Makaylah Rogers (they/she) is a social impact entrepreneur who co-owns Scale Naturally, as well as Frankie D's Donuts, a homemade donut business focused on opening up conversations around mental health.

Makaylah spent years struggling with their gender and sexual identity, and on the show they talk about the way those journeys impacted their mental healing. It’s a vulnerable discussion of their path to identifying as queer, and they share a raw account of their battle with suicidal ideation, including multiple attempts to take their own life. (It is some powerful stuff, but if it’s too much for you, it’s okay to skip this one.)

At the time Makaylah was deep in their struggles about the way they presented in public, and never allowed themself to be seen on camera, even though a lot of their work was done over Zoom.
