Speaker 1 (00:10):
Oh righty, Hello, ladies and gentlemen. We are life.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
To be honest with you, it's a Sunday. We're glad
you're all here with us. So I know for a
lot of you, school is starting tomorrow. So I found
that out when I went to get my haircut today.
It was like, oh my god, the place was crowded. However,
today's topic is going to be a little bit different,

(00:40):
and of course we'll talk about all this stuff, but
we're just going to kind of start off.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
With divisioning gaming.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
And what I mean by divisioning gaming is I've just
been noticing, I don't know, over the last few months, it's.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Kind of just.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Been in the gaming, you know, industry, just different channels
and some of the comments and some of the messages,
you know, gamers are what are you?

Speaker 1 (01:11):
What's wrong with Ashley?

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Oh, it's trying to bring up a VR thing where
I'm trying to get to Facebook.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Okay, sorry about that. I thought something was no Facebook's
Facebook's fun. Colemoicas says, I registered for the first grade
the other day.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
They said it was too stupid. Wow, hey not today.
I don't think. I don't know really what they're teaching
the kids man.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Seeing some of the stuff my grandkids come home with it,
it's like, really, yeah, it's a little bit messed up.
They it would be nice if I actually taught them
some worthwhile things. But that's a whole different show, man.
But I'm glad you're here at Olemoicus. We're just gonna
chi chat at and of course it will go off
onto other stuff.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
As soon as Brian gets here. We'll talk about food.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Well, hold on, Naga, how are you, sir. Glad to
see you here, sir. Sometimes because of the time there,
we kind of miss each other on stuff I noticed.
But I'm glad you're here, sir. But division and gaming,
I was just gonna just touch on that for a
couple of moments there and they let you guys see

(02:31):
what you think. But I've I've been noticing like in
chat some chat groups, in comments just like there will
just be constantly, you know. We try to keep our show,
like everyone else, free of drama. Yeah, drama, like and
I say it respectfully, but just know to stay out

(02:54):
of like religion and politics just because this isn't This
isn't or thirty years ago where you can sit down
and have a discussion with people and have your coffee
or your drink, shake hands and walk away.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Man today, you know, it's just.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
You know, so we try to we we intentionally keep
all that out. But I noticed that the division is
starting to creep into the gaming world, you know, on
some things, and I just kind of kind of hate
to see that happening because as a gamer myself, I'll

(03:32):
tell you right now, it doesn't really matter. Your beliefs
are your beliefs. You're completely entitled to them. We're not
anybody's judge. I'm not I'm no one's judge. And for me,
the focus on gaming. Hey, if you want a game
with me, gam with me, you know. I mean, it's
but I see that starting to interfere you guys. I'm
not saying with us, the normal group that hangs out

(03:55):
here or on you know how we all.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Kind of follow each other.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
But I've just noticed that over the last few months,
just creeping in, creeping in, creeping.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
In, and.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
It just kind of bothers me because I think it's
it's done kind of on purpose to disrupt because gamers
generally get along gamers there just really isn't a lot
of I mean, we have gatekeepers, we all know that,
but there's very few of them anymore, and it's it's
just generally a pretty cool, happy, go lucky.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Kind of place to be at in gaming, and.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
I just don't want to see that get ruined, I guess,
so I just I just want to chit chat about
that for a little bit, see if you guys have
noticed it maybe, or if you have any thoughts or opinions,
And if you don't, that's okay too. I'm just kind
of hating to see it happen, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
And there's a lot of.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Whether there'sn't just a vision there seems to be it's
a hatred creeping in and that kind of that's kind
of an emotion that you know will fuel fire. Hey, Charles,
how are you hope you had a good winning weeks?
Or if you got to the casino and a good
chunk of food like you normally do, our casino will
be done. It's Mia says, it's my gates stay away.

(05:16):
That's right, see what they can have fun? I was,
you know what I mean, and not just kind of
how I approach things. I try to add humor to stuff,
just like you guys do, and and get through because
the world is really crappy and unfortunately all of us
are kind of trapped in it.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
So just trying to do something fun is hard. It's
hard to do anymore.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
And again I'm not talking about any of you guys
that are showing up here or for the most part,
but just just some little groups. I've been in here
and there and I just see I just see the
stuff coming in and you know, trying to disrupt it because.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
This has been bothering me. So I told Ash, I said,
I think we'll just touch on all of it.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Of course, we're always gonna we're gonna get off of
that and go on to other things. And Charles says, no,
he's crying. He didn't get a chance to go. We're
just waiting for Rosby built next year. Well, next year
is not even that far away. I mean it's just
literally almost months. Yeah, the end of this year's heading
that pretty quick, so it's not really.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
You got yeah, probably about a year and a year
and a quarter.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
No, it's supposed to be done next year.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
And next year in December of some time. As long
as it does a flood.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Can't can't control the weather. If we could, we'd all
be exceedingly wealthy and not not worrying about how much
the price of a.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Box that costs.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Right, yeah, pretty much, you know, I think Telemachus says
some people, for whatever reason, are easily influenced.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
That isn't new. Some people just want drama for their entertainment.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
I I one thousand percent I agree with you, Telemachus,
because it's and it's always been that way.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
This is not that Greg's just now finding it out.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
It's just that it's invasive and everything, and gaming seem
to be kind of the last refuge where it hasn't
really crept in and kind of nasty little fingers into it.
But now I noticed it is people are hating on
people for who they voted for, or what their belief is,

(07:33):
or what their lifestyle is.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
I mean, it's really kind of.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Crazy to us, and it's to me it's just sad,
right that I'm just we're just here to game, right,
and so yeah, in the drama, I don't really care
for drama, Like, it's not exciting for.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Me to live with drama. I have enough stress and
drama do.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Charles says he primed one hundred and thirty figures yesterday
you got some burn.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Doing it too, huh? Or did you just do it sunburn?
Either way, some burns are not fun.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Uh, Telemachus says, I blame the internet.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Let's get rid of it.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Yeah, be able to you know, meet up every week
and yeah, yeah, you guys make our weekend or week
beginning of the week.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
A lot better. Telemachus has a really good sense of
humor if I get that.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
And the Guyla says, X shot very pro pistol from
Full of Dark Gun is the best the bomb all right? Well, yeah,
a lot of the adults out this way. They you'll
see him chase each other with nerve nerve guns and stuff.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Is that funny?

Speaker 4 (08:51):
Adult sun still do that?

Speaker 5 (08:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:53):
I mean you just gotta have some fun in life.
So yeah, it.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
Is funny watching all our boys, our nephews and all
I get back together and try to run around.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
They're out of breath within like five minutes.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Well yeah, they're not old anymore. Yeah, makes a big difference.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
I guess I'd run if I have to, But anymore
I feel like Indiana Jones in that scene where the
guy's got the whip.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
And he's just like, you know, that's me.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Well, yeah, I don't have time to mess with all
that stuff. We'll just solve the problem right now. You
can see our gaming table there. When we talked about
trying to do World War One Wings of Glory last week.
We never got to it, so we are trying to

(09:43):
get to it. And there's the blimp that I ordered.
It's actually quite cool. Yeah, it's big on the table.
The guy says that a gun is a super accurate
and packs a punch. Yeah, the one video you with
I was watching. I can't remember what the nerve gun was, Jed.
I told Ashley, I'm like, I want that, oh blaster. Yeah,

(10:09):
you can't call them that. Yeah, see the goo they
got us all the self censer ourselves.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
Isn't that sad?

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Tiluca says, when I come across anyone who thinks that
the master of the universe, I do it most do.
I ignore them. They're not worth the effort and I
don't need their stress.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
And that's it.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
They're generally very unhappy people and for whatever reason, and.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
You guys all see it's just kind of ironic.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
There's there's people out there screaming one thing or not,
and then they're they're the ones screaming it, but they're
talking about people nicely, and they're the ones out there
causing an issue, just like you.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
You guys literally are kind of losing your cause doing that.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
But it's a it's a I don't know, it's a
messed up world. So I just kind of I just
don't want to see it interfere with gaming. It's just
it's interfered with every single other aspect of life, and
it's so bad, especially in the country we're in the
United States. It's you you literally have to walk down

(11:17):
the street with duct tape on your mouth is you
don't offend somebody because you burked or something. It's very
very childish and stupid and just, you know, great, just
trudges through. I'm like, all right, the idiots can be
the idiots, and I just want to be you know,
I got things to do.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I got work, I got bills to pay, I got
things to do.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
And Charles says, you got two hundred and fifty of
them prime for the paint challenge.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Well you've got me beat, Charles.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
I got I've gotten a little more, but I forgot
to prime the I got all the metal ones I
got too.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
From that's right, So he has probably thirty.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
Or thirty five.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
It's about thirty five at this point, and we'll.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Talk about that in a minute too.

Speaker 5 (12:07):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
Telemachus says, I don't empower them by responding, correct, because
it does empower it. So you know, if you give
something energy, you feed it. If you don't engage, you're
just gonna starve it. It can't continue unless there's engagement.
So if you don't engage it, then it just doesn't

(12:29):
go away. But I mean, I've just been seeing some
pretty snide comments, especially on the political end, in gaming stuff,
in forms and some of these things, and you're like,
we're here to talk about games, right and things that
affect gaming, you know, but they just think overboard with it.

(12:54):
And it's like, well, okay, I'm not gonna respond because
you know, that's not why I'm here. I'm here for for,
you know, to talk about.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
The gaming show.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
So with that said, I guess, you know, I just
just bugs me that it's it's creeping into that I
just didn't starting to see it more and more, and
then I do spend quite a bit of time too
on TikTok because I like to see what's actually happening
in the world and people recording things with their cell

(13:26):
phones is kind of interesting to me.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
You'll see things you.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Don't see anywhere else anywhere else because they're just not
reporting it. But that's where you start to see those too,
and then online in some of just the chats and forums,
and it's like this is I don't even know if
it's gamers. Maybe it's just bots that people are putting
out there, you know, keeping people agitated and worked up?
Is is you know, it apparently seems to be a game.

(13:55):
But AnyWho, I just kind of hate to see it happen.
So hopefully it doesn't affect any of us. So but
we're me and Ashley, we're kind of we're kind of
too poor to have.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
Any any influence or anything anywhere.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
So we're good with that. It's not like for us. Yeah,
it works for us to a degree. But Telemachus is
completely correct responding it just empowers them. Yeah, that could
be correct too, Telemachus. Division is is an age old tactic.

(14:43):
Remember when everybody got upset about tariffs, you know, I
mean ninety percent of people didn't realize tariffs have been
in place for thousands of years. I mean you just
aren't getting the whole truth when some of these statements
come out and nobody has the time to look so
and even if people want to look, they just don't
have the times. There's a lot of inflammatory stuff that
just goes out there, and I don't know, I just

(15:06):
there's a group particular as and then I just don't
really talk too much because it's it's one person is uh.
You can't category somebody, You can't category everybody the same.
In other words, if there's a group of people left,
we're right and one person is not doing good, it
doesn't mean all the people are bad. It just means

(15:30):
that person is. Until Weca says Sun Zoo.

