Christine Knight is a certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and IFS practitioner.
Her change story is about dealing with traumas in life that we often keep hidden until a major life event occurs. For Christine, it was a painful divorce that made her realize that she have to determine the root cause of repeated behaviours that caused her ongoing problems.
Her awareness that she had a problem led her to take a “scenic route” to heal. It took many years to discover how she avoided childhood developmental trauma so that she didn’t have to face the trauma. Her story of change is inspirational and shows how resilience, grit, and dedication can create a life of connection, safety, and fulfillment. Her ongoing commitment to understand trauma recovery has led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Human Service Counseling.
