Having become self-accountable prepares the way to accepting that we own the
responsibility – “the ability to respond appropriately” - in our interactions with others in a
judgement-free way. How people respond to us depends on how we communicate. We
improve any communication if we focus on the role we play and this freedom allows us to
improve our relationships and interact more peacefully with anyone.

Goal: You are introduced to tools that allow you to evaluate how you and others
dance together.
Epiphany: I no longer judge anyone based on their behaviour but will believe there
is good intention motivating their behaviour.
Affirmation: By improving my non-verbal skills, everyone around me changes their
behaviour positively.