Speaker 1 (15:37):
Well, well talking about like.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
Not the art of war, so divide and conquer, Yes,
And so I just see it creeping into our or gaming,
and you know, it's a I don't know, it's just
something we kind of really didn't want to see. A

(16:02):
boy of man, my numbers have actually they went up
and then they went steadily down talking about this. And
the guy who says Napoleon like to do that too, Yeah,
because you don't want you don't want people happy in
any any sector, because then that's a safe haven. And
I just, I just, I mean, and nobody the world

(16:25):
is just a crap place right now. If you're really
paying attention, it's it's in a terrible, terrible situation. But
you still have to try to be positive, go forward
and treat your your fellow person, fellow man, fellow woman,
treat them with respect and dignity. And you know, I mean,
if they don't treat you that way back, that's so fine.

(16:47):
Fine whatever you're you're doing the right thing, and doing
the right thing is super hard to do today.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
Yeah, that it is so.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Yes, Colemoicus corporate entity are very guilty of that, he says, Yep, yep,
it's anyways, it was it was more or less. I
just wanted to touch on that. And I'm glad none
of our groups are all of you guys. Everyone here
is just good people, so that we're very happy with.

(17:22):
I just I don't know, like I said, positive wise,
I noticed that it's been a long time seven eight years,
ten years in the video game world. Anyways, the last
time I seen any kind of good with the Battlefield six.
And I know most of you he's listening maybe don't

(17:42):
do video games, but I've really seen.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
That, pulling the old school gamers back in. People like me.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Who ye, you know when they when people talk about tablets,
I'm like, yeah, I used to have one.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
It was stone and chisel, like Barney.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
And oh you're not that old.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
It's not that two hundred something years old. But going
back into gaming, it's just nice to see a revival
of Oh wow, people are gonna talk to each other,
they're gonna work together. Yeah. Room Share of the French
Revolution thought it was a good tactic. Yep, until he

(18:21):
lost his head over that. Well, it's just do you guys,
Have you guys seen it?

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Because I have. That's why I was talking about.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
It's just I'm like, really, it's encroached in every aspect.
All of us here on YouTube or any platform have
to self censor yourself to begin with. And even if
you say something that's not wrong, if they think you
did or for.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
You, they don't like.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
Wherever you stand on your personal beliefs, they can censor
you too.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
It's very, very.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Invasive, and now the gaming is being picked apart. Then
they combined the stone tablets with tin cans and a stream.
They called it the Internet. That's funny to like US YEP.
In some areas you might think your internet's running on
a string between two tin cans.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
It's possible. I don't. I'll be honest with you, guys.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
You got a better connection internet wise if you deal
with the mess of the cables than the Wi fi
Wi fi at one signal to another. There's always something
that can interrupt that. It's not a solid connection. I
would prefer both.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Our laptops are hardwire, well, our desktop, which is what
we're on now. I my laptop are all hardwired in. Yeah,
it just runs so much smoother.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
It runs faster, smoother, you know, so internet wise, what
the heck? Just find the best that you can in
your area. I like to shut mine off at night.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
I'm not using it because in one of those weirdos.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
It just doesn't want to be bombarded with all that
while I'm sleeping when I don't need to be.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
But it's I don't know, so we can we can
move on to something else. I guess I just.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Greig's a little irritated to see that, you know, every
aspect of life is simply corrupted, and now whoever's behind it,
now that it's purposefully igniting people to do that, and
you know, disrupting gaming would be a big thing, because

(20:42):
really people get along for the most part. I mean,
I really have not run across almost no harsh people
are bad. Tlimkis says. My new homewner is five g
hard to get away from it. It's going even more
that way in the future. Yeah, and we've talked about

(21:04):
that Wi Fi or the Internet of Things and all that.
It's you know, if you're if you're sitting in your
house complaining you've got four bars a signal out of five.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
People got to.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
Remember it's going through the walls, and it's going through
your body too, And there's tons of scientific stuff stacked
on how terrible it is.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
It's not good for you to be around it. It's
just not so well.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
I mean, we can pick up our internet from our
house all the way up to basically Gregg's work, which
is still the same complex.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
But it's several blocks away.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
Yeah, it's three blocks away.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
It's sitting in the house, it's going through other.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
Homes and it's still it's like it's a weak connection,
but they're.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
Picking up everybody.

Speaker 2 (21:48):
You know, when it gives you the option to pick
the internet, that's too much. And you know, then people
wonder whether they're sick, tired, and all these things have
exploded running right through your cells, so ours just shut
it off at night when we can remember. Sometimes we don't,
but just shut it off, not using it anyways.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
So it depends if we're back here before we go
to bed.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Yeah, depends if you remember it.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
But but AnyWho, we'll go ahead on a change subject,
change the subject before I lose any more people. It's amazing.
A lot of people don't want to hear it, but
that's okay. I'm not here to impress anybody anyways. To
be honest with you, I'm kind of beyond that. So people,
I figure they like you for who you are. I

(22:36):
like you guys for who you are. That's it.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
So I want to switch over to Bryan's uh pay
challenge in a week yeah, or a weekends of tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
Well many more much paint challenges coming up September first.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
And I know you guys know about it anyways. And
I know Charles because he's already made a couple of comments.
He's he's got so many models painted at the rest
the rest of us kind of look like well, I like.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
Thirteen I don't.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
I have never gotten any prizes out of it, like
many more my gets out, probably never will.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
I don't really care if I do or not.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
I just like the fun of it, and I certainly
if it goes off points or anything or anything, I'm
never gonna Well.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
It didculous to get all the battle type guys painted.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Yeah, it was fun motivation. And Ashley's working on a
rather large diorama.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
That you you will see shortly.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
It's gonna be massive, and I mean massive, I mean
big because it's you can only print sections.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
At a time.

Speaker 4 (23:41):
Oh yeah, there's no way to print.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
So when it gets ready, she's gonna show you the sections.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
And it's still pretty I got like six more.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
Yeah, so that will be that she'll have ready to go.
I would just center that because that's.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
I think what I'm gonna do. I don't even know
if I'll be able.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
To get in saying the detail I mean, and what's
gonna go into it.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
It's a full on battle taking place, so.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
It's like five or six different battles taking place.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Yeah, so she'll she'll put that. I would just put
that up me and I'm gonna have thirty to thirty
five pieces man not email to complete that A lot depends.
I'm trying to be more focused on getting some gaming in,
so the painting will help and I keep me motivated

(24:33):
and going on that.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
So well, maybe if anything, you can always get the
three year old to come help you.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
Yeah, let her painting is fun, so you know, it's
a it's a relaxing kind of thing if you can.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
Gives me something to do. Anyways, with my little bit
of time in the evening, I don't necessarily always have
a lot.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
The Galla says, I would love to three D print
Bible heads of famous generals from World War One.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
That would be.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Kind of cool.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Uh you know, well, well the bibblehead prints, I don't know, well.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Because the biblehead parts usually the heavier piece.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Ye, it's possible with a good picture. Tlemica says, I mean, yeah,
that's something. Yeah, I don't know about printing the Bible
head because I it would be funny, though.

Speaker 4 (25:38):
It would be cool.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
That's a great concept, but that's just the heads are
a lot bigger and a lot heavier. Then you gotta
find the right kind of spring to put into it.
And I think it'd be more of a pain than
anything else.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
A boss would be cool.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
That would require just just your STL file.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
I mean you you could do that. I'm sure. Do
you have a three D printer? Nogawa, I don't.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
Remember, if you don't think he does.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
I've got an awesome camera though, camera. That camera is
really nice. You got it is.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
One of those cameras we wouldn't money having at one
point because our table would benefit from it. I used
to have my pole camera that everybody sees mused once
in a while here over the table. But you gotta
the camera I had, Like I said, it's no more

(26:46):
so I haven't found one neck that would be like it.
Like I said, it's just modify an existing bibblehead with
the new I don't know if that's poshy. I mean,
we're not experts enough to know whether or not you
can do that. But if you could do it, I

(27:06):
think that'd be kind of cool. Naga, he says, or
little portraits. He does have a little wei one, a
little printer.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
You could do.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
Mini bus right, and then if nothing else like go
with you. You really love that time frame. So what's
the worst case scenario? Print them out, paint him and
then you got a little collection you can put on
your shelf for you.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
So I don't I think that'd be kind of cool.

Speaker 2 (27:40):
Ashley's looking up to bobble heads now and turning files.

Speaker 1 (27:46):
So she'll find something.

Speaker 6 (27:48):
I will, yeah, hopefully, Like who does he want me
to try to find the app? One?

Speaker 4 (27:59):
App loop mate? Your one?

Speaker 1 (28:02):
Which general would you like to see?

Speaker 2 (28:03):
She pulled up whole list of World War One in
generals she could see if she could do something.

Speaker 4 (28:10):
I can see if I can't find one of them.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
She'll see if she can figure something out. That's what
he says. Just make a three D STL from an image.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
There are videos that show you how to change your
heads an old flash.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
You have a flashbarge, the guy says.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
So he has a filament.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Yeah, well the I'm sure it does pretty well. Right,
you're a flashbarge because.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
The guy.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
The guy says, to find mckinson and falking in falking hen.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
So m A c A. She's gonna write it down
and see if she can find them.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
She's gotten good to find odd ball stuff. You have
filament printers. I mean we have one too. The resin
printer just does the details smoother. You don't have the
print lanes or our printer. Uh, I mean, I'm sorry,
filament printer. To me, the quality is great for dice towers,

(29:35):
for anything that's going to have a little bit of
size to it, but if it has to do too tiny,
too much of a tiny something, and if you're printing troops,
then you know the guys has put Vaughan in front

(29:56):
of them, like von Hindenburg. Yeah, German Field Marshall.

Speaker 4 (30:02):
Actually that's the mckensley or one.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
Yeah, yep.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
Well see Nagawa back here as the World War One
wings the glory set up with the balloon from here
for the observers, the air observers that they had, and
of course you had your planes that were balloon busters.
They had setups for that. But we're getting ready to
do that fight here. Of course, the attacking planes have

(30:37):
to get past the AA guns on the ground and
MG's two.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Coming in low.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
Depends on how high the observation balloon is as to
how high then attacking planes are following, and whether or
not they can get past it because of the two
patrolling planes circling it. Ol Ice Wolf says, slow all

(31:05):
and Ice Wild says, to search on. Yeggy, there's some
bust World War One bus there one.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
Yeah, I should look for that ice wolf right now.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
She's just taking up some of the Phil Marshall's generals
and some of the more famous commanders there and see.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
M hmm, yeah, so that will give you. Let me
see something. I think those are actual pictures. She's finding

(31:50):
the pictures there.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
She said, Oh, I just realize that our little ticker
was wrong, so I'm changing that.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Oh, you just have the title wrong.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Yeah, gotta verify I'm a human.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
You got to verify you're a human pretty soon. You
don't have to have another idea to verify you're given
too tell mccas has a good point, Ashley, Yeggy is
an STL website.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
I found it aggregator.

Speaker 2 (32:34):
But they also needed to decide you don't want to
go to so you gotta be careful.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Yeah, I don't know. The Internet. It's an interesting little.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
Deal.

