(00:00):
up everyone this is sara G it is gen z gab let's get back into it

(00:08):
oh my gosh it's been a while and i know i'm having technical difficulties in it
all over the place and everything is back to normal i guess but yeah i took a long break
because i had a lot of different things come up and i honestly was getting burnt out and this
hustle culture is just really bothering me which i know if you're not new here you already know

(00:28):
and i'm going to talk about a lot of different things of course as usual we are doing the thing
that i do but um right now i'd like to say if you have not watched tines hall or listened to any of
that go on tiktok right now and then follow it there is a lot of ways i know right now money is tight

(00:49):
and to donate to a lot of these gofundmes there's a lot of issues going around all
etc etc but this way you can help out especially if you listen to hind's hall or other artists
for kongo sudan you name it for all of the at um you are willing to um just listen for a minute

(01:09):
then all proceeds go towards it right now tiktok is suppressing a lot of that stuff and i just
wanted to let you know in case you didn't already they are a longer time in on that than you would
think but you know a little goes a long way and i'm just saying that because if you're someone who

(01:29):
feels helpless and feels like you're not helping that is helping enough and i'm someone who's money
tight right now as well and there's just so many other issues that i could get into with that but
i'm not gonna because i don't want to depress you all and a lot of people already can tell i have
too much time on my hands with a lot of my comments that i make and i am running away from my problems

(01:51):
with ocd and adhd if you didn't know that already about me welcome welcome to genzygab this is where
i talk a lot about various different things with sometimes guests and it's chaos but that is me
and that is a lot of 20 year olds who have no idea what they're doing next so that's the whole

(02:13):
reason i created this page this podcast but again i am running it all by myself i did a boot camp
and i've been working on that kind of things as well as like crying over the fact that young
sheldon finished and before anyone goes why are you sad about that because you know what me ma me
ma ran the show and if she's not gonna be on the show i'm upset okay all my favorite characters

(02:38):
are leaving shows my shows are getting canceled like brimo you heard me talk about last year like
come on uh eight is not enough i feel really sad i loved it it was family it was relatable
also i did watch the avid elementary finale and it was wild but i want to talk about mr
johnson and terry because they are hilarious as always and jacob now in a single era and friendship

(03:04):
with melissa it's just it's so you know funny and i know that every no so many startups are scams
and i don't care what anyone says and yes i know that the billionaire in the corporate world is
terrible but can seriously disney or anyone who will disney is with hulu netflix anyone pick this

(03:26):
up so that like i don't fall into a huge state of depression could you just do that i know that
sounds so strange and so messed up but could you just could you just do that for me or a lot of
others because i feel like with all the stuff that's going on with me it's like uh one of the few
things that gives me peace of mind i mean i could keep watching great anatomy but i don't think that

(03:51):
that's really going well for my mental health anymore especially because like i defend the character
that i defend is always there the adhc the ocd like it's madness i know i would watch a spin-off
of some of those characters but yeah like going into the characters with how it is um one of

(04:12):
them's leaving the favorite intern mika yasuda like really like taking her away she's the only one
that holds anyone accountable these days again i have never liked the pairing of lucas and smone
but that's everyone knows my feelings on social media again i overshare i give like a Ted talk

(04:33):
every single time but it is what it is you know you can't you can't you can't hide some of those
feelings sometimes oh yeah but again i am an unpopular belief but i'm okay with what spoiler
alert just happened with winston and monica because i feel like bonding over your divorces and just

(04:55):
the situation and just like whatever i really wanted Amelia just to have a friendship with
another female non-relative that isn't or you know just a person but a lot of her a lot of her friends
are her exes or her you know family and it's fine don't get me wrong but i i just wanted it to go

(05:18):
more in that direction so i know everyone's gonna get mad at me but whatever um joe linc
infuriates me but that's a four different time you know chris karmak if you or your wife somehow
are listening to this is no hate to you yourself you guys are hilarious all that i just have found
joe linc nauseating in a similar way and joe linc bothers me because of the whole speech which i know

(05:45):
people fake whatever about how i never had interest in her and then that like feeds the same thought
process that girls and guys can't be friends all this or one of them has to be of a different
orientation and i just i just really hate that and i've been talking about that like a lot and i mean
jackson and alex and meredith are a different story and i could go on and on and on about it but i'm

