Lots of us feel this way pretty often. And when we look at our productivity levels, it can make us feel even worse. We should be producing more than what we are right now, but we're not.
So today I'm going to talk about a framework called the Eisenhower matrix that is designed to help organize tasks based on their importance and urgency. I'll take you through how to evaluate all the little things that are shooting at you every day, and how to pick out what should be your focus and what shouldn't matter as much as other things.