Speaker 1 (32:51):
So much of it could be used good and yet
so much that's used for bad stuff.

Speaker 2 (33:01):
Keegan's Keegan, Hello, Kegan Keegan says we should print figures
as big as we can and have a two hundred
point game of Warhammer.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
You mean like an almost second.

Speaker 2 (33:12):
Well, that's why they make Titans, Kegan, if you want
big giant battles, although I can't afford the Titans, so
aliens Lollaby dang man niAA says one of the viewers yesterday,
Harold Bozama Bosma, I'm sorry, uh you let them know that.

(33:36):
And Frank's dad Otto fought in World War One. It
won the Iron Cross. That's a cool piece of history.
Nice because everybody's heard of Ann Frank's diary. Keegan says.

(33:58):
Titan size, the infantry units, that'd just be expensive to print.
I mean, it would consume a lot of resin you're
looking at more like fifty millimeter size if you want
to do something that's taller than what we got.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
Ice Will says he has searched his collection, but he does.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Not have any World War One bus. It's a good
thing you're covering World War One to go because a
lot of it, a lot of that histories is getting buried,
you know what I mean, So.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
People like you kind of keep it alive and going.
We tried. We got World War One games.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
We've done more of and and some stuff and trying
to keep in it. But it's an interesting time at
that size, Keegan says, you'd have to filament print.

Speaker 1 (34:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
Hey, meet those both brother hobbies as serious. Says, Hey,
they're beautiful people. Maybe I'm a little more pear today.

Speaker 1 (35:09):
Meet us. Look at a haircut. So my granddaughter says,
it looks good.

Speaker 3 (35:19):
She just said, you had a big puppy on the floor.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Yeah, because they cut the hair off, so she she
said it looked like a puppy on the floor like that.
You could make another dog out of all the hair
could you had so much it was getting moppy. Yeah,
Gregg's more of a shorter haircut kind of person. I
don't like it, letting it get too too much. From

(35:45):
being in the construction hard work.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
Most of my life just always been short hair me.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
This doesn't look sharp, thank you, says he is extremely flashly.
He's extremely fortunate that so many people provided material for
the one hundredth anniversary.

Speaker 1 (36:10):
Well, it's a time that should be remembered.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
And as you start researching all these wars, all of it,
you'll find everyone you know finds it. The little teeny
tiny emit they teach you in school a lot of times,
a lot of it's wrong. And then you look back
in historically, like I was taught this, but that's not
what this says. And it's just more it becomes more interesting.
If I had time, like I used to just sit

(36:38):
and read what do you call those things? Weren't they
they had paper?

Speaker 1 (36:43):
But you call the book? Yeah, then you know it
would be.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Something that I would do. I used to do a
lot of reading when I had the chance. It just
seems like I don't know anymore.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
There's no time left. So yeah, and.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
I got what we're all those free books I showed
one time, I got books. No, but I they were
all like Time magazine coverage.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
I think that's what.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
They are on. Oh you don't got get them. I
just think it was Yeah, I got to get around
to read them time capsule.

Speaker 4 (37:21):
For Time Life books, yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:24):
Nineteen twenty five.

Speaker 6 (37:26):
Yeah, so it's a whole bunch of them.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Yeah, I ask you, could you identify these people?

Speaker 1 (37:37):
You know? And it gives you.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
Just want to know if you know who they are from.
And so it's a I've got a bunch of these
pretty thick. They were given to me at one of
the local places we were out. They just had a
all these books. I said, we do it them. Oh well,
nobody wants and we're giving away. I'm like, I'll take them.

(38:01):
I took them all. Maybe I'll be able to read them.
And this covers the nineteen twenty five So the book
itself was printed by Time back in nineteen sixty eight.
So and I got a stack of different ones covers
different time periods and whatnot.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
So this one has Babe Ruth on there. There's one
of them. Yeah, there's all sorts of it.

Speaker 2 (38:32):
So books, books are a good thing, and saving the
past is a good thing.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
I we know he's a make for good games. It
just makes for people should remember, right.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
Okay, I sis to meet those. Yep, we're glad you're
hearing meet those. Ashley's doing for normal.

Speaker 4 (38:59):
I'm trying to find.

Speaker 1 (39:00):
Searching the internet for some things.

Speaker 4 (39:03):
I don't have my secondary freaking monitor.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Now.

Speaker 4 (39:09):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (39:12):
Yeah, nice of Methos saying, hey, hope that they all
had a good weekend.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
Uh so far, so good. I went to uh, I
don't know, I can't say it's a farmer's market. I
can't remember what the name.

Speaker 4 (39:34):
It was, Josh farmers Market at night.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
No, it was or something something like that called downtown
for Cedar Rapids area where they closed off the downtown
and they have all these vendors and live bands and
you could get anything from homemade honey to different kinds
of wines and booze and all sorts of food trucks and.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
Nick knacks, and it was kind of cool to see.

Speaker 2 (40:06):
Was there was a couple of older ladies there and
I don't know what the spaces cost.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
It was all homemade pies. And when do we get there?
About eight?

Speaker 4 (40:18):
I got there about eight.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
So about eight thirty, and they signed up plan sold out,
and I thought that was pretty cool that these these
two people working out of their homes and they I
don't know what it costs, like I said, for the space,
but they put their stuff out there and they sold out,
and I thought that that was very cool. I wouldn't
mind next year, because I only do it once a year.

Speaker 1 (40:44):
For two days. I'll have to see what it.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Costs, because I wouldn't mind putting a booth up just
to get a bunch of I don't know cards and
just kind of promote us. I think it would just
be kind of fun and have a table off to
the side with maybe He's omicide or something that's simple.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
We could get people into board gaming with just just something.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
It would be kind of nice to have done that
before at other places, and it's worked out pretty nice.
Mita says, I am sitting on a plane right now,
literally landed in Houston, and I's waiting to get off
the plane, but I want to tune in. Thank you, Meethos.
I am glad. I'm glad you had a safe fight.

(41:32):
You're back home now. If you landed in Houston, Metho says,
I realize you said homemade honey, But at first I
thought you said you can get some home made.

Speaker 4 (41:46):
Heine, what did I walk into? What are you telling
them nothing?

Speaker 1 (41:53):
I said.

Speaker 2 (41:53):
At the place we got it, they had homemade honey
or well, you know, bees make it, but this is
fresh honey, not fake. Oh my gosh, he's just never
mind people, I'm not gonna win this one.

Speaker 1 (42:07):
Thanks me.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
Those But yeah, yeah they had, you know, obviously it
was and then you could buy They close it off,
so people are buying beer and walking around. It just
kind of interesting, of course, no fighting, no nothing. It's crowded.
Everybody's just getting along. People are being nice and gracious
to each other.

Speaker 7 (42:24):
It was really any of them, any bust of them,
any STLs at all for them.

Speaker 1 (42:34):
M so it was a very nice experience.

Speaker 2 (42:38):
And Methos from wolf Fur the Hobby says that would
be an interesting experiment to see how many people in
farmers' markets are interested in tabletop gaming. It's actually it
wasn't It was called I think it's Cedar Rapids or something.

Speaker 1 (42:50):
After dark.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
I don't know, I can't remember. They do it every
single year downtown and they close off I don't know
they're closing off. No, that's wide because you go it
goes from eighth Street up to first, so you look
at seven streets, ten and six avenues wide.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
It's it's big.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
It's a seven by six blocks, so it's it's pretty big.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
And there's a lot of food.

Speaker 2 (43:22):
There was like sports, memorabil, there's like arts and crafts.
A couple of the vendors there had produce.

Speaker 4 (43:35):
Candles and soaps.

Speaker 1 (43:37):
Yeah, the homemade stuff. Anywhere.

Speaker 2 (43:41):
People are tired of commercial and crapping their products and
so the homemade stuff just always is getting hammered and
getting used.

Speaker 1 (43:50):
But there were no gaming things there.

Speaker 2 (43:53):
However, I think it would be interesting because it would
be completely different.

Speaker 1 (43:59):
It's not like anything that's there at all.

Speaker 2 (44:02):
And it would be I don't know, it might be
interesting because you guys know years ago being Clinton gamed
in the park that was such a nice experience.

Speaker 1 (44:14):
Sitting there and having people come up. Yeah, we look
into us.

Speaker 3 (44:18):
You would they would cause us to set up table down.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
I think it's probably three five hundred bucks.

Speaker 4 (44:23):
For I don't know how we would do it. Easy
up now, I know, and easy up those are fifty.

Speaker 2 (44:28):
Tables and take cards some of our merchandise and set
a table up doing a game so we could show
people because there's kids there.

Speaker 1 (44:37):
I mean, the whole thing meet us sounds like fun.
It was. It was a.

Speaker 2 (44:43):
Very I don't know, just like your neighborly atmosphere. And
there's thousands.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
Of people there.

Speaker 2 (44:49):
Man, It's not like it was a handful of people.
There were thousands and thousands of people, so you but
nobody was out of hand.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Everybody was play respectful.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
If they bumped into you, I'm sorry about that, you know,
And so it's uh, it was very nice, very nice
to to kind of do that. But anyways, Uh, yes,
it was a lot of fun. It was I realized
next time I gotta take money because we just walked
through there for a couple of hours as we.

Speaker 4 (45:21):
Went well, it was the last minute.

Speaker 2 (45:25):
We forgot about that it was coming out, and Josh
reminded us so that we went. Yeah, and the guy
who says locally produced markets wicked.

Speaker 1 (45:35):
Yes, we saw.

Speaker 3 (45:38):
One every Sunday, which in our town here they do
every Sunday through October.

Speaker 1 (45:45):
I think June though October. It's all.

Speaker 2 (45:49):
Now. You could get things like, you know, steaks, meats
of different kinds. Of course, there's always someone there grilling
something and hey, jeff Hex the hecks. Jeffy says, you
bump into me or we're throwing down. Yeah, it would

(46:11):
be an unending throwdown there. Man, it was, it was.

Speaker 1 (46:15):
It was pretty crazy.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
But I think that's crazy enough for me to go
stick up a stand and just see what happens.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
It's really.

Speaker 4 (46:25):
A bubble thousand people there.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
Yeah, I think they end up with ten, ten, twelve
thousand people there in the night. It's just it's a
lot of people. It's free to get into, so there's
no there's no cost. So I'm just thinking it might
be good there.

Speaker 4 (46:41):
We'll have to look and see how much it would
cost us to get an area.

Speaker 1 (46:44):
Well, it would just be fun to set up a
game like we did before at other places, like when
we did what the our game content we did and
that was virtual during COVID, but that was Yeah, they.

Speaker 2 (46:59):
Had two rooms rooms like you know, set up video wise.
They created another one for us just to play Aliens.

Speaker 1 (47:08):
You know. Another glorious day in the corps and U.
It was packed. Not only do we have the owner.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
Of the hotels there, I guess, and the sponsor owners
that the rooms just filled for We were the only
people that filled these these three rooms because it was
a game. Everybody else had different things. We had something
completely different and so I thought it was just it
was fun, and we've been wanting to do a venue
and I think this. There's a lot of a lot

(47:35):
of kids and parents, you know, and whatnot.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
So you figure out a game that the kids can
come up and play with and yeah, if it drops,
it's not going to shatter or something.

