Richard Mills fulfilled a lifelong dream last year—racing in the Pacific Northwest. The Anderson, Texas driver captured a big win at Southern Oregon Speedway during the IMCA Wild West Speedweek with the Sunoco IMCA Stock Cars, and he would like to return in 2025 as a hired gun.