(06:11):
i'm just not gonna clearly um yeah there is a lot to divulge you know i just went from one to another
but i'm super excited i'm going back to big bang theory kind of stuff but i'm super excited though
for you know seeing georgie on a big screen on a you know more of a typical schedule it

(06:32):
should be interesting i'd like to see more though i i think mi ma should be a part of it because she
was she was the goat for him in a lot of ways so i don't know that i bawled like a baby in the
season finale series finale which i think everyone already kind of was gonna because they're just

(06:52):
they just did so well and yeah so this is kind of where i leave you because you know there's just
like a lot more i could talk about but i don't want to yammer any hammer any hammer because at the
same time there are so many influencers who already have a podcast who talk about things who have a

(07:12):
way to set it up and make it look so beautiful and perfect and that's not me you know i'm a chaotic mess
and you know that i keep things like 20 minutes or so because that's about all i have in me to do a
good enough job and i know i'm enough i have to keep reminding myself that because it's really

(07:33):
frustrating and i know that a lot of people listen to two times speed of things like again
the rewatch podcast that i'm really obsessed with right now are the psychologists are in which
i rewatch cycle are lately because again you just you miss so much stuff in that first rewatch and i
know people are gonna say why are you talking about all these things because i'm an energizer bunny

(07:58):
that tries to stay on a flowchart kind of way of thinking but the people that i know that listen to
this are not the generation that i'm going for and that's okay i get it that we all need to learn
from each other again people keep asking why and i know i'm bringing up grays again but why
grays anatomy brought up the whole um preeclampsia storyline again and especially with poc uh because

(08:26):
you need to talk about it because health syndrome isn't as rare or you know talked about as much
no matter how many times you deal with it like arizona robbins did in her storyline no matter how
much it goes up and down and yada yada yada it just it's so important to talk about and i think
which is how situations are going on like again where they talked about the cesarean section

(08:51):
topic pregnancy you can follow as babies after 35 per more info on that it's just a very good idea to
keep these conversations going especially with what's going on in our world and how i feel like the
election is very bleak and i don't really know what else to say because you know i got a passport for

(09:16):
some other country like again at some point i could probably get my passport for ireland but i got
my luxembourg and there's a lot that goes into it and yes you know citizenship by descent but i am
citizenship by descent but i am three generations later irish like my great-grandpa was born at the
end of like the great hunger famine and you know what like i said lots of autoimmune problems that

(09:39):
are still like working through that are even coming to light and you know what when people say oh my
gosh the palestine thing is in that deep no it is these kids the three generations from now the
great grandkids are going to be in my position and i know it's not black and white here but you
know we should definitely release the damn hostages i know that that's for people who are saying oh

(10:01):
my gosh you're picking this no i'm picking the side of do you see what's going on like the actual
debunking reading up on the nakba and all that stuff like we need to cease fire there is so many
kids that are being starved to death like this at this point it's not even it's about human rights

(10:23):
and you know what the picture that people are painting are not isn't it the the way that the
media western media is painting it is not it so that's all i'm gonna say there's a good chance
this will be taken down and i know i just went in like a full circle but think about the women who
are having babies right now and like where i'm saying like this thing where i go back and forth

(10:44):
and back and forth but this is the thing like that you know where i'm saying older generations
might be listening to this trying to get it in their head learn more new things about it
learn new things fine what you have to remember again is though i'm an adhd energizer bunny
that tries to tie everything together and i have to be perfect or not perfect because i mess
everyone up and then i get met people mad at me for how crazy my thought process works and then it

(11:10):
just it it shrines me it pisses me off because haven't they ever learned you know the how hard
it is to be perfect and i'm trying i'm trying to cover everything and i know i can't i'm trying to
make it condensed and i can't and it's just the same old never ending cycle and i'm stuck here
and people wonder why i have so many you know that's life we um keep moving forward and yeah

(11:37):
between all the things going on between the chaos of the world and you know what's going on in
you know congo and people go what can you boil down what's going on in all these places i actually
would right now i'm definitely gonna send any out on exactly describing what's going on here no no
no no no no i just am gonna have people who might be able to clear up a few things for me because

(12:04):
i understand people are gonna go back to that stupid hailey bailey video which i get it she is
not working it at all and like white woman tears and again she's like i'm a relatable person i pay
17k no let the meat cake no like just stop girl just stop there's so many problematic things and
then we can talk about you know these people these celebs all these people that are doing things