Speaker 2 (47:49):
As soon as someone says I I don't know much
about gaming, I'll say, why by default you're playing the
game of life, right, Oh wow, Oh come on, Ashley
and always says I'm more eager to give my money
away to those vendors for sure. Yeah, me too, and

(48:11):
besides it's just better stuff. But anyways, there's a lot
of food, and I mean there was so much food
out there.

Speaker 1 (48:16):
I mean I can't even begin.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
To describe the amount of food stuff that was there
being cooked.

Speaker 1 (48:23):
So it was fun, fun walk through.

Speaker 2 (48:26):
But more or less, I think gaming wise, I could
do something with that, try to find out what's going
on next year. On's it gonna hurt nothing. I shouldn't
hurt anything. Just gonna go and see hello, Jeff, I
wanted to show you see this table wings of glory.

Speaker 1 (48:48):
See the blimp.

Speaker 2 (48:49):
I got one of the observation blimps, so we got
postponed trying to do it last time. But now we're
gonna do it. So we're gonna have three three planes
trying to take out the blimp the observation balloon. However,
observation balloon is protected by two circling fighters.

Speaker 1 (49:12):
And a on the ground in MG Fire two.

Speaker 2 (49:16):
So there it's gonna be tough because they're gonna have
to fly past that stuff to get to close enough
to the observation bloone to inflict damage.

Speaker 1 (49:27):
It's got its.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
Own set things you can do, so it's it's all
wings of Glory rules. But we're just gonna do a
play of that. We're not gonna We're not gonna do
a battle report. We're just gonna do We're just gonna film.
We're just gonna play it like we did the last
time in film it brick Wars Warhammer with Legos. The

(49:49):
guy says, Yeah, that'd be interesting.

Speaker 1 (49:53):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (49:55):
Metho says, you should do. You should vlog a little
bit off to share with us. Yeah, if we go
do that, and I don't see why we couldn't because
I have the weekends off of work anyways, Well that's something.

Speaker 4 (50:11):
We can plan.

Speaker 3 (50:12):
I can kind of make sure I have that way off,
I can switch stage or something.

Speaker 2 (50:15):
So they had portable calms towers. I know it's down there,
so I think they were boosting the signal people, that's
what that's what those were. Those coolers or they give
away with the cut out with the fan in and
the cables going through, so they're keeping their equipment cool
and it's portable.

Speaker 3 (50:34):
Well, all those stations had to have Wi Fi for
their credit card machines, So that's exactly what there was.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
What I'm getting as I think there'd be plenty of
signal down there might have to wear a lead coat
or something so well, get radiated, but I think there
should be enough signal to to like do a live
stream from it.

Speaker 1 (50:57):
Hey, Charles, thanks for coming by. If you gotta go,
you got I.

Speaker 6 (51:00):
Go, sir.

Speaker 1 (51:07):
The guy says to Charles, have a food one. I
think he meant a good one. But Charles likes food,
So either way, get some get some food.

Speaker 3 (51:15):
Charles will be here probably within the next five minutes
if he's not there eating something in the background.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
So the guy says, Mobile Frame zero very kid friendly. Really,
I'll have to look at that. I'm just there's not
a lot of kid friendly stuff anymore. I mean some
of the kid friendly stuff has been uh altered to
where if I had young kids, I'd be like, no,

(51:43):
not anymore. Hopefully Charles has a good night there, so yeah, hopefully.

Speaker 4 (51:55):
Like Battle Tech with Legos.

Speaker 1 (51:58):
Yeah, that's what looks like cool.

Speaker 4 (52:05):
That's kind of nice, kind.

Speaker 1 (52:06):
Of cool looking. Yeah. See, So, I mean there's so
many games.

Speaker 2 (52:11):
It's it's crazy. It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (52:17):
We gotway here.

Speaker 2 (52:18):
One of these days, maybe we can get together on
that nineteen fourteen game. We keep keep missing each other
on that one. But If not, then I'll go ahead
and just throw it out and with a disclaimer that, hey,
the rules say you can play somewhere they want, so
this is not may or may not be historically accurate,

(52:39):
so that I don't get reamed too bad on the
historical end, because I have a lot of respect for
historical gamers, but sometimes the games are not, you know,
dead on what you've read, and damage MCGA says is

(52:59):
represented by moving pieces.

Speaker 1 (53:00):
Well, that would make sense.

Speaker 4 (53:01):
That's kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (53:02):
Let's call so if that took damage, that's going to
lose a piece. Huh.

Speaker 2 (53:09):
You should look into that as a set you can,
because that would just be fun. Mobile frame zero hu
most definitely, because my granddaughter likes the tabletop stuff. She

(53:30):
likes to you know, she obviously doesn't know the rules
and stuff, but she's got down cover and stuff, and
so we'll see.

Speaker 3 (53:38):
I will let her pick freaking numbers again, because I
got screwed on that one, the last Alpha Strike we
did because you read a scenarios for the two. So
I'm like, okay, well we have this many, so I
put you know, numbers, folded a piece of paper up.

Speaker 4 (53:57):
Put them in. I think it was a bucket I.

Speaker 3 (53:59):
Think I had and let her pick, you know, divide
them equally. I got really screwed. I had one heavy.
The rest were all lights.

Speaker 2 (54:10):
But I told her, I said, close your eyes and
concentrate and say I'm picking one for Papa that will work.

Speaker 1 (54:18):
And she did, and so Ashley just got left.

Speaker 4 (54:21):
I got screwed on that end.

Speaker 2 (54:24):
So Nigawa says they have multiple files to help set
up for nineteen fourteen on BGG, might help you get going.

Speaker 1 (54:32):
I will.

Speaker 2 (54:32):
I will probably do that, because the point is is
I won't play it, and I just got.

Speaker 1 (54:40):
A little nervous about but I think I'll just get
over that.

Speaker 2 (54:43):
And on BGG, see we got an account there too,
right where we reviewed Trench Life in case. I know
Nagawa knows, but a lot of you guys maybe don't
know where they are. And one person kind of critiqued us. However,
it was on not moving forward to the wire. However,
the actual print in the book shows that you do

(55:06):
move to the wire. So I think sometimes it just
is the way the way it's the way it's presented.
That was that should have been presented clear. Trench Knife
is a cool little game that I absolutely thought was
fantastic being.

Speaker 4 (55:23):
A little one solar player.

Speaker 2 (55:24):
I liked it for a ten pocket, so I'll have
to I'll check those.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
But yeah, we got our own little thing there on
Begg two. We've had for a little while, so you
guys can check us out there if you want.

Speaker 2 (55:48):
It's if you look up trench Knife, you'll find us
our Gamers of Coffee. But so we got we got
corrected there. But like I said, in the actual pictures
in the game, we were going off what it showed.
So the next time that's played, I simply won't go
forward to the wire or just keep the guys in
the trenches as forward as they can go and in

(56:12):
that way, you know. But that's what I was wondering
about nineteen fourteen. It was always just.

Speaker 1 (56:20):
I want to do it, but I just.

Speaker 2 (56:22):
Don't want to get criticized on one side and down
the other because of blah blah blah blah when the
rules for the game tell you to do it this way.

Speaker 1 (56:32):
But that's not necessarily going to be historical, you know.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
I mean it's a historical timeframe with the armies and
show the game can change.

Speaker 1 (56:41):
Whatever is written in history books is in history books.

Speaker 2 (56:44):
But if you're going to game it, obviously it can
change because it's a game, So maybe it won't go
the same way that it did before. You know, so,
I guess I just probably just have to get past.

Speaker 1 (56:56):
It and all uh, I'll have to just throw it
out there.

Speaker 2 (57:02):
Hey, Brian many Warmut says, Hi, listening, we're driving.

Speaker 4 (57:06):
See I told you he's in a freaking drive through.

Speaker 1 (57:09):
No, he didn't say he was in a drive through.
He says, he's driving. You're gonna start anymore ready, He
hasn't a chance to start on you yet.

Speaker 4 (57:15):
I'm getting my hits in first.

Speaker 1 (57:17):
Oh, this time you're on the attack. Well, I gotta
do something.

Speaker 2 (57:23):
We brought up your painting competition start in September first,
Sir many Warmunt. Charles, who's left the room, has two
hundred and fifty ready to go. That's just amazing. I'm
glad he can do that. Greg's uptis to about thirty
five ish double count. That's between thirty and thirty five
now instead of two dozen. And Ashley's gonna do a

(57:46):
very large, multi sexual die around. It's gonna blow you
guys away when you see it, or well, she's maybe
gonna show you I don't know I did that way
do let me try that here.

Speaker 1 (57:59):
You guys want to.

Speaker 3 (57:59):
See it, the parts of it. It just this is
just even. So I'm still pretty I know I got two, three,
four more pieces or prints.

Speaker 4 (58:12):
I still got to do. Two of them are nine
hours a piece.

Speaker 7 (58:16):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (58:17):
The guy says, someone's doing a game for Mobile zero
at a convention, so he's letting Methos know, we'll put
their hobbies. It was a ton of fun and the
kids gravitate towards That's cool.

Speaker 1 (58:30):
Seeing the kids get involved is nice, so they can
use their imagination.

Speaker 3 (58:37):
See, that's where if we're gonna do something like that, that's
where we get a bunch of more pins for the kids.

Speaker 2 (58:42):
And Mythos's people that kind of criticism can really suck
all the final A game historical oiler.

Speaker 1 (58:49):
Yeah, that's the problem.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Mythos is like, you get well, I'm gonna tell you
right now, if I game, I'm more likely gonna make
a mistake. I'm not just in one genre. I'm not
just one thing. You can keep that so obviously I'm not.
You know a lot of people are just one type
and they're very good at and there they're accurate I'm

(59:11):
not as accurate because it's.

Speaker 1 (59:13):
More than one.

Speaker 2 (59:16):
Oh yeah, turn the other camera on in a second,
let me finish, so for a second get caught up.
So I just didn't want to put something out and
have him go that's not.

Speaker 1 (59:28):
What happened in nineteen fourteen and da da.

Speaker 2 (59:30):
Da, because the game, the rules say to set it
up how you want. I just kind of wanted to
get it.

Speaker 1 (59:37):
It's close to where the forces were around the surrounding
terrains on some of the historical belt battles as well.

Speaker 8 (59:48):
And the guy says, people forget that was not gaming
and driving and getting stopped for a g UI gaming
under yeah, driving under gaming influence, and Methus is off
to check that out, and I go the.

Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
Goala replies, I think people forget it as a game.

Speaker 1 (01:00:11):
Yes, sir, they forget it's a game.

Speaker 2 (01:00:14):
And I'm all for if you if you have the
complete knowledge to do that, that's great, But especially with us,
we'll put a lot of times we're not professional.

Speaker 1 (01:00:24):
We're not.

Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
You know, we even say it. We are.

