Get Overit

Get Overit

If there is anything this past year has reminded us it is that life is hard and just when we think things are going the right way, a wall appears right in front of us stopping our progress. Maybe it’s something going on in our personal lives. Maybe it’s a roadblock we’re running into at work. But undoubtedly, it comes down to one decision...either we’ll be content standing behind that wall and living with it, or we’ll break through and figure out a way to Get Overit. The Get Overit Podcast tackles these issues head on. Every episode we will bring someone on from different walks of life and talk to them about their journey both in life and business. We won’t revel in successes or gloat about achievements, but rather, focus on the journey and what it took to get there. Most importantly we’ll discuss how in the face of failures and challenges they encountered along the way, they were able to Get Overit and take their business and lives to the next level.

“Just try it.” - We all have ideas that have potential, but we’ll never see what we’re truly capable of until we take that first step and simply try it. “Things move to the back. Nothing stays in the forefront of our brains forever.” Words from our guest, Ted Etoll, when I asked about how he handles hardship on today’s episode.

Take your dreams seriously, words spoken by our guest Matt Starr on today's episode.

A dream is defined as a cherished admiration or ambition and an ambition is a strong desire to achieve something. Nothing in that definition suggests dreams are unattainable, so why have our dreams gotten so entangled with this idea that they are inherently not reachable and so far out there?

Our guest today had a passion from day one and sure ...

You Are Capable..words spoken from our guest on today’s episode…

I love this statement so much, because these three words strung together are so powerful. You are capable...what does that mean...it means exactly that...when you have a passion for something nothing can stop you and yes, you can do this and yes, you might fail, but no it will not be the end of things, and no it will not kill that passion.

So when you feel that fire, an...
