don't don't encourage that ship it's you, Okay, it's me.

Speaker 7 (01:11:39):
Then.

Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
I don't know, but I think, uh, I think today
we'll go ahead and end it thereafter we've been on
for a little over an hour, which is good. But uh,
I think we'll just call it a day for today
and we will catch up with you guys next week.

Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
As always, we appreciate you coming on it is awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:12:03):
Then the week this way and start our week going
forward and without lying, like I said, every single week
it is honestly, it's it's a positive thing. I look
forward to seeing you guys every week and chit chat.
So you guys, take care, take it easy, stay safe,
keep gaming, and we will catch up with you next

(01:12:25):