Speaker 2 (01:00:27):
I've been saying that forever so but a couple of times, man,
I've gotten slammed pretty harder and verwhere and the comment
was very rude and critical, so I to the point
where it should have just been sending an email, not
don't post it on YouTube. If you if someone wants
to criticize me, send it to me in an email
Gamers of Coffee at gmail dot com and do it

(01:00:49):
there because otherwise, I like, on YouTube, it's not cool.
I just removed one now, Thankfully, In all these years
or maybe not even a handful of times, if I
had to remove a comment, generally I just leave stuff
be Yeah, guys, is not your PhD thesis or anything.

(01:01:11):
It's but that's how they do. I'm telling you to god,
I haven't seen it and had it happen to me.
And they'll like, they'll tear you apart on something, and
you're like, that's not even what the game says.

Speaker 1 (01:01:20):
It's not, you know, I mean, maybe.

Speaker 2 (01:01:21):
That's their interpretation, which is hence designing the game. It's
got to be hard to do because you're not gonna
please everybody. Will further Hobby says you guys are better me, Greg,
I just focused on Warhammer and you go and still
manage to make mistakes all the time. Well, two things

(01:01:42):
will further meet those One you're a human being. Just
I guess we're all gonna make mistakes. And two I'm
not I'm not better than you. You have a ton
of knowledge on Warhammer that I can never compete with.

Speaker 1 (01:01:57):
I am. That's why I get advice.

Speaker 4 (01:02:00):
I know he's getting fun.

Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
He's trying to.

Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
Get many warmup. Says I'm complete a water burger.

Speaker 4 (01:02:06):
Quest that sounds good? What a burger that sounds actually good?

Speaker 2 (01:02:11):
Yeah, but you know you have a whole lot of knowledge.
I have enough knowledge to make me dangerous.

Speaker 1 (01:02:20):
On multiple games, but not enough.

Speaker 4 (01:02:22):
To be No, we're not no excent on any of them.

Speaker 2 (01:02:28):
The guy who says, I am eating green beans raw
and they are so sweet so in our garden, cancel
just come over and snap them off and eat them
right off the planets. I don't spray, no, my my vegetables,
so there's never no you know, pesticides or crap.

Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
On them.

Speaker 4 (01:02:46):
Dirty Like it's just a little dirt. Eat it.

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
They wipe it off.

Speaker 2 (01:02:50):
But I mean, our green beans are like bushel beans,
so we stak them up and they are very long
green beans.

Speaker 4 (01:02:58):
Yeah they are good.

Speaker 1 (01:03:01):
Oh, we'll be be careful.

Speaker 2 (01:03:02):
Many warm isn't gonna spa respond between traffic, like, just drive, don't.

Speaker 4 (01:03:07):
Get yourself in an accident.

Speaker 2 (01:03:09):
Don't worry about appreciate you showing up. Yeah, actually just
being actually getting at you before you can get hurt.

Speaker 3 (01:03:15):
Ye.

Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
So all right, but the other camera, oh you want
me to show it? Okay? So here here she wants
to show you that turn over there you just have
to her on. Yeah, there we go. Let me make
this bigger. Oh, you got it right there.

Speaker 2 (01:03:39):
So these are pieces to the diorama, and it's not
done pretty yet. Why don't you hold up like a piece.
It's all gonna fit together. So here's here's one piece slow.
So that's the human defense for us. But it looks

(01:04:01):
like there's markings where I think that's where.

Speaker 1 (01:04:04):
The titan goes, right, we would be careful with that
that they can't see anyways, turn it back mush, Nope, nope,
that way. Watch the screen. Here there you go. So
he's gonna stand there fighting with them.

Speaker 4 (01:04:25):
Well, he's got a flame thrower.

Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
That's gonna go on.

Speaker 3 (01:04:31):
That's gonna go on, and then it's still gonna be
printed rockets that come out of here.

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
So it's gonna be a full on battle scene.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
But these are just two pieces, and then there's the
rest you can show off, like, what's that one there?

Speaker 4 (01:04:45):
They're against the alien hive.

Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
You need to slide it over more ash because it's yeah,
that's another part to the diorama.

Speaker 1 (01:04:55):
So many were.

Speaker 2 (01:04:57):
When you look at this little section here later it'll
be that's what Ashley's gonna enter. She's got a lot
to do. That's where two dogs got an alien on
either side. That's that's another part with sandbags.

Speaker 1 (01:05:18):
And you gotta hold it better. There you go.

Speaker 2 (01:05:23):
Right, there's a good stop for a second hold, so
you can see there's a bunch of stuff there. It's
going to be painted and whatnot. Well, brother says waterburger
does sound good, and my grabs on the way home.

Speaker 1 (01:05:35):
I didn't realize they had them in Arizona in Iowa.
I remember they were to find outside of Texas. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:05:42):
The hive, oh yeah, yeah, but the grocery store Athos
was preparing for Titan Fall. I Swoll says, that is
for sure worth ten points, but no more so that's
the only part of it. There's multiple more pieces that
have to be printed in our printing now it's going
to be a very large it's gonna be a massive diroma.

(01:06:06):
So see there's somewhere as you get turn it just
a little bit there. So the soldiers fighting the alien
that's jumping at him. So it's just it's very detailed, man,
it's a detailed detailed Yeah, it's it all is going

(01:06:30):
to go together on the terrain. The train's printing in
and so everything just fits together. Here, hold your camera
up and kind of look at the Ok.

Speaker 4 (01:06:41):
So there's that's some of the pieces.

Speaker 2 (01:06:44):
That's some of the pieces being printed for it, but
not all of it.

Speaker 3 (01:06:49):
It's there's still eight or nine more pieces, but.

Speaker 2 (01:06:53):
Then all interlocks and it'll just be one big battle scene.

Speaker 4 (01:06:57):
So one of them will interlocked where it's already.

Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
That's where it will basically be glued in, and then
others will slide into.

Speaker 1 (01:07:10):
On the base ship. It's gonna be a complicated little
I don't.

Speaker 4 (01:07:18):
Know why I find these weird diama exactly what we're using.
My other one broke so mad.

Speaker 3 (01:07:27):
We had a strong winds and it happened to knock
our house just right, and it slipped off my shelf
above Greg's death and just shattered.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
Yeah, unfortunately that that tends to happen. All right, you shot,
So there you go. What do you think it's It's pretty.
It'll be big when it's done.

Speaker 1 (01:07:50):
Oh so that's kind of a sneak peek. The rest
of its printing, so it should be what's.

Speaker 3 (01:08:02):
Printing right now is the big flying alien. Yeah, and
that's a seven hour print. I started that at three
twenty three fifteen.

Speaker 2 (01:08:15):
Colemica says nice toys, and ice Wolf said, it's gonna
be a real great piece.

Speaker 1 (01:08:19):
It is.

Speaker 2 (01:08:20):
It's gonna be well yeah, oh geez, you have many
warm up. It's that's funny. Yeah, it should be an
ice big piece.

Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
I don't know what to do with it, but make
it like a display. But I just entered that. I
wouldn't try to do.

Speaker 3 (01:08:38):
No, I'm not gonna do anything else that's gonna I
don't even know if I'm going to be able to
get all that guys done in the moll.

Speaker 1 (01:08:46):
Well, you'll have it printed by sho.

Speaker 4 (01:08:48):
I should have it all printed by the.

Speaker 2 (01:08:50):
First Yeah, we just got some more residents, so she
should be able to get it printed out well and
ready to goan.

Speaker 3 (01:08:57):
This was a seven hour print. The two or eighteen
and then another one that's.

Speaker 5 (01:09:05):
Four, So I still have a good what thirty no.

Speaker 3 (01:09:11):
Two nine one's nine hours and ten minutes. The other
one was like nine hours and four minutes.

Speaker 1 (01:09:15):
Just so there's twenty hours for two prints.

Speaker 3 (01:09:18):
Basically, that's seven the other one's three or four.

Speaker 1 (01:09:24):
About thirty hours, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:09:25):
Thirty five hours.

Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
I think on all the prints, and then I gotta
go through all of them again and make sure I
have them all.

Speaker 2 (01:09:34):
Well, you have thirty more hours of prem remaining on
top of whatever you've already printed.

Speaker 3 (01:09:40):
Well, let's see that one was a nine hour print.
That was a seven hour print. That was a three
hour print. That one was on the same three hours.

Speaker 1 (01:09:48):
That's what I'm saying. There's a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:09:52):
That tight end thing or walk or whatever it is
alone was five hours, four and a half almost five hour.

Speaker 4 (01:10:01):
Yeah, it was a lot.

Speaker 1 (01:10:09):
Oh, I want to see her. Wait many warm said.

Speaker 3 (01:10:16):
Ryan wants to do a forty.

Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
K so, but Dark Vengeance, Well them sealed sids. I
mean that's I think Dark Vengeance is a ways back there.

Speaker 5 (01:10:36):
But with how much he harasses you about your smurfs,
don't call them, okay blueberries, they're they're blueberries.

Speaker 4 (01:10:50):
He wants to get into forty K.

Speaker 1 (01:10:53):
Well, we'll help you sink into that if you want.
There many one that was actually yes please?

Speaker 2 (01:11:01):
So, I mean, but I when did that come out?
I'm gonna have to look that up.

Speaker 4 (01:11:05):
I think that one was all right after the one
you got me into.

Speaker 2 (01:11:08):
No, that was back ways Mythos would know. Let me see,
let me see something. I uh, that was released in
twenty twelve. I didn't think it was that far back.

(01:11:31):
But yeah, holy crap. Well now they have sealed box sets. Still,
why did this?

Speaker 1 (01:11:39):
Uh search? Is that? That can't be.

Speaker 2 (01:11:48):
The full box set that I found?

Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
Oh it's incomplete. Yeah, you don't want the incomplete ones
many warm up.

Speaker 2 (01:11:58):
But look like they'll run you right about three to
five hundred dollars a box set for an original box
set still silled, I Suppo says, now I'm scared to
sign up to Warmont's contest.

Speaker 1 (01:12:18):
Why why are you scared of ice Wolf? It's okay.

Speaker 2 (01:12:22):
I I'm going into it now, and I'm just going
into it for fun, like it'll help motivate me to
find time to get the couple dozen pieces I have.

Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
Oh, Telemachus is on the ball. He says.

Speaker 2 (01:12:42):
It was re released in twenty fourteen and made available
as I'm made to order in twenty nineteen. Oh okay,
I didn't know. I just I remember hearing that. I'm like,
wait a minute, that's that was a that was several
years back. I didn't realize it was, you know, thirteen
years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:12:57):
But that just tells you, you know, time goes.

Speaker 9 (01:13:00):
As the Wolf Brothers Hobby Mytho says, yes, Dark Vengeance
was seventh edition.

Speaker 1 (01:13:11):
He believes before they were primaries. Um, he would be
the expert on Now. I just looked up and didn't realize.
I mean, I remember hearing about it.

Speaker 2 (01:13:23):
So when you said darks like, oh, okay, like seven
eight years ago, but actually it's like thirteen years ago.

Speaker 1 (01:13:32):
Oh you already have it? Many where not.

Speaker 2 (01:13:37):
If you've had that And Mythos just said he was
about to say, you've had it for a long time. Well,
if you already have it, then what's it doing breaking
out or you know, I mean, if you're not going
to play it, you can get you're gonna get some
good money for a sealed set.

