Dr. Dominique Pittenger is a faculty member at the University of Oklahoma’s Gallogly College of Engineering, and she serves on the Board of Directors at CEC®. In this episode, Dominique talks about the challenges the engineering industry is facing, and how crucial programs like the Engineering Pathways Program is for young students as they pursue their dream of having a career as an engineer. She touches on ways to encourage women to join STEM fields, with the hope of filling the “STEM gap” to keep the United States globally competitive. What excites her most about where the engineering and construction industry is headed? We won’t be doing “business as usual.”
