Multi-millionaire ophthalmologist Mark Sawusch leads a successful life but severely struggles with mental illness in his fifties. He unexpectedly befriends a lively, adventurous couple at an ice cream shop who eventually infiltrates and destroys his life under the guise of being his best friends.