Speaker 1 (01:13:51):
Jeez. You also Black Reach Well, I mean, honestly, me
many warm up war Hammer is.

Speaker 2 (01:14:09):
I don't know, it's it's its own thing, and that's
why meet us those and understands. I cannot sub my
Space Marines into one page rolls because in my mind
I could not. I cannot proxy them in. They just
would be doing more damage than what I had. So,
and you guys know, it's a good excuse for me

(01:14:30):
to printed out the other army.

Speaker 1 (01:14:31):
But war Hammers as it's kind of its own thing.

Speaker 2 (01:14:35):
It's pretty interesting to play, like ording action as part
of a.

Speaker 1 (01:14:44):
Kill team and all that we have up there.

Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
So I like those versions too, because there that's a
you're given objective or mission orientated you know what I mean,
And you're given set rounds, so you're either going to
do it in four or five rounds something to that effect.
It's not going to take you forever to play it,
and you have to get into it. There's no hanging

(01:15:10):
back trying to do it. You're you're gonna get into it.
You're gonna lose anywhere, it says. He also, yeah black
Reach weirdo. Well there you go. Ashley says he doesn't
want to get sucked in. Yeah, Warmmers, it's its own

(01:15:32):
little I mean, it's it's unique, and I'm not saying
it's the greatest game ever to come out. It's just unique.
It's different, like we're playing Wings the Glory on the
table here. It's a hey, that's a heck of a
fun game too. And Mitho says Black Reach is such

(01:15:57):
a great set, so I guess it's addition Wars. Oh,
thank you Togawa, And Galla says he's wandering around the
house listening to the show. Hopefully you don't trip and
fall or walk into a wall or something, but if
you do, you can always just blame it on on us.
Just you know, we're were distracting you and go with that.

Speaker 1 (01:16:19):
IgA You're good.

Speaker 2 (01:16:23):
Sometimes I wander around the house and talk to myself occasionally,
but you know, so if you want to, if you
want to do that there, Ran, then get with Methos
or us and somebody.

Speaker 1 (01:16:37):
Will help you. Ethos has way more knowledge of Warhammer stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:16:46):
And Methos. Are they updated? It looks like they're already updating.
Keegan was complaining yesterday he tried to get his stats
for his whot on because he pays for the you know,
the Warhammer app which he buys for yearly, you know,
because it's cheaper.

Speaker 1 (01:17:05):
But I guess his stuff's locked.

Speaker 2 (01:17:07):
Out on that because they're redoing that, or I don't
know if they're getting ready for eleventh edition.

Speaker 1 (01:17:11):
I haven't really looked. Always says, I will blame it
on Tyllimacus. That is intrigues.

Speaker 2 (01:17:23):
Tylimochus has got hiding hides in parentheses. Tylmoicus has a
bunker out there. He's probably the only one that we
know that has a bunker. And Tyllimicus says, pulls the strings.
That's right, sir. Somebody has to be the puppet master.

Speaker 1 (01:17:42):
They were not.

Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
I have been sucked into solo RPG lately. Yeah, that's okay, though,
I mean, you know game one you want is.

Speaker 1 (01:17:55):
Wolf Brother.

Speaker 2 (01:17:56):
Hobby says, lies that Mythos guy doesn't know anything. Guy
knows a lot a lot more than that great guy
a war hammer by a long shot.

Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
So and that's okay.

Speaker 2 (01:18:10):
I don't know how much more I can fit into
my cranial space anyways, But have fun with whatever you
do there many warm just have a blast at it.

(01:18:32):
That's what we try to do every day. Now, Ashley's
gonna try and go against the German army again and
hope that she can win.

Speaker 1 (01:18:43):
So far, she's on a losing streak.

Speaker 2 (01:18:48):
What we gained a bad one the last three games
or four games or five games.

Speaker 1 (01:18:56):
It's been a couple in a row. But I don't know. Yeah,
I think it'd be okay. It's just a hot air balloon.

Speaker 4 (01:19:07):
Technically, so you just gotta I gotta worry about the guys.

Speaker 2 (01:19:12):
I'd be more worried about the AA the ground fire too,
because that's you're not gonna get close enough to that
balloon to do anything without flying past it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:22):
And it's done that way, so otherwise you.

Speaker 10 (01:19:25):
Can get The AA ones had the same reach as
what ours does, so I had to fly almost off
the map to get around them.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
You know that that would have been.

Speaker 2 (01:19:38):
A scary kind of job because they didn't have parachutes
at that time, I don't believe. And even so, if
you were in a balloon that was going down, Oh
your balloon.

Speaker 3 (01:19:50):
Has what eighteen twenty twenty eight elf, that's good, But.

Speaker 2 (01:19:56):
That's because the balloons had sectioned off air air pocket.

Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
Well. Brother Hobby says.

Speaker 2 (01:20:03):
If Keegan is locked down, it's because the index rules
were free. But his codex is on sale. When you
buy the codex that comes with the code in the
back of Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:20:13):
He hasn't, but they lock the app down when they
do updates on whatever faction.

Speaker 2 (01:20:19):
I think, well, he's already got that codex. Yeah he doos,
but he thinks it's they're updating it.

Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
Because they did that with the Space Marines and My
Aliens as well.

Speaker 11 (01:20:35):
Tis sorry, two different games, but at least with my guys,
I can go and swap them.

Speaker 4 (01:20:48):
I mean they look similar at least.

Speaker 1 (01:20:53):
Well, you have to wait and see. I don't know.
I mean, we're we're just doing still doing tenth editions.

Speaker 2 (01:20:57):
So I have to talk to Keegan be like, it's
kind of hard to keep up because we don't get
to play all the time. So if we play, you know,
half a dozen times and then they upgrade it, it's
just kind of hard to keep up with.

Speaker 4 (01:21:17):
I haven't actually, I don't think we put.

Speaker 3 (01:21:19):
I've played an actual Warhammer since then of last year.
I think it was Crystal's birthday. It was the last
time I played with my actual guys on Warhammer. Well,
and I beat Keegan by I think one.

Speaker 2 (01:21:37):
Okay, so Mythos says, letting us know, right, that's what
he's saying. When the codex comes out, the free index
rules go away. Oh so maybe there's another codex. Then
I have to like Keegan though, because I don't know. Yah. Well, see,
I don't have the Warhammer app though, Methos, but Keingan does.

(01:22:00):
He pays it, pays it a year at a time,
and that's how he builds his his army.

Speaker 1 (01:22:06):
That's what he's been using and stuff. So yeah, I'll
just have to let him know. I don't know. I
know that I do.

Speaker 12 (01:22:18):
I haven't yet had to put do my dreadnought am
I Victor warreshot I'm sorry in the game yet form
of the Apothecary that that I got, So.

Speaker 2 (01:22:32):
I'm curious to see how the apothecary works, just because
I've never played with one. I played with the Judicator
and a few of the other things.

Speaker 3 (01:22:40):
Hey, that judicator still looks good and that was like
my first few paints.

Speaker 1 (01:22:44):
And of course Gillman kicks.

Speaker 4 (01:22:49):
But yeah, no, I won't play against Gilman. I played
against him one time. Nope, Yeah he does damage. I
don't like him. He does, and you're flame flame guy.
I don't like.

Speaker 2 (01:23:06):
Colymicus, says Greedy Workshop. Greedy Workshop, Yeah, they they get
high priced.

Speaker 1 (01:23:15):
Olymicus I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:23:16):
I don't argue with that. I think the Codex thing
is that's their way. Everybody knows it's their way of
generating extra money.

Speaker 1 (01:23:23):
All the time.

Speaker 2 (01:23:25):
It is annoying to me because by the time I
get the rules down, because I'm not able to play
it like on a monthly.

Speaker 1 (01:23:32):
Basis even all the time. By the time I get everything.

Speaker 2 (01:23:35):
Down, it changes. It's time to change and.

Speaker 1 (01:23:43):
Other games.

Speaker 4 (01:23:45):
The other trench one that we just.

Speaker 1 (01:23:47):
Got, Trench Club. Yeah, so it gets to be difficult
to keep up with. But you know, like I said,
I enjoy playing it. I don't have.

Speaker 2 (01:24:02):
I only had a couple of things I wanted to
add to my space brains, and that was as Methos
those a tank and I can dread not. But it's
all good because the Victor warri who kind of splits
the difference between the two a little bit. At least,
it's some something that lays down some firepower and it

(01:24:23):
should work. We should work for me. And the bikes
actually do pretty good too. I was surprised, well the.

Speaker 4 (01:24:29):
Quad.

Speaker 2 (01:24:31):
The quad does more damage than I could give it
credit for. However, it doesn't work against the Dreadnaught. I
found out I've played against Clinton. You know, still those
things will destroy it. But it's you know, it's all fun.
I mean like this, Like I said, there's there is
a World War One game sitting right there, and we

(01:24:53):
do have a couple of heckxs and counter games, not much.
Jeff from hext Hex and Todd from war Drobe plays
World War Two.

Speaker 1 (01:25:01):
Those two steered.

Speaker 2 (01:25:03):
Me onto that sent me the game, which I'm very
grateful for because did open up another area of gaming
that I just didn't man knew they were there. Just
they never looked interesting because there's just some chips on
a map, you know. But once you got to play
and understand, then there's there's a there's strategy there. So
it's a it's a whole different ballgame. And actually kind

(01:25:27):
of sort of will play.

Speaker 1 (01:25:28):
It a little. The tanks on the front. You played, but.

Speaker 4 (01:25:33):
And I got my butt beat.

Speaker 1 (01:25:37):
I don't know why you keep losing.

Speaker 3 (01:25:40):
Give me a game that actually works in my favorite Yeah,
it's no problem.

Speaker 1 (01:25:47):
That works in your favor.

Speaker 6 (01:25:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:25:49):
Maybe I had no problem kicking your butt up in
one page Rules or Warhammer, but the other games I'm
just losing.

Speaker 1 (01:25:57):
So you said to give you a game, but you
did one page rules.

Speaker 2 (01:25:59):
You your guys dominated my human so just continuously every
round I took a beating no matter what I did.

Speaker 1 (01:26:08):
So you want that one. Your tearing ends they're overwhelmed.

Speaker 3 (01:26:13):
Okay, so it's anything fantasy, I can kick your button,
anything historical.

Speaker 4 (01:26:19):
I cannot win whatsoever.

Speaker 1 (01:26:22):
Well, I guess, I guess that would be true.

Speaker 2 (01:26:32):
I Swill says, I have the same problem with forty K.
I play it not enough, and then there is an
update again we play now with when the stat stack
cards released, I never updated it. Yeah, I think we're
just gonna stay the tenth edition and rules really work.
It just it worked better yeah for us, But I

(01:26:57):
don't want to. You know, we started basically, we just
kind of started an eighth, the ninth came out, played
a few games, it's like okay, and then tenth and
Temph was like, all right, this is a pretty good
overall combination.

Speaker 1 (01:27:13):
So I think we're just gonna kind of end it there.
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:27:17):
I mean, number one, it's expensive to buy a new
rule book and then a new codex for me in
a codex for her.

