In this episode of the Get Over It Podcast, Mickey Bell speaks to country singer T. Graham Brown.

T. Graham Brown was born in Athens, Georgia and grew up singing in his church. While he did not grow up in a musical family, he loved music and liked to stay up finding stations on his transistor radio. Brown played baseball in college until he was asked to start playing at a bar, which began his music career.

From there, T. fell in love with outlaw country and began his career as a country musician singing demos in Nashville. He was eventually offered a record deal by Capitol Records and his career skyrocketed. However, T. also struggled with substance abuse. His found a way out of his addiction in his faith and wrote “Wine and Water” about his journey. In may of 2024, T. was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry. He believes that it would not have happened if he hadn’t gotten clean.
