Jeff Breedlove is Chief of Communications & Policy at the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse. The Georgia Council on Substance Abuse educates, advocates, and creates safe and empowering environments that support the dignity and value of what’s right and what’s working with individuals, communities, and systems in Georgia


Jeff serves as Chief of Communications and Policy for the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse. Jeff is an Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, Vice-President of the Maynard Jackson High School PTA.


Tina Clements is the founder of RISEUP an Addiction Recovery Support Center (ARSC), CARES, and a CPS, RISE UP stands for Recovery in Supportive Environment Utilizing Peers. They are a community-based program based in Dublin, GA.


For National Recovery Month RISEUP Recovery is hosting a Tri-County Recovery Car Rally in Georgia.


RISEUP will ride through downtown Dublin on September 12th and they will travel through Swainsboro, GA to join Freedom Through Recovery by noon to bring awareness to Statesboro, GA, finally both RISEUP and Freedom Through Recovery will travel to Jesup, GA to join forces with Face To Face Recovery. all three ARSC / RCO's will end the day at the Jesup Drive-In theater to celebrate Recovery with a dinner and a movie.


They are hoping for a great turn out to support the efforts of awareness for Recovery.
