us in this country, we just don't grow much coffee
in in the United States.

Our season, well, our season archery is out here, but
we don't we we have to wait for the shotgun season,
which is not until December. So or drive down the
street because they run across the roads out here all

the time. So ago it says he just finished a
three day symposium on irregular warfare during the Great War.
That would have been interesting there on the garden because
they did a lot of irregular things to begin with,
and it was it was a learning experience, I guess,

you know for sure, because after that trench warfare just
wasn't popular. They just they discontinued that. Now today you
got drones. Could you imagine back then, you know what

own breads too, so we try to be try to

Charles says he's not sure if anyone or if new
someone lets anyone hunt in California. Yeah, they're kind of
against all that out there.

When I live down in the La Orange County area,
we would drive up to like central California or some
of the other areas. You obviously couldn't do it in town.
You know, there was no there.

There's no yeah, God, so there's there's just nowhere really
to go to. California is very crowded. It's it's concrete
wall wall to wall to wall pretty much. You don't
out here. You have a city, but in ten minutes
you can be outside the city and in farmland. So

Out here, it's a for hunting. It's most people are
just food in a freezer. If you talk to them there,
they're all about talking about, you know, getting enough for
the freezer for just general food. Plus it's far cheaper
to get a dearer than it is to go to
the store and buy Hamburger or something like that. Uh, well,

we're going to try and enjoy the barbecue there. I've
heard it's getting the weather out here, like everywhere else,
is starting to change. So we're just trying to do
a last minute. Yeah, that's a nice day to day.

Animals, and there's quite a bit of the AI you know,
made videos out there where people are rescuing dangerous animals.
I have been very Larry. I'm not saying to not
rescue an animal by any means, because we support we
support an animal rescue. But I'm saying you'd have to
be very cautious, and I would not. Yeah, I mean,

you know, some of the stuff you see is just
just that. It's a it's a story or a show.

sneaking in a pet raccoon into the hotel I worked

support animal. Fair enough, it got out out of the
room and everything. I'm like, yeah, nope, animal control.

Some people take take on, uh some weird stuff. If
you want to just see weird stuff, honestly, the videos
you see online, just go to Walmart. Walmart. I avoid
it unless I have to, but occasionally you have to
go in there, and it's just generally interesting things you
will see, at least in our area. It's like, I

don't know why people go there for the most part. There,
you know, it's not as cheap as other places, but
I think it's a it's a go to for a
lot of people. But yeah, it's interesting. You don't don't
need a TV shows or cable. Just go to Walmart,
walk around for half an hour, pretend like you're shopping
and see what you especially with the upcoming sales. You guys,

people literally take Walmart bags and terror eyes opening, and

and tie it. And your first thing in your mind's like, well,
can't your mom tell you not to put plastic bags

make no sense? But yeah, I mean it was. It

You get a little collection there the go, and you
really have fun doing that. Those videos are a nice

I'd like to get a gatling one, you know. I
think that would be fun, just to invite the grandkids
over and say, hey, guys, they give me each one
of their little nerves items and then I have the

back to gaming. I was gonna ask you guys, have
you heard about let me share this screen here too.
I was looking at it earlier today. See if you
guys know anything about it, bear with me just a second.

So this game is called Blackout. It's a newer game.
It comes with the miniatures, you know, two factions. It
comes with dice. It comes with basis for the miniatures.
You know, you gotta paint them. They're not paying it.
But it's a skirmish. The rule looks short and it's
on a spiral binder. This is made by Vets. It's

a it's a game that's produced by military Vets in
the United States and it's made in the United States.
Comes with two forces, so it's fifteen models, hard plastic
unit cards, force documents, a rulebook, token set, three ten
sided dice. You do get out of their troops. Each

side gets a massive combat mech with tons of firepower,
it says, So it gives you two complete forces, a
task force Boon recon Unit and the uns third battalion
force set. So you have there's a big word plethora
of tactical options, you know. It says not for novice,

they season players. It just looks like it's a it's
a good, a good game. It's resin. I watched I
found it at this place called kick Ass Mail Order
Adventure Games. I just I just I don't know how
I ran across, like, oh, what's Blackout? And then if

you go there and actually click on the other app
one they got it has a little video and it
describes it and whatnot. You gotta kind of skip through
because it's a little long winded, but it's an interesting game.
So I just don't know if any of you guys
have heard of Blackout or if you were you know,

I have heard anything about just one hundred and twenty
dollars price point. It doesn't have too many models.

dish of milk and a small towel. Anyways, I picked
the toe up. I took him back to the office,
and then we got a hold of the lady that

Telemachus says he backed the company's game on Kickstarter when
they called it something else. They keep changing everything. They
also print their minies a thirty millimeters scale. A bit
of a crook if you ask me. Enemy Spotted Studio Okay, see,

I didn't know that I was at that at this
game place, which, like I said, I've never even seen
this sight. It just one of those things that come
up when you're when you're looking at it's listed under
fifteen millimeters scale.

Thirty and well it looks a little sparse for considering
like Battle Tech. If you get the Alpha Strike or
just a Battle Tech starter box, or let's say the
Fallout starter box or any of the other sixty seventy
dollars starter boxes. You tend to get more. You know,
a game board, and you just tend to get more.

So I don't know. I just I thought, oh, that's cool,
and then the guy in the video said they were Veto,
and I thought, that's that's pretty cool. You know, And
a lot of our games in the in the United
States or they're manufactured elsewhere, and this one was manufactured here.
So I thought, well, I wonder if that would be interesting.

The game looked interesting. It didn't come with any terrain
or maps, or anything. But if you already have train scaled,
it would be sounded interesting in the rule book is

morning decaff though these days, but I have a cup
before I go to work, and then later in the day,

like around lunch, because I can make my own ice coffee,
I just make an iced coffee to come back if
we have lunch. Sometimes we don't have lunch. I just
chat with Ashley because she works in the evening, and
then I go back to work. But that little video

coffee during the middle of the day, especially in the summer.
I really gotten to where I've just liked them.

extra box of dice laying around, But what's the point

looking game, and I thought, you know, if it was

then look at it. But at first I was looking
at like I said, and I'm like, there's not there's
no game board or there's no terrain with it. So
it's not a lot for what you're paying for. But

in life size splurge on this. These glass containers, you

are pretty tough. They're not like I mean, they might break,

that issue. And it fits in the car holder good
and it stays cold and.
