Today I talk about key two areas in an organisation - leadership and strategy.  

We talk about these together as you can’t have good leadership without good strategy and vice versa.

• Why you need a cunning plan or strategy so you do things in the right order

• The importance of doing the work of the four pillars to be able to create a successful strategy
• The four key questions you need to ask at the beginning of creating your company’s strategy.

Am I the leader of my own life and are my actions aligned with the intentions I set out to achieve

Do you have a cunning plan or strategy? If not spend time putting together a work and personal plan.