Speaker 3 (01:27:25):
Hey, at least this time I picked one that I
found I can go and get some that looks similar
and just prick them myself. We ain't doing no tournament,
so it's.

Speaker 4 (01:27:35):
Just us.

Speaker 1 (01:27:38):
Many Warmont says. I played seventh edition.

Speaker 2 (01:27:41):
It was tabled five times, the freaking Gray Knights teleporting
here and there. My poor orcs had no chance. That's
how I was introduced to forty k No mercy bro
then I moved on. Yeah, there's no mercy in that game.

Speaker 3 (01:27:55):
I mean, Kegan refuses to play against me. Yeah, he
wants to throw it down a Warhammer game, but he's like.

Speaker 1 (01:28:01):
You know, he won't will no longer use the Tyrannis.

Speaker 2 (01:28:05):
That's the only ones I have I know, So that's what
he's that's what he's saying in a nutshell.

Speaker 3 (01:28:11):
I will refuse to play against me, yeah, because I
have such an enormous amount and a cost like nothing for.

Speaker 4 (01:28:20):
It, but I have seven.

Speaker 1 (01:28:26):
The Laura on.

Speaker 4 (01:28:27):
So it was he didn't like playing against my death
guard either.

Speaker 1 (01:28:33):
This is the death Guard. We're tough man.

Speaker 4 (01:28:36):
Death Guard were like the number one. Yeah, they nerved him.

Speaker 2 (01:28:41):
Bad, So it's uh. And warn Ammer is one of
those games where nobody's ever happy to me. So what
if if you know like when the vote time came out,
people went to them because that was a pretty tough class,
pretty pretty powerful, and a lot of people complained and
they from down with then all the people that have.

Speaker 1 (01:29:01):
Bought this class, you know, got penalized. I think, what
to me?

Speaker 2 (01:29:06):
I would just look at this way, Okay, my opponent
is going to be overwhelming in this category, of this category.
So how am I going to counteract that? What? What
units do I deploy? How do I how do I play?
And I would try to work with what I knew
about who was fighting me, what they were fighting me with,
instead of complaining.

Speaker 1 (01:29:26):
And if you lose, you lose. I mean life, life.

Speaker 2 (01:29:29):
Isn't always You're not gonna win all the time every time.
So if you get tabled, you get tabled. That's just
part of that experience. I have lost my share of games,
except historically against Ashley.

Speaker 4 (01:29:41):
I continue to I can't win with the story. I've
tried every single.

Speaker 13 (01:29:45):
One, even the World War One ship points. I didn't
win on that either, and it was one against one.
He just happened to get a lucky drawl. I mean
it blew my plane up.

Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
Yeah, and we'll obviously, says def garder, super hard to
kill for many people.

Speaker 1 (01:30:01):
That's why they're the top of the meata right.

Speaker 2 (01:30:03):
Now, we'll see I remember those remember back though metause
they were real tough and then people can plan and.

Speaker 3 (01:30:10):
They kind of at night, they kind of nerve down.

Speaker 2 (01:30:15):
And I was like, but the death Guard, even though
I lost to them, because that was that was Ashley
had that set and then decided to go a tearnet,
so she sold over Death Guard off.

Speaker 1 (01:30:26):
But it's okay. They're supposed to be tough.

Speaker 2 (01:30:31):
If you look at the background, they're supposed to be,
you know, very very hard to I gotta be careful,
I sail, but it's hard to get rid of, okay.
So they're not supposed to be easy pickings. So it's
supposed to be tough.

Speaker 4 (01:30:47):
Just like they're like zombies. It's an unending they're just
a shell, unending.

Speaker 1 (01:30:54):
Bio mass you know that's coming at you.

Speaker 4 (01:30:57):
So yeah, And one of my big guys that I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:31:00):
Have, I believe it was the Dragon, No, one of
the flying ones. Basically after the battle, they would I
did this lore of it.

Speaker 4 (01:31:10):
It goes in and basically.

Speaker 3 (01:31:12):
Absorbs everything, and that's how they get the strength of
some of the stuffer the knowledge of how to go
to the next planet.

Speaker 4 (01:31:24):
Yeah, they have this, Like collector.

Speaker 2 (01:31:28):
Ice will say, as I am currently back to where
i'mer Fantasy Old World a really great game play that
a lot and more my setting than sci fi. Yeah,
and so if you enjoy it, then Ice woth of
them playing it. We haven't done any of the Old
World or any of that, only because we're just you know,

(01:31:48):
sitting with what we got. Although Greg does want to
get just a squad of Custodi's, you know, to throw
them in. I know I won't stop with that.

Speaker 1 (01:31:57):
I know, I know.

Speaker 2 (01:31:58):
But well, for the Hobby says with the nids, some
people struggle into hordstyle armies and find the number of
minis intimidating. I myself love fighting horn armies because whether
I'm going to lose, I defeated a.

Speaker 1 (01:32:13):
Lot of models. Yeah, you're right about that.

Speaker 2 (01:32:15):
Metho's like when I the last game I had against Ashley,
I did take out more did she lost more models
than I did, But she just she just won.

Speaker 1 (01:32:27):
That's just the way it goes.

Speaker 4 (01:32:28):
And yeah, they're met for a quote Cord.

Speaker 2 (01:32:31):
Yeah, you gotta basically bum rush with them. If you
do the other side in trouble.

Speaker 3 (01:32:44):
Metho says, we're all about what fifteen hours apart.

Speaker 4 (01:32:47):
Probably, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:32:49):
One day we should all just meet somewhere where it's
a couple hours for all of us in one direction
and just meet up.

Speaker 1 (01:32:55):
I think that'd be fun.

Speaker 3 (01:32:56):
I know, I think we're seventeen from Meethos and eight
seventeen or eighteen from Brian.

Speaker 1 (01:33:02):
Start up to go out there.

Speaker 2 (01:33:03):
Although Texas, you guys, man, from what I see, lots
of parts of Texas are lots of terrible storms over
the last several years, lots of lots of damage. I
guess I could if I had the money, I'd head.

Speaker 1 (01:33:20):
Out there and do some.

Speaker 4 (01:33:24):
Do some what hobby time. Well, I'm just trying to
agree how.

Speaker 2 (01:33:30):
Me and Methos could go out and about uh, I mean,
where am I says? Oh, rough day, I recorded a
fistful leg gamelack.

Speaker 1 (01:33:40):
The heroes uploaded half of the game and it was fine.
Uploaded the second half of no sound.

Speaker 2 (01:33:45):
Oh man, man, Brian, I'm sorry about that. That sucks,
And especially when you have no issue with the first one.
In the second, when you're.

Speaker 1 (01:33:54):
Like, what happened? You know, yeah, so the second half
is gonna be all text.

Speaker 2 (01:34:00):
Well, you know what you could you could see that
Many Warma says, I did my trip in the Midwest.

Speaker 1 (01:34:06):
Yeah, but you.

Speaker 2 (01:34:07):
Didn't see us. You you went way above.

Speaker 1 (01:34:11):
Us and avoided us. And we feel.

Speaker 4 (01:34:13):
No, he didn't want to see Keegan. That's what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:34:15):
I blame You're gonna blame Keingan. It could be that
he was terrified of Keegan would come out dressed to
the car.

Speaker 4 (01:34:21):
Probably.

Speaker 2 (01:34:23):
Yeah, I did have his wife with him, right, Many
warm You didn't want to I know these people?

Speaker 1 (01:34:27):
Oh no, no, no, I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:34:31):
So. Yeah, Midwest is a lot of nice So I
lived in Calivery, but he thinks that's the greatest place
to live.

Speaker 1 (01:34:38):
It's garbage. I'm glad I got out of there. I was.

Speaker 2 (01:34:45):
Yeah, Charles where he's at. He's down by San Diego.
So you stay on one side of San Diego, you're okay.
On the other side, it's it's very, very bad. But
as a hole, I'm glad I escaped that that state.

Speaker 1 (01:35:00):
It's not not a place i'd like to be.

Speaker 4 (01:35:06):
Leica says, you can add a voiceover.

Speaker 1 (01:35:08):
You could add a voiceover.

Speaker 4 (01:35:09):
May warm up if you remember it's kind of what
goes on.

Speaker 2 (01:35:13):
Well, if you already uploaded it and you're gonna let
it be, then it's gonna do the It's gonna put
the text up, you know as you're talking. If there's
no soundhouse, do that.

Speaker 1 (01:35:32):
Oh my god, meet those come on down. We can
do some hobby time and get some homemade homemade. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:35:43):
I didn't mean to say it off like that earlier,
but it's homemade. Honey, honey, honey. So what do you got, Greg, Well,
got the money for the rental car and gas and food.

Speaker 1 (01:35:58):
Fifteen thousand dollars for bail.

Speaker 2 (01:36:00):
Yeah, that's about what it would be to take out
a loan or something. Maybe I could maybe I could
take out a loan on someone's house and just.

Speaker 4 (01:36:09):
Not tell them keep.

Speaker 1 (01:36:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:36:15):
No, I wouldn't do that to Crystal.

Speaker 1 (01:36:17):
It is it would be fun though.

Speaker 4 (01:36:21):
Well, they were going to do that game con. We
were trying to plan on that.

Speaker 2 (01:36:26):
Well, we've been trying to figure out a way to
get down there the last couple of years. And it's
not that I don't want to, it's just I'm just
tired of everything coming. Like everybody else, anytime things are
going in in good. You get a step in the
right direction, it's like you're knocked back ten steps or
three or whatever. But you always end up doing this

(01:36:47):
and it's like trying to chase unachievable goals.

Speaker 4 (01:36:50):
That's how we were.

Speaker 3 (01:36:51):
We were starting to do good and then all of
a sudden the dog kind of made as drop.

Speaker 4 (01:36:57):
Not a bad thing.

Speaker 1 (01:36:57):
We love her, it was just not the dog. You
got the dog, and then the car, and then you.

Speaker 4 (01:37:02):
Got which my inside handle of my van.

Speaker 2 (01:37:06):
Then four I actually went to open the door on
her the van and broke off inside.

Speaker 4 (01:37:11):
So that's gonna be a fun fix. I gotta look
and see how much that part's gonna be too.

Speaker 2 (01:37:20):
Telemic is just buy your honey from the store like
a good American and hr yeah, r D d T
or b h T or b h A and all
this other terrible stuff they put in our food. Here,
I'm telling you, get yourself an app called trash Panda.
Go to the store and scan have our code, and

(01:37:41):
it will tell you exactly what kind of terrible stuff
is in your food. And then it's up to your
choice whether or not you want to consume that. I
look at and go nope, I'll just find another option,
because there are other options.

Speaker 1 (01:37:53):
There's a lot of them.

Speaker 2 (01:37:54):
Just people people will go if it's going to cost
me at all, well, going to the store is gonna
cost you anyway. It's it's phenomenal just to go to
the store these days to begin with, so many as
we'll try to eat safer alternatives. Yeah, out here there's

(01:38:20):
a local bee hive where you can get local honey
that's made right here in Iowa.

Speaker 1 (01:38:29):
Iowa was a farming state.

