Micah Siemers serves as the Director of Engineering for the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. In this episode he talks about what makes a community unique and the impact that quality-of-life projects have on future growth. Sometimes, maintaining history and rehabbing what you have, while making the necessary improvements for advancement, can go together. Bartlesville is home of the “original hot hamburger” served at Murphey's Steakhouse, and the Price Tower designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
