This week we finally strike back at recent movies with the HBO Max movie: "Boogie" directed by Eddie Huang. Beautiful cinematography doesn't do enough to distract from the many problems in this CLEARLY independent feature film about Basketball.
We're joined by very special Guest Charleon Thompson; Actor, Musician, and Chef; Charleone has been working in film for around 8 years now, and just recently switched his focus from Music to Movies and Television, creating his own Interview Cooking show where he breaks bread with the local talent of Chicago while exploring their body of work and aspirations for the future.

As part of our coverage of the recent movie, we always take a look at a popular review of the movie as well, this time we took a look at the short NY Times review by Teo Bugbee.

In tune with Charleone's pursuits in the Culinary Arts, we each share our Favorite TV Show or Movies that we relate to Food as the bulk of the episode. We rehash some favorites, add a few newbies, and stay generally pretty recent with our choices as we delve into a mouth-watering list including picks like Beetlejuice, Hook, and a return of "The Count of Monte Cristo"
