Perfectionism is the culprit behind why you give up before you even start. It's the reason that the big and shiny things seem so attractive, but you never get around to doing them. Why it seems like everyone else is happier, more successful, and better than you even though that is not true. But it doesn't have to be this way! In this video, I tell my story about perfectionism and how I learned to let go of my desire for everything to be "just so" and learned to accept imperfections. I talk about why perfectionism hurts our creativity, how it can ruin relationships, how it can ruin our ability to achieve happiness in work, life, friends and family..and ultimately why we should learn to embrace our imperfections
