This week on the Get Over It Podcast Comedian Carrie Murphy joins Mickey Bell.
The two comics discuss how they have both found their purpose by making other people laugh.
ABOUT CARRIE MURPHY:
Carrie is the funniest Christian you’ll ever meet (or at least she thinks so). She is a comedian, published writer, new ventriloquist, and speaker. She has shared the stage with artist such as Matthew West, CeCe Winans, Michael Tait, Tasha Layton, and more. Carrie’s background is as varietal as her material: she graduated with a Biblical Studies degree from Liberty University, co-wrote three Christian films, and has worked in ministry for over a decade. Now, you can find Carrie reflecting the JOY and DELIGHT in knowing Jesus everywhere she goes - whether that be on a stage or in the checkout line at Publix. She lives in Nashville, TN with her good lookin’ husband Myles and their two dogs, Sheldon and Harvey. Carrie has a passion for making everyone feel seen, included, and shame-free in the name of Jesus.
