In this episode of GUTS, I’m talking with Kyle Wege, owner of Crimson Sun Studios, which is a company that specializes in photography, motion and time lapse.

That said, what Kyle does for a living is only a small part of what we’ll be talking about today …

Here’s a breakdown of the topics we’ll be discussing:

  • What prompted Kyle to start his business, and how he did it
  • How having kids changed how he runs his business
  • Striking a balance between being a dad, husband & business owner
  • The most challenging part of being a parent who runs a business
  • Consciousness and being in the present moment
  • Tools and practices to help us be in the moment, even when we’re experiencing strong emotions of thoughts
  • The biggest challenge Kyle has faced, and how he handled it
