Speaker 1 (00:00):
Burns be out here practice the other guys we won't practice,
give him up to game time or see where there
are after practice today, the three guys that haven't practiced,
David practice, he'll be okay.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Where's Graham at and his progression?

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Feel confident that we'll have him healthy enough to practice
on some there.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Yeah, Yeah, he's done a good job. You know, we'll see.
We'll see you after practice here how it is.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
Will you still consider I don't know how it works
if you need the other two elevations for other guys,
but we consider having coup Act elevated so you have
a backup kicker in the game.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Yeah, I'll see ry where he's at after practice and
what the trainers think and what Graham thinks and how
he feels, so we'll see what we're apping at.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
You feel about that having two kickers, the possibility of
the philosophy of using a roster spot for somebody that
that's sort of like a contingency.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
I think if we need to do it, we'll do it.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
And if Graham's good to go and feels comfortable and
the medical staff feels.

Speaker 5 (01:06):
Comfortable with it, then we won't you change anything with
Graham's week, you know, like preparation or whatever, just to
keep him healthy, make sure he stays healthy.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Yeah, he look, he's done this a long time. I
understand he's had a few injuries. You know, He's done
a good job these last couple of days. And he'll
go out there today and we'll.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
See how he feels after. But he's a pro. I
think he feels good. But we'll just go ahead and
make the right decision for our team.

Speaker 5 (01:34):
And kickoffs just to have one least thing.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Yeah, I think we could do We could do that.
I think we can do both. But again, we'll see
where he's at after.

Speaker 6 (01:46):
Every time I ask about the tackles, everybody groups the
whole offensive line together, but just specifically Andrew and Ilumin
or the combination they've given you that maybe on the
edges the Giants haven't had in quite some time. And
how much you think that is responsible for Dark being
as comfortable as he is.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Well, I think it's right to group them all together.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Ryan and the line would be the first to say that,
as everybody else would. It's a collective unit. Those guys
have done a nice job, but it takes all eleven.
It takes throwing on time, eluding guys, all those type
of things. But they've been they've been true pros for us.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
They've done a nice job. It's good to have both
of them.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
But it's it's a collective that you've got to play.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
In Unison, and the offensive line takes all five guys.

Speaker 7 (02:32):
I mean, you've lived to his point about the edges.
I mean you've lived where you guys are. Just it's
a rotating spot left tackle, right tackle. With everything you've
gone through and what that does to an offense. So
just from a consistency perspective to help the line, but
also the entire offense to have that as stable as
you have it now, I gotta imagine it's one of

(02:55):
those things where it's like, all right, let's go do
what we want to do instead of how we're.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Going to figure this out. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Absolutely, anytime you can have your best guys out there
and working together in Unison for multiple games, that always helps.

Speaker 5 (03:07):
How has that helped Jackson specifically, just a rookie quarterback
in that environment.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Yeah, try. I think it's helped the whole offense. You know,
it starts up front.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
They've done a nice job, but you know, the receivers
have done a nice job the tight ends.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
You know, it's all you know.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Protection is about all eleven people being where you're supposed
to be, throwing the ball on time, running backs and protection, so.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
It's it's a collective thing.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
But now those guys are doing a nice job for
us in our offensive line, and we're going to need
them to continue to do that.

Speaker 8 (03:37):
You're a big shift defensively if you don't have Holland
in a deboat, because it seemed like when you didn't
have a Holland at the deboat defensively is when last
game went, Hey, why.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Are Yeah, it's fifty percent of your you know, your
secondary if you're playing in base and forty percent if
you're playing and such. So those guys are obviously important
to us. You know.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Again, we'll see where they're at here after practice.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
How much does it change not just you know, so
the next man up, but like you use a debo
obviously as a guy travels with other team number one, Like,
does that you have to step back and just totally reassess.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yeah, yeah, you.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Know if if you know, you have to have alternative
plans if a guy can't go and make sure that
You're trying to put your guys in the best position,
and then they have to it falls on them too
to go out there and execute at a high level.
You know, it happens, you know at every position. You
know Elie and Slaton are down, the next two perimeter
receivers got to be ready to go. So you know,
all the guys that are behind those guys that are

(04:32):
are practicing in their spots have to be ready to go.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
Where is Deonta ad confidence wise?

Speaker 6 (04:36):
Dave's obviously he lost some playing time when you guys
went with flawed.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Now you're going to count on him to step back in,
I would assume.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Yeah, so he's he's worked the way he needs to
work this week in the meetings on the practice field,
and you know we'll have confidence in Deonte.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
You mentioned Slat and how much is he back at
basically full full strength at this point practice?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yeah, I'd say he's had two good days, so hopefully
he'll be ready.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
To rolls go back to starting center.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah, he cleared yep.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
How much do you expect to see a different version
of the Eagles this time around? Obviously they saw you
the first time you beat them at they're getting two
obviously very key defensive players back in this game. So
I'm considering Mitchell, I think I sure. Post second, how
much do you expect it to be a different version
of what.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
We saw on the field in the first game.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
Yeah, I mean they've they have a number of things
they do defensively, so whatever that is, you know, just
like every other game. I know it's a close game,
but just like every other game, you got to figure
out what they're doing. And if they're doing one thing,
then you go to another thing. It's just that's how
it works. So two good players, like you said that
are coming back, I would say, very good players. That

(05:47):
always makes a difference.

Speaker 7 (05:47):
Okay, when you guys are sitting there and talking about
punch counter punch adjusting, you know, Jackson's talked a lot
about you know, well, they'll do one thing, we'll go
to the sideline, we'll take it. How deep in the
rabbit hole do you go to try to set up
your counters before the game, And is it really a
you know, okay, remember this, we have this in the playbook,
but it's not it wasn't in our practice. You know

(06:09):
that that kind of element of how much is it
in the moment, But how much is it?

Speaker 2 (06:13):
Are you prepared? Yeah, I'd say it's both art.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
So you definitely do that during the week of you know,
whether it's formations, motion plays that you can set up
or see how the defense is playing, so if they're
strong in one area, they're weak in another area relative
to the cover scheme or front's how you can get
that the way you need to have it, And it's
not always easy, and you're always you know, usually after

(06:36):
the first series you're talking about it and you're making Hey,
let's see if they go to this the next series.
If they do that, then that's probably the way it looks.
But it happens throughout the games. You know, we've talked
about this numbers. It's just not wait till halftime. The
coaches are constantly talking and communicating with the players, and
the players are communicating with the coaches.

Speaker 7 (06:55):
A lot more on the back end or how much
do you do on the front end coaching staff going
into this week?

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Yeah, a lot.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Yeah, So if they can play anything they want on defense,
they can do anything they want on offense. You know,
you practice things that you think you'll probably see throughout
the week, but inevitably there's a bunch of new things
that you're going to see, so you have to do
a good job of recognizing that, seeing it, whether it's
up in the box, on the tablets, getting information from

(07:22):
the players, have a good communication process, and then make
whatever necessary adjustments you need to make the