(12:29):
that are performative and i just want to say that you know there's a big deep incessant anxiety
about being perfect like i mentioned earlier in the way that i'm talking about this situation but
seriously what my takeaway from this whole thing is no i'm just gonna give resource links if you

(12:49):
still don't understand because no matter how hard i try to make it sound right or clear i know i'm
gonna mess up because i'm a word vomiting type person and you know what i am a little embarrassed
about maybe some of the things like that i post on social media but at the same time that's me
maybe i'm an embarrassment like you know people have told me but you know what it's taking me

(13:14):
forever not to judge not to care as much and you know what i am gonna just always be this big
ball of anxiety because for so long i wasn't understood and i didn't understand myself even
if it seemed like i knew what i was doing or what i was talking about but no i am just

(13:35):
sort of gonna be here i'm just gonna try to live my life like you know i fit in a lot of things
very well but again the neurodivergent aspect is what makes me unique or whatever and here i am
just rambling every day but you know what i'd rather ramble and talk about real things than

(13:57):
present myself as put together perfect hanging out with all these really cool people all the time
and trying to win over you know the society when being against the grain is way better
so yeah i don't know how much difference you know you're gonna make in the world but there is things

(14:21):
to do and just remember as i constantly say as i constantly ramble your website is you and i know
that there is professionalism that you have to work but remember if you're not scamming if you're
doing like good work in this world you're a good person i know it's kind of weird to say that oh
my gosh i'm a good person that doesn't good people don't sit there but i'm trying to point out like

(14:45):
the things in my opinion that make it work out and now it's just kind of falling flat as usual
and you know the never ending roller coaster ride of maybe oversharing or under sharing and you just
you don't know but again why do you think so many writers have 8 HD or OCD or write it in

(15:09):
encoding characters it's because the world might not be ready still for but the world's not ready
for anything if we keep tiptoeing that's that that just makes it worse so i'm gonna quickly get through
this without maybe jumbling my words up or you know having a complete and utter anger moment but

(15:29):
i know things have been going on lately with the whole Harrison butler yes it's butler i don't care
if it's butler or whatever it's supposed to be it's butler okay that's that's all i'm gonna say
yeah it's just uh like what the hell and i know everyone's a little bit there and believes but

(15:50):
i'm starting to get really sick like i said of all the stuff going on and i am just so angry
and i agree all men and you know what if you think i'm over exaggerating all this stuff
and you know my feelings were over the top at different points no no no no no everything was
justified i was not and nobody else has and you know what women get dragged on if they are doing

(16:18):
too much of some other things or doing too little of other things but if they stand up for themselves
they are difficult and disgusting or ugly or whatever or they're listed as a feisty one or
whatever no no no don't do that and luckily my 8 hd helped me protect myself or my OCD and let me

(16:39):
just lay it out right there fine fine fine fine maybe don't be a creep because seriously i've
been listening to the Stallone sisters on wax podcasts and the amount of dms they get just uh
like this is why we choose the freaking bear it's not funny we have to constantly recalibrate our

(17:01):
brain to not take it anymore these immature jokes from some people but also just like in general
they get like weirdos which i mean everyone gets weird dms with like just the caliber that yes and
i use but just like that on the way more of a like huge thing also i'd still be concerned if i was a

(17:24):
guy i would still be like nervous with who my dad who her dad is who their dad is like sly he may be
in his 70s but i think rocky could still take you just saying a healthy amount of fear but yeah i
feel them i'm i just this is why we gotta stick together i mean especially i forget the situation

(17:47):
but you know about the girl on the train that heard her fiat heard the fiancee talking about how he
met some girl that was the love of his life yeah this is women supporting women etc so yeah
uh anyway i've just been really angry lately with a lot of situations and trying to cover them all

(18:09):
and you know i'm so tired i'm so so tired for a minute and i rewatch a lot of these shows from
like the early 2000s when by the way the oc came out when i was five like when the oc came out by
the way people are trying to get me to watch it like just through random like ads and stuff and

(18:31):
the thing is yes like i said i watch Grey's and Anne me now and you know i rewatched love
struck i think they're lovesick or whatever the mandibinds movie was from Love Direct yeah so like
i've seen a Nashville and i've seen Chris Carmack yeah i'm mentioning him again but there's just

(18:52):
something about the early 2000s shows that i can't get into as much anymore like everyone calls it
nostalgia and it's like me sitting here like i just missed it by like that much i've seen One Tree Hill
and you know it's fine i know people are gonna be mad at me for saying this uh but yeah i think