Speaker 2 (01:38:33):
But with that said, you got to watch some of
the produce because they they spray pesticide like it's water.
And so you got to watch what farmers you buy
from because farmers, for the most part, you know, they've
they're about the yield, and there's I'll eat the organic.

Speaker 1 (01:38:54):
Stuff like there's a lot of farmers that have that don't.

Speaker 2 (01:38:58):
Just like our garden, I don't if I lose a
I lose a plant, but I'm not I'm not spraying
it with pesticides and stuff. I don't want to eat that.
So grow our own tomatoes and our own green beans
and grapes. My grapes have seeds in a few guys.
That means they're not modified grapes, you know, and.

Speaker 1 (01:39:22):
Just whatever we decide.

Speaker 2 (01:39:23):
Sometimes we grow cilantro and home try to make our
own homemade sauceas spaghetti sauces. We no longer buy breads
anymore from the store and make our own because honestly,
a package of bread adds thirty to fifty ingredients should
be four or five five and how you want to
do it, not thirty or forty.

Speaker 1 (01:39:46):
So there's just things like that. We change many. One
of my I said is recession around the corner. I'll
leave it at that.

Speaker 2 (01:39:53):
Oh yeah, wha, yeah. I encourage all my fellow gamers
take a look at what's going on.

Speaker 1 (01:40:01):
That's all you gotta do.

Speaker 2 (01:40:04):
And yeah, interesting times for sure, so you may as
well well. At least we all have games that can
play and they don't require electricity, right, so if you
have to worst case there, you can still tabletop game
and have some fun, right, and just consider yourself camping.

(01:40:28):
But yes, sir, I think that's that's kind of where
I failed there, telemocus.

Speaker 1 (01:40:40):
Yep. Those aren't everything, sir, Everything.

Speaker 2 (01:40:47):
Even our water. I don't drink the tap water. Don't
like the chlorine taste. So at least for us to
go to the store. There's a couple of places there
where you can just go get you.

Speaker 1 (01:41:02):
Know, purified water, better water. It doesn't have a lot of.

Speaker 2 (01:41:05):
Stuff, and then your food just comes out tasting better too,
you know. So I just do the best you can
with what you got and in the long run.

Speaker 1 (01:41:19):
Get a caution to eat.

Speaker 2 (01:41:20):
So if you castia a little more to eat stuff
that's safe, then I do that. Phoenix manywhere us says
would have to lift the no burn days for us
if it gets that bad.

Speaker 1 (01:41:33):
Yeah, so, hey, many warm up.

Speaker 2 (01:41:37):
I see that people camping out your way have like
those son oven stoves, so maybe you don't necessarily need
a fire.

Speaker 1 (01:41:46):
You got lots of sunlight. That would be kind of
fun for camping.

Speaker 2 (01:41:55):
Although I feel bad because in Arizona, I don't see
myself doing much outdoor activity during the summer because it's
just way way too hot to be.

Speaker 1 (01:42:06):
You know, how you doing in your tent?

Speaker 2 (01:42:08):
Oh, it's only it's one hundred and twenty outside, but
it's only one hundred and seventeen in a tent, you know,
So you'd have to have very expensive recreational type of
camper vehicle.

Speaker 1 (01:42:31):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:42:35):
You guys, it's an interesting world. Car dashboard to work fine,
And I've seen some videos where people literally go, you
don't think it's hot enough to Friday gut here on
the sidewalk, and they do.

Speaker 1 (01:42:47):
They go and crack.

Speaker 4 (01:42:48):
Around the cookies up in a car.

Speaker 1 (01:42:52):
Yeah. So out there in Arizona, many were.

Speaker 2 (01:42:55):
I some lady put out a video where she just
literally make cookies on I think it was on the
dashboard of her car.

Speaker 3 (01:43:01):
Took the pan out, but the when it's from the house,
made the cookies and put them on the h cookie.

Speaker 4 (01:43:07):
Sheet, took them out to her car.

Speaker 3 (01:43:09):
The windows were all up, and she stuck them up
on the dash and came back out like forty five minutes.
It took longer to cook, but they cooked, and they
were cooked all the way through.

Speaker 1 (01:43:20):
Oh Mi, Well nope, well yeah, I mean it gets hot.

Speaker 3 (01:43:26):
Or where things were melting, the tires, the cars in general.

Speaker 4 (01:43:30):
No, I'm good.

Speaker 2 (01:43:32):
I guess that before. I did some roofing out there,
but I will never do it again. It's way too
hot to be on a roof in that state. Oh here,
it gets hot too. I mean we do have one
and seventeen and it looked as humidity, and it is
dreadful days sometimes, but it's not the whole time.

Speaker 1 (01:43:51):
Like today is a very nice day.

Speaker 4 (01:43:53):
It was yesterday. Today it's been I think it is seventy.

Speaker 1 (01:43:57):
Yeah, it's seventy two right now.

Speaker 2 (01:43:59):
The computer said, yeah, so it was very, very very
nice today.

Speaker 1 (01:44:04):
It was nice, light breeze. Last night was very nice. Cool.

Speaker 2 (01:44:10):
But you know, we're we're heading towards September, so it's
gonna bounce.

Speaker 1 (01:44:15):
There's gonna be nice days and terrible days.

Speaker 4 (01:44:22):
Tonight is low, that's what it says.

Speaker 2 (01:44:27):
Oh well, no, pardon me, meny moere I says, yeah,
I opened the car door and ioland I took a
shower with my clothes on. Yeah, it's not well, he
drove through.

Speaker 1 (01:44:43):
It was really I.

Speaker 2 (01:44:45):
Worked a lot, like I said before, in California, in
the Barstow area and in Victorville, Hesperia. That's a desert,
that's the California desert, and it gets fregging hot out there.

Speaker 4 (01:44:57):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:44:57):
I lived out that way and worked out that that way.

Speaker 2 (01:45:00):
I worked for the city there for a while for Victorville,
and we did asphalt.

Speaker 1 (01:45:06):
It's already one hundred and thirteen degrees.

Speaker 2 (01:45:08):
And you're out there with asphalt patch and roads and stuff.
So an asphalt itself is three three hundred something degrees
sitting in that truck, so.

Speaker 1 (01:45:18):
It's like it's it's a different kind of heat here.

Speaker 2 (01:45:22):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:45:24):
I'm not saying one's better than the other, but.

Speaker 2 (01:45:27):
The humidity just seems to It amplifies the moisture and air,
amplifies the sunlight, it amplifies how you feel. It's it's
even and people will and many more. You know of
this because you do landscaping, so you know, when you're
out on your riding lawn where if you do, you're
cutting grass.

Speaker 1 (01:45:45):
That engine behind you is pretty hot too, you know.

Speaker 2 (01:45:48):
So it's one hundred degrees and people are like, oh,
Greg is one hundred and six and you all you
to do is cut grass? Yeah, yes, sitting on an
engine with all that heat around you. It's it's not
you know, it's not it's not easy. No, it's not
physically hard, but it is taxi. Yeah, it's mentally tax

(01:46:10):
Although I said many warm on the video one day,
hold none to my.

Speaker 1 (01:46:14):
Right, where's the where's the day?

Speaker 4 (01:46:16):
Why do I do this?

Speaker 2 (01:46:17):
I was just kind of stupid, But you know, I
will have some fun oh, I do want to get
like spinners for my.

Speaker 3 (01:46:25):
Oh god, and then I get you a special hard helmet.

Speaker 4 (01:46:30):
With the flag.

Speaker 1 (01:46:31):
Yeah, and like a bright safety vest.

Speaker 4 (01:46:34):
Yes, I will get you there.

Speaker 1 (01:46:36):
I want to play ice cream music.

Speaker 4 (01:46:37):
Oh god, no, because the kids already run out on
the street enough. Let's not add ice cream music.

Speaker 2 (01:46:42):
I'm all behind the houses and stuff, and oh you
pissed off the kids. Ice cream music will go over
and nobody will know where it's coming from.

Speaker 3 (01:46:50):
Well, at least Tuesday, when you go up to Waterloo,
it's only gonna be like seventy two, so it would
be a.

Speaker 4 (01:46:55):
Nice thing.

Speaker 1 (01:46:57):
Considering that'll be an outside day all day to.

Speaker 3 (01:47:01):
You go Tuesday and Wednesday. Right, Oh, I look so
so both those.

Speaker 4 (01:47:07):
Days be like seventy two seventy three, so you have
good nights.

Speaker 1 (01:47:10):
Yeah, But then it's gonna bounce back up again, right,
it always does this time of year. You can't tell
me in August it's just gonna stay cool. It does.
Let's see if it does then.

Speaker 4 (01:47:21):
Tuesday, seventy three, Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (01:47:24):
Let's see Monday seventy Tuesday seventy three, Wednesday seventy five, Thursday,
seventy eight, Friday, seventy three, Saturday seventy four, Sunday seventy six,
Monday seventy nine, and then Tuesday of next.

Speaker 4 (01:47:39):
Week is eighty two. But so eighty two, so nice, yeah, so.

Speaker 3 (01:47:44):
So, but yeah, it says right about high seventies, mid
to high seventies all week, So that's not.

Speaker 1 (01:47:55):
Bad, will you guys? I think we'll go ahead in.

Speaker 2 (01:48:06):
What it's less comment many one of us says, I'll
put tauss at the end of my zero turn control arms.

Speaker 1 (01:48:15):
That would work. I mean, I don't know. I just
thought i'd have fun.

Speaker 2 (01:48:18):
Like I go out there, I'm driving down the street
and I'll stop and looking out just do a little more.

Speaker 4 (01:48:22):
He will, He does it more.

Speaker 3 (01:48:25):
He knows that the granddaughter will see him because she
will start getting that belly laugh and she's three, because
I'll stand outside with her and she just watches her
grandpa does circles and just start laughing at him.

Speaker 2 (01:48:39):
So Telemachus, I don't have any wire wheels on it
my riding lawnmower.

Speaker 1 (01:48:45):
But.

Speaker 2 (01:48:47):
That would be but I you know, that would be
that would be interesting. I just thought it'd be fun
to put those those really cheap spinners on there, like
you know the ones you get for twenty bucks or
something just to say, look at I've blinged out my
lawnmar And but then again, I do.

Speaker 1 (01:49:05):
I do oddball stuff, Telemachus, and people sometimes wonder.

Speaker 6 (01:49:08):
So yeah, all right, we better get going because I
got cooked.

Speaker 2 (01:49:12):
Do you know, Telemachus. The hardest part about that is
is you can't You can't roll the windows down to
get fresh air. Hey, an URD's nerd. Wow, we're glad
to see you. We just were getting ready to end
the show here, so we gotta get going so we

(01:49:36):
can get get the evening here for us. But I'm glad.

Speaker 1 (01:49:40):
To see you.

Speaker 2 (01:49:40):
I hope everything's going okay and you're into the world
and that you're doing good. But we are going to
see you guys next week. Thank you for making into
this week good at the beginning and next week good.

Speaker 1 (01:49:51):

Speaker 3 (01:49:55):
And stay cool if you're in a hot place, and

Speaker 2 (01:50:00):
