My name is Cissie and I’ve been a Nutrition Coach for five years, helping countless people revamp their lives by implementing one healthy habit at a time. My passion is to help women just like me realize they don’t have to be a victim to poor eating habits and poor health. Instead, through proper education and empowerment, they can take control of their health and live the healthiest and happiest life possible! I’m married to my husband Matt and together we have two little boys!