(19:13):
Peyton's really annoying but that's neither here nor there and i yeah i ironically like i've seen a
bunch of people doing like the filters to the one is it wrong i just like the minor characters more
that's that's all i'm gonna say like the fact i like mouth and even though he's a minkus from

(19:35):
Boy Meets World it's just so weird to me like the full circle moment but you know you're rewatching
like all this but yeah i'm trying to watch the oc and yes it's kind of hilarious that Peter Gallagher
is in it and my last name but we're not related whatsoever i just want to make that clear because
everybody always asks me anytime that there's any last name that is similar and yes i've tried to

(20:00):
make that joke on tiktok or something whenever and into other things but yeah it doesn't land so like
maybe someday like some way in the distant past but he's yeah he and i are not related um but again
i do like Seth Cohen i like the family Cohen so that's good i just like you know i'm like watching

(20:22):
it and i'm like this is definitely like a guilty pleasure show for people who grew up there during
that time and then i realized i'm like of course it doesn't like fit me anymore because i mean i am
kind of at a different point in my life and also i just have watched a lot of the same other stuff
but again i couldn't get into 902 when i watched a grassy over covid there's just so many different

(20:45):
levels but i'm just laughing at the oc because it's so early 2000s and then i'm like sarah you
rewatched a lot of other early 2000 shows and some of the problematic things haven't gone away per se
either like when you think about it you think tv and tv's gotten better but then you're like what

(21:05):
watching even the 90s the 80s and just my brain can't even get over a lot of things and i'm like
some of these films some of these shows have been in the registrar and i'm like do you not see some
of the problematic stuff like i'm not saying let's take away their registry or anything but it's
just like uh some of these films i can't get through because it makes me so mad even though

(21:28):
they're supposed to be funny or whatever and then i'm like of course it's it's um up until about the
2000s it's more for the male type of humor etc and i'm not trying to beg on old men but i still
stay old men because this is the world that we live in i mean did you not see what's going on in
the news like the creepy guy who was the flight attendant what he's doing and then you know just

(21:54):
between like creepy people just stalking the internet like again keep your kids off as long as
possible blur their faces i'm just saying if they're younger you never know what somebody's
gonna be doing with that i mean again i watch quiet on set there's so much stuff that is filling
my head right now that is like making me go out in a downward spiral and it's like of course it's

(22:18):
the and i'm not trying to be again mean for anyone who's getting their ego bruised i'm just
saying like wake the hell up and see look it's you can't just ignore what's going on all right
that's it's like the same thing like people who still kind of deny and ignore what's going on
in the other countries are you kidding me right now i don't know what else to say except for just

(22:40):
i am feeling a lot of different emotions and i think that that has really translated into who i
have chronically stressed person and this is not me taking on everyone's problems but it's just me
trying to have empathy whatever but people go oh but you internalize it too much i'm aware of that
and that's why i work on it but you know sometimes it is funny how people go wow a tv show can be

(23:03):
triggering yeah i've mentioned that before earlier so maybe maybe not i'll watch the oc and actually
give it a try but it can't stop laughing it's like now it's like i know these guys from their older
like their newer work or whatever because again i was like a really little baby and you know i think
of myself as really freaking old party gen z but again i'm born at the start of gen z and i am a gen

(23:28):
zer i constantly say that because the more that people throw millennial stuff i'm like well yeah
that makes sense but yeah i've realized this too recently like when someone's like how do you answer
phone i realize that i've been doing that like every time and you know i also had both this way so
it's like a you know those 90 um i'd say the 93 to 2005 babies kind of know what i'm going through

(23:54):
right now because it's like uh this and i'm not trying to fit in and be younger it's uh i just
i have an identity crisis because i know i've been gen z but everyone called me a millennial for the
longest time so yeah and i think that we uh talk about that a lot on here but that's just kind of
where i am a separate note for you know like i said the hollywood strikes were a lot of a big deal

(24:19):
earlier last year like at the end of last year all through the summer but there's still things
that are going on so you should definitely follow along for that on like that line and i a t s e
production i personally agree with like why some of the crew is you know about uh or are on strike
doing for residuals because again i don't think just actors should have them i think there's many

(24:42):
layers if you still want to learn more about a lot of the stuff that i talked about with some of the
acting stuff even though it didn't fully make sense you can go back and listen to brandon bradley's
talks ai episode on here and yeah we will see you soon
